What's a good experience. Even though they were busy with black Friday customers, they moved people through fast and efficiently. They were helpful and explained everything to me more than once so that I could understand but I was doing/getting

Naigel is the best, he helped me find my phone that I lost outside the store, even though it’s not at all related to his job responsibilities. He helped me connect to the store Wifi, then helped me press the button on my laptop to make my phone make a noise while I went out to look. Then he noticed the FindMy phone location was closer to Save On so he suggested seeing if someone had turned it in there. And someone had! Thank you so much Naigel! Everyone go visit Naigel at Telus and Koodo!
