Tera V Burger

Went yesterday afternoon for lunch. Lady at the counter was extremely rude. And the burger was sloppy, half hot half cold.

Today I made a special trip from Richmond to West Vancouver to try this vegetarian hamburger restaurant.

Overall, about 75 points. First of all the hamburgers are delicious. It can be made to taste 70% like a real hamburger. It's a pity that the price is on the high side. Because it doesn't have a set meal here. Chips are an entirely separate dish if you want them. And it's $13 for a large fries. Feel on the expensive side. And as a fast food restaurant, it is really a bit of that to add at least 15% tip for dine-in.

But it is a bit of a surprise that he has cheesecakes from The Cheesecake Factory in the United States. We ordered the banana flavor, $10 a piece. Absolutely delicious

Love that there is a fast food option for vegan/vegetarian food open late, and has food ready quickly.
Wish the staff was more knowledged on what items were vegan vs vegetarian as that could be a real problem for some people. Once that "issue" is cleared up, I would def recommend to vegan friends! More expensive than other fast food, but glad there are vegan options.

Bullying delivery drivers, I went there to pick up the order, they asked me to provide the customer name. I work for door dash, but when I intend to show the customer’s name, the door dash APP suddenly add an order, in this way, I could not provide the customer’s name. And I explained to employees in the restaurant, and then they helped other customers. 80 seconds later, my Door dash APP screen shows the customer’s name, and then I told them the customer name is “ XXXXX”, they said OK. A Few seconds later, when I show my phone to the employee in the restaurant, another order suddenly shows up and omit the current customer’s name again. Employees there started to yelling at me “ you must provide the customer’ s name. Otherwise, no food”. I said that I have already explained to you how the door dash app works. As a result, they kicked me off the restaurant due to my voice. It is horrible and bullying.

I witnessed employees there bullying a delivery driver, just because the driver explained how the APP works resulting in customer name being omitted. Horrible

Delicious garden veggie burger and chick'nless burger and crisp lovely fries! Jones pop on tap too. And exceptional vegan desserts. I had the rum chocolate ganache cake. Yum! Highly recommend.

Tera V burger has more professional names make sure you are all In 2961 w Broadway and I wish they can put a large 2961 on there Glass show case, over all they are Good guys and good food.

First time here. The Burger looks normal. But It was better than I expected. Tasted really good!
I will definitely come back more times. Staff was friendly.

The No Bull Burger with chao cheese and sautéed mushroom was so delicious! The fries were McD’s-style but better! YUM!

Great food, good attitude form the employees, but they don't let you use the washroom even if you eat there

I got the spicy crispy chicken and it was horrible. I took a bite and threw the rest out. The chicken was not fresh and bad quality. All you can taste is the cheap nacho cheese sauce.

My new favorite place for vegan burgers! I loved the food and the staff is amazing - super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely terrible customer service, no respect at all. Never will go again. Advice to managment, teach you stuff how to work with people!

Good value but hit and miss taste wise for me. The chickun tikka panini was quite tasty, the mushroom swiss no bull burger was not very memorable. Some of the other burgers might be better.

Great little place. Good variety of foods. Everything isn't specifically vegan, but it can be made that way. Lots of great vegan dessert options. However, I didn't check if I could eat everything that was vegan with my specific diet specialty of no refined sweeteners. *Note: they don't have a water closet here. That's toilet for some of you. Great friendly staff!

4.5 stars because there’s no washroom for customers everything else is good here.

I couldn't even believe vegetarian food can be that delicious before trying Tera V Burger! I'll definitely go there again!

Place is clean and staff was friendly.
Lost of people use food delivery like Uber.
We had to wait but the burgers were good. We opted for No Bull Burger and Deluxe No Bull Burger. We bought our friends the Flaming and Smokey but no idea how it tastes like.

It's a bit expensive but we will come back and buy again for sure!

Finally, a fully equipped veggie burger joint with vegan options made from wholesome, nom-gmo quality ingredients and great value for money. Their substitute and add-on options are great, fully customizable vegan options for cheese and you can even change the fries to Yam fries, or the type of patty used.
I got the Double No Bull Burger with Vegan Cheese which was pretty tasty and a very filling lunch. It tasted fresh, Rustic and flavorsome and wasn't a long wait at all. Its rad how their menu is fully vegetarian burgers but does have different types depending on how your feeling.
The service wasn't really with a smile and the restroom is closed even for indoor dining which is a bit of a bummer but not the worst thing.
They do have a bunch of delicious desserts also which cater to multiple types of dietary requirements.

Chick Un burger was amazing, well above the standard of many standard chicken burgers. Fries are great, service was fast and friendly. I look forward to trying more food soon. Excellent

This place is definitely not the same as it was a few years back. It so dirty and the food does not taste the same. The service is not good at all. There was a new employee who was servicing someone ahead of us and was going into depth of what they have and the girl that served us had definitely worked there for a long time and just didn't care about what we ordered and offered other options. I'm just so turned off I remember when Jag use to own this place is was so clean organized and now it's so run down and dirty. I felt gross after eating here. Think twice before spending $$ here.

Good vegan fast food! If you get a combo just be warned the drinks have 40g of sugar in em. The fries are standard, nothing to rave about. I was KO'd afterwards woweee

Love the Chipotle Swiss Mushroom Melt No Bull Burger. Sweet Chilli Crispy Chickun Burger is amazing as well! I'm definitely coming back to try every burger on the menu.

