TEMPÊTE - Bridal Boutique Vancouver

I bought my wedding dress from here back in 2022. I loved my dress, however the service was lacking. The sales associate couldn’t answer basic questions about details of the dress. They don’t do in-house tailoring and instead referred me to a tailor that was the original designer of the dress - which I did use and the experience with that tailor was awful. The suit bag that the dress came in was flimsy and cheap. There was no handle to fold it in half and loop on the hanger to walk out with the dress so it was awkward to grab and walk out.
I also later bought a hair piece from there for my wedding. Making an appointment to simply pickup an online order for a hair jewelry piece was frustrating. It was already paid and would only take a minute to grab it - but they made me book an appointment in advance. Absolutely ridiculous.
Overall I do not recommend.
