I have been getting laser done with samira and the results are great 5 sessions done now and almost all the hairs gone

Do not go here, the service went wrong and was not corrected and the owner/manager did not bother to respond to me.

I went to this salon for an eyebrow wax and tint. I have tried to address this with the salon and they have refused to acknowledge me.

When I arrived I told the aesthetician that I had decided to try Temptations because a previous salon had dyed my eyebrows black which as a redhead was awful. She was shocked and said that it would be ok here as they had lighter colours to use. She went ahead and applied the tint and left me for 10 minutes. When she came back she began to panic. She scrubbed the tint off saying it was too dark and then applied a lighter one over the top. When I said to her I was worried she said “I have 20 years experience, it will be fine”.

She took the tint off. And continued with the wax. She told me the tint had stained my skin and I would need to wash it when I got home. We finished. She passed me a mirror and my eyebrows are very black. It was not the tint on my skin, they were jet black. She offered no solution or even an apology. I was given the contact info for the manager at reception. I have tried to address this with her. She has not acknowledged me or responded.

Thankfully my eyebrows will grow out in 4-6 weeks. It’s a good thing this wasn’t more painful or serious with the complete lack of care from this salon.

Peri is my hairstylist for years. This girl is amazing in her work. The way Peri shapes my eyebrow or colours my hair suits me very much that everywhere I go, I get compliments:) highly recommend her.

I had my hair done by Michelle Julmi and I love it. She did highlights and low lights. She did a fun cut and shape to match my face shape. She let me know about some products I can use to help with the look. I will definitely go back to her.

I get my lazer treatments done by Samira. She is so nice and amazing at her work. I get lazer done on my armpits for such an affordable price, I have only gotten 3 treatments so far, but about 80% of my hair is already gone.

I got service for first time in Temptations salon with Pari for eyebrows shading she did a great job I really like the place they are so friendly

This was my first time at Temptations, and it was quite busy. There were many women with appointments, which made me feel good about this place. Although I didn't have an appointment, I was able to get into the chair quickly. Michelle was my hairstylist, and I absolutely love my new haircut.

I appreciated the flexibility as they were able to take me on short notice, however I was not satisfied with the experience and will not be going back. I used to go under the previous management and preferred my experience back then. This time it was the worst shampoo job I have ever had, water too cold and then too hot, and she got lots of water and soap in my ears. In all my other experiences, the hairdresser expertly diverts soap and water around my ears. She did not towel me off sufficiently and sent me, absolutely dripping, to the chair. I needed a very simple cut, and she finished it fairly quickly which was nice. The cut itself is fine, could probably use a little fixing but I mostly keep it in a ponytail anyway. When she blowdried my hair, she was rough and I could literally feel hair ripping out of my skull. She also walked away in the middle of me saying something. All that to say, it’s fine in a pinch, but don’t expect a spa experience or very warm customer service. Not worth the $$, in my opinion.

I had long hair and wanted to make a change. I made sure to call around and ask if they can do the cut I wanted. This salon said yes. I had to tell the lady to actually stop cutting. I even had multiple pictures on my phone I was showing her.
There was no reason to make such a mistake when it was long enough hair to make the cut easily. And the fact I called. Should have been reason NOT to give me someone new and just started cutting hair.

My drastic change ended up a huge failure.

Great bringing both my daughters in for the "Fantasy Hair" experience. Definitely going to book their next birthday event here.

Do not go here, Ruined my hair and said I’d have to pay full price to fix it. Went to another salon and was told I’ll have to wait 3 months for what they did to me to fade.

Susana is the best! I have been going to her to get my braids done for the last few months and she always does an awesome job.

My friends got their hair cut here and they turned out exactly how they wanted them, very nice staff and love the atmosphere!

I got a haircut with susana. She did a great fade and a bonus hair wash. She is a very honest and friendly stylist at Temptation.

Under no circumstances visit this place. Barber don't know how to cut hair. I cut myself better blindfolded with office scissors than this hairdresser.only a bald haircut can fix this horror.

Mariah curled my hair for a wedding and did an AMAZING job. The curls held through the entire event and even into the next day- which never happens with my hair. She was super professional and fun to talk too. Definitely recommend!
