Cain from the Telus Store on Harvey Ave, Kelowna was absolutely incredible! He was so kind and helpful switching my phone to a new device and getting my new plan set up. He went over everything so it made sense and helped me save money on a great plan!

He was so diligent making sure I had all my questions answered /any concerns / tips and assistance with my new device and plan before I left the store! I feel very reassured that if I have any questions or need help going forward that Cain will be there to help me!
These can be stressful and tedious situations sometimes but this couldn’t have been easier!

Called telus to hookup internet, I specifically asked for no cable TV plan, but they signed me up anyways.charged me an extra $100 that first month. Also charged a fee to cancel the plan I specifically never wanted. I was locked out of my account because my address, in which I am the first ever resident, was associated with a random name and random info.even in person I was disallowed access or info of any kind.after about 15 phone calls, I finally sorted out my account details, literally just to pay them as they had shut my internet off.then I received a TV box which I specifically never wanted, all their phone calls are recorded, and I was not vague about this whatsoever. I got an extra $170 charge for the TV plan I didn’t want. I was also charged $170 for my internet plan. These charges came out of nowhere, I suspect they were for the TV box and router, both of which I neither required nor desired. If those are normal initiation charges then point rescinded, but I only should have been charged one of them anyways, and I was not clearly informed that this charge would apply. I only went with Telus bc my apartment has Telus built in. My history with Telus has been completely miserable and as soon as I can I will never ever use Telus services again in my life. I recommend Bell.

Very impressed with the service of Neil Rodgers at this location. He helped us move all of our accounts from a different provider and found ways to save us money. He was friendly, helpful, and low key. While we had a short wait for data to transfer, he helped others waiting to see if they had issues he could resolve quickly. Neil was thorough with his follow up calls as well.

Definitely go to this place if you feel like committing fraud or completing an unauthorized transaction. They don't check ID!

If you want great service and great follow up service this is absolutely the best place to go we have multiple phones and no one has worked harder at problems solving than these guys they will help you with any problem even if you don't know how to operate your new phone lol shaun @ mini express delivery thanks guys

Thank you to the two guys that were working tonight (January 20th). After forgetting my passcode ‍️ I unfortunately had to factory reset my phone. I was a little emotional about loosing all my pictures and videos of my kids BUT these two were amazing. Helpful, patient and kind.
I will definitely be back when I purchase a new phone soon and I'll be recommending these guys to everyone. Thank you for being so kind.

Thank you Neil and Cain! Excellent customer service. Neil and Cain set my son and I up with our new phones and their knowledge and customer service was top notch! Neil helped us set up a new contract and save on our monthly bill while meeting our data needs. Excellent!

Chose this store over the one in the mall for a problem fitting my SIM card into my new phone. The man helping me fixed it quickly and didn't make me feel silly. Would totally reccomend.

Caleb was very helpful and knowledgeable. We switched over our business services from another competitor and everything went through smoothly. I've dealt with other telus stores in town before and have been really disappointed. I'll be coming back to change over my cell and home internet soon. I would highly recommend dealing with Caleb for any Telus services!

I went to the other guys (won’t say their name but it rhymes with Yom Farris) on a Sunday and was told to come back on Monday to talk to corporate sales. That’s fine, so I told them tomorrow morning I’ll be there. I was the first guy in Monday morning with a near dead phone. “We’re booked until 1PM. Sorry you’ll need to come back then”. By the same guy I talked to on Sunday! As one sales person to another, I’m totally baffled as I was clear this was a guaranteed sale. So, PCoast Com got the business. Neil answered my call and was ready and willing to walk me through the myriad of options immediately. Options I don’t ever recall being so confusing before. He took the time and had the patience to walk through countless scenarios to maximize savings and value. It’s a busy place, but not busy enough to take care of customers, and of course seal the deal for another 2 years at TELUS with them.

Neil provided outstanding customer service. He was very professional and knowledgeable.which allowed my cellular needs to be resolved in the very best way possible. Highly recommend Neil and fellow staff members for all communication needs.

Neil was amazing to deal with. Helped out my small business with two new phones and new services. I can't say enough how nice it is to finally meet a sales associate that doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. Whenever I need a new upgrade or service issue I'll be sure to call Neil anytime. Thank you for your services.
