Service was good and friendly but found out after the fact that there was conflicting info about the $60 connection fee.

Mahdi helped me save money on my coverage, sold me exactly what I wanted, and was more than helpful answering all my questions!

Adam was awesome and super helpful in answering all of my questions and setting up a new plan for me. Customer service was top notch, would highly recommend this location & seeing Adam!

Fabulous Customer Care! After 24 years with Telus I wish they would offer their dedicated Customer's the Money savings of Koodo because I would have saved close to $80.00 a month Lol how sad.

I recently signed up for a Koodo cell plan. Unfortunately my online credit check did not process the first attempt, so in order to avoid further problems I visited the High Street location. I explained to the sales person that my credit check did not proceed therefore my online order for a plan was cancelled. I was informed they could help me in store with the credit check. They did not disclose to me ahead of time I would be charged a $60 connection fee which is waived if you sign up online. The sales person set me up which is great but I am very unimpressed that I was charged a connection fee when they did not advise me ahead of time or suggest I try placing an online order again. I queried the sales person on this and she told me to contact Koodo support. I received a call back the next day from Koodo customer service and they advised me that it was the store’s responsibility to waive the connection fee if they did not disclose this to me ahead of time. I did call back the Koodo store at High Street and left a voice mail requesting this connection fee on my account to be waived given the circumstances but they never bothered to return my call. Very unimpressed and leaves a sour taste in your mouth when signing up for services with a new provider. I regret visiting the location at High Street and would not recommend given the dishonest service!

I was very happy with my experience at Clearwest in Surrey. I selected that Telus Koodo location due to the positive reviews and it was definitely worth the drive out there.

I was an existing Telus customer looking to switch to Koodo for a less expensive plan and get a new phone. It was great that Clearwest represents both and made the account transition easy. Doing some research and calculations beforehand helped me save a lot of money.

Kriti was very kind and understanding and was immensely helpful in getting me set up with the phone and plan that I wanted. I highly recommend!
