The service we received from Dallas at the Telus store on Sumas Way was fantastic. If you are in need of a new phone or any phone services give Dallas a call. The store was very busy on Cyber Monday but he still helped numerous customers at once answering questions and dealing with customer trade ins. He deserves praise from his boss for his excellent customer service.

This is the second time I go there for the purchase of a phone. The service has always been excellent and professional. They had the phone I wanted (a Pixel 7 Pro). All was done in a matter of minutes and I left again a happy customer.

Asked about transferring data to new phone. They told me the app to swap is horrible and I should bring it in for a hardwire transfer for $25. They didn’t do what they explained on the phone they ask me to leave both phones for couple hours and just downloaded the bad app instead of doing a proper hardwire transfer and still charged for the proper way. Very unprofessional when I brought this up.

I always have such an easy and seamless experience when I upgrade my phone! Dallas at the Sumas location, had my new phone ready to go and ready for pick up. There was a screen protector on it and he followed up with me after to make sure my phone transferred over. Seamless!:)

Went to this Telus location today just after 2 pm. It was empty and yet I was told they were unable to help me with me. I had transferred to Shaw but still needed to bring back my "bring it back" phone. I was told immediatly that since I already transferred I couldn't return my phone and would be charged $490 for it. He blamed shaw for not informing me of this. The guy there was eager to tell me that I could sell my phone for more than that and turn a profit. But I didn't want to fork out $490 as I signed a contract to bring it back, therefore they should take my phone (which was in perfect condition) back. He was fine to leave it at that but I forced him to poke around on his computer a bit (which I couldn't see the screen so who knows what he was doing) and he said once again he can't do anything at the store level that I should call a number that they gave me. After calling the number and waiting on hold for over 1.5 hours (with terrible music I might add) we were told by the person on the phone that they COULD have helped us in the store, they just didn't because there's no commission in it (I mean, why else would they refuse to help me?) After the phone call we headed out to the High street branch and had them take my phone. People like this should be fired. What a waste of my time and a complete lack of care of a customer who was with them for over 10 years.

Did not buy phone from this store went to store where the new phone was bought were not helpful. Stopped in to this store the young man that helped me was fabulous finished getting me set up no extra cost. Made some recommendations. I am not tech savvy. Would come here to buy a phone. Will the young man was helping me two people came in with problems and both men were helpful & pleasant. A very satisfied customer

Dallas was very helpful and knowledgeable and did everything he could to make moving to Telus smooth and efficient. I'm new to telus and cannot comment on the network but the store and Dallas made opening an account and getting a new phone positive.
