I received a timely text reminding of my cell phone options. I had questions that were answered clearly. Full disclosure on pricing. All good.

First, I was dealt with by Rose, Who gave me excellent service and advice. When I returned, Rose was gone for the day, so Mallory took care of me, and gave me excellent first class service! They both provided me with everything I needed, And I was out there in minimal time, with a new phone and all the goodies!

The lady that helped me to delete an overlap that had taken over my home page, I wish to thank her very much

Rose, our customer service agent was amazing. She listened to our situation and what we required. She explained two solutions, then came up with a 3rd, even better solution for us. We purchased a new phone with a Koodo plan even more affordable than we had before. My husband took my old phone that was better than his phone. Rose transferred everything for us to make the switch to Koodo painless. She was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. She is truly amazing. She ensured everything was in working order before we left. The visit was truly pleasurable. Thank you so much.

I came in this morning to have my phone wiped or factory reset and the employee was useless she said I have to go to repair guy to have my brand new phone fixed, give me a break Completely unhelpful.

Dropped my phone today at work 40 ft it's not surviving that went into the store they were very helpful and my time card I mean my cell phone is back in my pocket and working I can go back to work and clock in it was a great experience they were very helpful

Staff is friendly, theres no doubt about that. But the fact you cannot buy your phone outright is a complete joke. Why bother having the prices for the buy out if your apparently not allowed to buy it. They don't want you saving money, they expect you to fork out loads of cash over two years. A billion dollars company still ripping everyone off.

Taylor is very helpful and gracious whether talking him on the phone or in person. Very professional and knows his job very well.

Was told by someone at the store a phone would be held for me till the next day. When I showed up the lady said they had not put it aside and she couldn’t do anything to help me. Very poor communication with the staff and terrible customer service. Would rate a 0 star but it won’t let me.

You don't care about your customers. You made 17 billion in 2021 and you are charging us more. We already pay an arm and a leg. I'm going to pay these phones off and I'll never ever use your service again.

I went into this store today to upgrade to a new cellphone. I found their customer representative Taylor to be very polite and helpful. The whole process of setting up my new phone went very smoothly.

After a terrible experience at another Telus “corporate” store and a poor customer service decision at a second Telus store. Amber totally made our day and got us off the fence post on deciding to switch from one provider to Telus TV & Internet. I highly recommend Amber at this store. If the rest of the staff are equally as good as her this store is top notch!

I went in to telus to get my phone number switched to my own plan which ended up turning into a very lengthy process. Joshua made that process very pleasant and enjoyable. He was so so sweet and I will definitely be back!

Always great service here. Staff are informative & helpful. Very accommodating regarding any situation you may be dealing with from finding the right phone for you, to a broken screen or charging port.

Loved this store till today. Did not get the guys name who was behind the counter. After Speaking to Telus about non functional SIM, I was told to go to this specific store for help getting a new sim. Guy was on Facebook or something when I walked in and after I told him my problem he said; 'Sorry I can't help you because you need a varificatjon code sent to the SIM'. I said can we not all Telus or get one emailed? He says "sure, let's try". After getting anew simcard and activating it he says restart the phone and see if it works.it did not. Then tells me Ihave to send it to Samsung?

So I get home, call Telus, they say the sim card was never actually activated. Not only that they want me to go back to this store to have them send it out for repairs.

. Hell no, not ever going back to this store again.this guy should never be doing a job he, a.) knows nothing about. And b) doesn't want to be therein the first place.

I mangled my phone pretty badly at work and needed a new one ASAP. Had a limited amount of time to get a new one and was in and out with time to spare. Staff member that helped me was great to work with.

Amber was extremely professional, knowledgable and cooperative. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs, including ensuring personal acquisition and delivery of accessories not immediately available at this outlet.

Ok store. Seems they couldn't help my son fix his iPhone that they sold him. And if they can't do a simple unlocking I can't give them a 5 star review. After another attempt they were able to fix my kids phone. It only took a couple visits to get it done and lots of waiting.

The transaction that Amber was able to provide for upgrading my phone was fast, easy and efficient. Amber was very knowledgable in the services that Telus provides and also knowledgable with the up-to-date technology.

Even though Telus had issues on their end, Brittany was top notch. Super polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Mallory helped me out purchasing and, more importantly, setting my phone up. Mal gave the best customer service Ive ever had at a retail store. Even moderate service is rare these days apparently, and Mallory far exceeded what is unfortunately considered "good service" these days. Will def go back!

Chris patiently and kindly answered all 412 thousand questions that I had. I was being indecisive and went for a little walk. When I came back he was on a well deserved break and Brittany helped me complete my transaction and answered several more questions for me. My overall experience in the store today could not have been better! And I happily give them a 5/5!

Such a great team at Clearwest Solutions. Teresa and her team are so pleasant and knowledgeable. They were able to in minutes resolve a issue with my Koodo account that the Cottonwood Kiosk could not in over an hour of stress and disappointment. Thank you Clearwest for being so good.

The best experience I've had with a phone company! I had to exchange my phone after about three weeks due to a defect with the camera and within 5 minutes of being in the store my phone was replaced and I was on my way. No issues at all! Highly recommend this store and their staff.

Customer service staff greeted me with attitude right away, for no reason. Didnt end up helping with anything and told me to go to another Koodo location.

I had a really bad experience at clear west solutions her name is brook and she was very rude and not helpful at all if you're having a bad day don't take it out on your customers will never come back to this location ever again.

Unfortunately Telus let me down. BIG TIME. Upon moving to a new house I ordered a Telus Hub. I needed it ASAP to do work from home The lady who ordered it kept it in her box for 5 days without calling me and it wasn't till I called twice and showed up a week later to investigate that she (embarrased) got it and set it up for me. (Took ten minutes) Later, I inquired about some particulars with my bill and she refused to answer any questions. I'm not impressed by the lazy work ethic displayed.

I received awesome service from Teresa! She is an honest salesperson and so kind. I will definitely refer her to family and friends. Thank you Tresa.

Staff was helpful, but they said I was not able to have service according to the area I lived in. Tried out the product and it works fine. Transactions were flawless and good service.

So I had my phone stolen not far from here and so I needed help. Walked into this store only an hour after my phone was stolen and the sales agent had me all set with a new phone and my old phone shut down and protected within 20 min. So thankful for the help and how quickly everything was done.

Harman made getting a new phone and plan so easy. Best customer service I have received anywhere. This guy needs a raise and a promotion.

I've been a long time customer of Clearwest in Abbotsford. However, last week I decided to visit the local store in Chilliwack to change plans for all my family, simply for convenience sake. We dealt with Harman when we arrived and we all were incredibly impressed. He was friendly, professional and patient, despite all our questions. His honesty about certain plans, phones and routes we could take were all greatly appreciated. After an hour, we walked out of there with three new plans, two new phones and a ton of respect for the man. If you are looking for honest and exceptional service, this store in general and Harman in particular should be your 'go to' cell phone source.
