I want to acknowledge the wonderful service that Adrian provided for me at the Telus store in Duncan, BC.
I am techno phobic and quite challenged when it comes to technology. Adrian was so helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and asked the questions that I didn’t even know to ask.
He was so patient as he explained everything to me and took the time to help me understand what we were looking at so I could make an informed clear decision. I felt so heard and respected. Telus you are very lucky to have Adrian working on your behalf. Please treat him well!

I stupidly created an opportunity for my cell phone to be stolen, and so enteredd good the store in a very unhappy frame of mind. However, Adrian was incredibly compassionate and helpful, and really listened to me, as well as provided good advice. I'm still mad I lost my phone, but if I had to, I'm glad he was the service rep who helped me. I was in and out in under an hour, with much gratitude.

Adrian. At Telus store Duncan has been extremely helpful in person assisting with a mixed up bill & was corrected in the store using speaker phone talking with out of town telus reps. Thanks for the helpful services. In person works as well as online.

I had a great experience with a very helpful employee named Justin today. Totally helpful, informative, respectful and friendly. It was fast service too, which often you don’t get in mobile stores. I highly recommend trying to get Justin if you head into this store.

I always receive top-tier customer service from Andrea Jones from the Duncan Telus locations. She is always very helpful and does everything in her power to give a positive experience. My latest visit I was helped by her and her manager Chris, as they spent over 2 hours working to get my photos transferred over from my phone without a funtionable screen onto a new phone. Chris was able to work his tech magic and saved all of my photos and contacts that I (regrettably) never backed up properly. I am forever grateful for their efforts and highly recommend their services!:)

Morgan was terrific when my husband and I purchased our new phones Sept 1. Very smooth transition from the old ones and very knowledgeable about the product. Highly recommend seeing him for your new iphone!

Went to get my son a watch. They didn’t have any said they would order it in. My son went there and no watch. How can you not have it when I was sitting there while you were talking to the store to have it transferred. Now I have to pick one up else where and get it my son. Thanks for wasting our time. Try training your staff properly. This is why I am leaving Telus.

I must give a big shout out to Adrian Doutaz, sales representative at the Canada Avenue location of Koodo who always goes the extra mile with his stellar customer service, his honesty is the best policy attitude and his sweet disposition makes him a pleasure to work with. He was able to get me hooked up to a new Samsung 20FE phone within minutes with the full understanding on what I was getting into, no cheap salesman pitch here folks!

Scuttling my 'Shogers' acct for something better. Janessa and Chris worked together to get me the best for my use. Everything I was signing up for was very-well explained. A 'spiritual' experience. With a few good laughs. I'm in.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was helped by Morgan, he was able to explain to me the different options available to me and I walked out of the store with a new phone and affordable plan in under an hour. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks Morgan!

Not an honest person. Would not trust him with anything! Steals belongings (thousands worth) and lies and manipulates when doesn't get his way. Doesn't follow legal protocols when dealing with business.
Give Bonnie her belongings back. It shouldn't be THAT hard to be a decent person.

My experience with Morgan Wray was phenomenal. I’m handicapped and he helped me for 2 and half hours. I have a really hard time understanding cell phones and he walked me through the entire process seamlessly. His customer service and attention to detail was just above and beyond. Will definitely be going back to him for all my needs in the future for cell phones. Thank you so much

Morgan is a fraud and thief. Worst customer service and refused to return items that belong to their customers that were left in their care and trust. They went out of their way to mislead and deflect and will not return or acknowledge communications to resolve the ongoing issues theyve created with their clients. Clients shouldn't have to resort to legal intervention when dealing with a business. Disgusting conduct.

One of the rudest customer "service" clerks I have ever seen. He is actually quite abusive to clients that are just looking for help and information. Shameful.

My mom was having issues with her phone and we came to this Telus to see if they could help us. Andrea Jones-Seguin was SO helpful! She was really patient with my mom and I and helped us get her info transferred. It was a really pleasant experience. Thanks Andrea:)

Very Unprofessional. Had an experience that went from positive to negative very quickly, and I am very unhappy with how my sales associate treated me. Was attempting to get an upgrade from the Bring it back program, was talked through the process, told I could trade my old phone in, signed and paid the bill for everything to do with the new phone. Left for an hour to have my data transferred, returned to pick up the new phone only to be told I actually could not trade my old one it, because I missed the 1 month timeline. This is something that should have been pointed out to me long before signing and and agreeing to the new plan. I was scammed by my sales rep to close her deal, without being informed about something that left me with extra bills I cannot afford.

Top notch employees at the Canada Ave store! Customers should keep in mind that this is a dealership, not a corporate store. They can't do returns for items ordered online. They also can't can take back Telus modems or cable boxes. These types of things have to be mailed back to Telus. I learned this lesson the hard way.
