Service is okay. Their tele service is pathetic. Never pick up calls. The health centre should employ better receptionist or pay them better

Great staff, efficient service, thorough testing and health care. I value this service and am happy that it is available. Well worth the money to me, especially given that so many doctors these days don't provide thorough check ups, and provide reactive rather than preventative health care.

I visited this clinic yesterday with my Mom for her immigration medical. Front desk staff, lab technician and Dr. Masri they were very kind and helpful. Process was very straightforward, front desk explained everything really well. Facility was clean. They also have free wifi. I was very impressed with one thing specifically that is the “payment”. They were not desperate to take the payment, never mentioned anything about the payment. They took it in the very end after everything was done. I haven’t seen this at other places yet. People take money first before providing the service. Sometimes these little things makes the big difference. Overall, very satisfied with the visit. Thank you

I've been a client of Medisys Vancouver for many years. My first physician retired several years ago and I now see Dr. Morris Gordon. I've received wonderful care from both physicians - very experienced, excellent professionals! I recently needed to see Dr. Gordon on a medical issue. I called and I spoke to a live individual who told me that I would receive a call back soon. Within an hour, I was called and I had an appointment with Dr. Gordon for the next day. I was there at the appointed hour and was seen promptly. And my issue was dealt with to my total satisfaction. I recommend them!

This wasn't my first visit, but it will probably be my last one.
Although the doctor is great (Dr. Masri) the person that greeted me at reception wasn't very friendly. I felt like I was an annoyance or an inconvenience to her.
Now, I'm not a clean freak, but the waiting area wasn't clean, and some of the staff weren't wearing face masks. I think this should be the bare minimum during a pandemic, especially for a preventive health clinic.

Terrible service, they don't submit your information on time to the immigration.
I don't recommend this clinic ever.

Hands down the most well organized, professional medical facility I have ever been to. I was there for my immigration physical, and the staff was incredible. No wasted time, wasted energy, just well trained and very friendly staff. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you!

I went to this clinic and found it completely useless.
Although it does seem to have a clean environment, it appeared to me and my wife that the management team has no idea what they are doing.
I asked to speak with a manager, and for whatever reason, it seemed to me that the managers did not want to speak with me. It appeared that staff were trying to cover up for managers not wanting to address a concern from a customer.

I empathize with the staff, but am ashamed of the managers at this "clinic. "

I would suggest going elsewhere and spending your money on an establishment that knows what they are doing.
Sometimes, poor managers have a brilliant way of sweet talking, and putting up a front with the public, but in fact are terrible at providing decent customer service.

Every person that I dealt with was professional, courteous, helpful, took time to review and discuss. The health dietician, Jessica, was amazing in how far she went explaining the approach to nutrients and diets to reach the objective. I highly recommend Medisys.the facility is nice, the people are phenomenal and they do show real and genuine interest in providing assistance and care.

Worse service! They don’t take care their clients, I couldn’t get my blood work results on the date they give me and they had no idea what’s going on!

I had a great experience at Medysis from start to finish. I went in for my PR Medical Exam. Dr. Sood was very friendly. The nurse who took my blood test had a special technique which made giving my blood sample so much more comfortable than ever before. Special shout out to the wonderful Dutch lady at reception. She was very patient and great at explaining all the different forms and answering my questions.

Worst appointment service by Michaela. I made my medical check appointments with someone working at this clinic and confirmed details like date, time, and what I need to bring. I went exactly following with my appointment schedule, but they didn't book with my name. Michaela explained to me how their appointment works repeatedly more than 5 times like telling me it's my fault. Even I confirmed at least twice before I hung up. Her attitude is worst to explain the situation even that caused by them. Never apologies at the moment. I was totally fine my appointment wasn't made but the huge problem was how she delivered the situation. She also told me other patients just confirmed with their availability, however, it's not my concern and again, I confirmed my appointment twice. They had better train her do not offend their clients.

There is no pressure or rush, the staff and particularly Dr. Gordon take all the time necessary to ensure I am fully heard and feel comfortable with all aspects of my examination and how it will impact my health.

I enjoyed receiving the input and messages from my long-time Doctor, Dr. Morris Gordon in Medisys' Vancouver Office. Also, overall there has been a marked up-tick in the quality of staff this year. I was pleased with every individual I interacted with at the Vancouver office. My wife also got good value & input from her Doctor, Dr Lejay and left with the same impression. We'll be back again next year!