Came here after years since i didnt like the burger when i came last time but i saw they might be under new management and had veggie nuggets and thought ide try this place again. Im really glad i did! The place looks alot nicer than before and the Service was Super Friendly and girl at the front was helpful when deciding.the chickun nuggets were AMAZING and taste so close to the meat ones its crazy! We got the combo with fries and drink and the guy working was very courteous and made us feel welcome! Happy i gave this place a second chance and ill definitely be back for those Delicious Nuggets!

Update: I went the next day since it was soo yummy and got the same thing this time trying masala flavour fries and the ladies working were again really helpful and the nuggets and fries were Delicious!

Great variety of items! Stays open till 2 am! Great vegan options and great desserts! Definitely coming here again and recommending it to everyone!

Very mediocre veggie burger and fries. The flavours aren’t anything special and the texture was quite soggy. There are far better options for vegan/vegetarian burgers elsewhere in the city

Yum! Have been eating here for years. Can’t go wrong with the classic no bull burger-it’s always delicious. And they are super quick for pick up orders.

Good selection of different vegan burgers! Love the flavour of the patties both chicken and no bull. We also got milkshakes that I would pass on next time as they were more like a smoothie to me, but still tasty

I dont usually write reviews but this is honestly the worst tiramisu (not tiramisu at all) ive ever had.i was excited to order it because it was vegan but it was basically just 2 layers of sponge cake with a thin layer of cheap icing

I never had anything vegan until trying it for the first time at Tera V. I didn’t expect much being a meat lover, but their food is excellent. Such a well rounded restaurant considering it has yummy desserts, variety of fries, good burgers and paninis, snacks, as well has healthy smoothies! Honestly try out their burgers and you’ll see what I mean

All the food was decent and I like how most options can be made vegan. This would fulfil my burger craving for sure. I also ordered the vegan brownie, but didn’t like it, texture was kinda weird.

I wouldn’t say there’s anything special about this place, but it’s a great option for vegans and vegetarians.

The burgers were a premade frozen box product. The smoothies are WAY OVER PRICED for 9$ for 400ml. The tiramisu was 6$ for a sliver the size of a single biscotti. Would not recommend. They also use plastic straws, cups and containers just find that a little contradicting for the vibe they try to give off.

Both the burgers and the service staff are exceptional! Vegan and GF options are available for most items (thanks for that!)

Best vegan burger I have had in Vancouver so far. Took a while to be cooked but was worth the wait. Cheap aswell! Perfect place for a quick bite.

Found this place by chance while waking. I am not vegetarian but I thought I should give it a try. It was a pleasant surprise. The burger were very tasty and the ingredients seamed fresh. Ready enjoyed it. The place is small but clean. Great eat especially for those of you that are vegetarian.

Pretty utilitarian kind of restaurant, but best veg burgers in town, especially for the price. Really scratches the classic fast food itch.

The smokehouse burger is incredibly delicious and owner Jag and team have worked for years now making an awesome tasting set of burgers and other dishes.damn- saucy cheesy chewy vegan perfection.

Everyone should go have a no-bull burger or a smokehouse and enjoy. And hell! Add some PlantBase bacUN too, haha!

Found this place online, looked good and had gluten free options, so thought why not give it a try. Was very disappointed and felt a bit sick to my stomach after eating a burger and fries. It seems like there are no sanitary requirements or the requirements are not implemented. Staff were the same ones behind the cashier, pretty sure the kid didn't wash his hands before preparing our food.no hair nets, wearing baggy, loose clothes. Tables were unclean. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.
Customer service was also extremely lacking. There were only 3 napkins in the dispenser, no containers to hold your ketchup. Burger was mediocre, fries were horrible and given very little. I can make better baked fries at home. Left with an uneasy feeling in the stomach. Really wanted to love this place and the idea it stands for but sadly, will not be returning until they get a better grip on cleanliness and customer service.

I had the no bull burger and thought it was fine but nothing to write home about. I think it's hype killed my experience.

Probably had their No Bull burger in the different variations probably more than 10 times already in the past few years. Usually on delivery and always with a smoothie. I would say I prefer it to meat burgers as a person that does eat meat.
Better than Beyond Meat patties in general, but even the beyond meat burgers are prepared better than other places I've tried. Keep at it guys!

Very unpleasant experience here. Was hoping for a good vegan burger shack, but the expectations were lower than exceeded. Place was not clean, people handling my food were not friendly or clean, food came out cold.

Your first time eating there they give you a lil voucher for free fries which I thought was a lovely idea! Love the no bull burger, reasonable price, good portion size and friendly staff overall.

I've been coming to Tera's for quite some time now and am a big fan. However, I am now noticing that the cleanliness and ambience of the place is heading downhill. Management needs to pick up on the appearance of the place and ensure staff are running it smoothly. As it effects your experience on the food heavily.

Normally I love this place, they have really great vegetarian and vegan burgers. However it seems they have a problem with the staff and cleanliness. When I came in today, all the tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped down. There were stacks of dirty cups and plates on the table. The bathroom was pretty dirty as well. The most uncomfortable part was the fact that the girl working the counter was very loudly complaining and yelling the entire time I was there, making it very hard to relax and enjoy my food. It was really unprofessional and made me super uncomfortable to be there so sadly won't be back.

The tempeh patty was good but the rest of the burger was very ordinary. Cheap orange cheese, only one very thinly sliced tomato.

The fries were bad.

I would not eat here again.

SOOOO DISAPPOINTING! The fries actually tasted frozen and were cold. The blueberry cheesecake had such a crumbly texture, the liquid separated in my mouth, and was such a tiny portion for the price. If you want a good vegan cheesecake, buy the frozen Daiya one. The red velvet and chocolate truffle cakes were also tiny and tasted purely like baking soda. I was really looking forward to this place, but it was nothing but repeated disappointment.

Third time ordering this and always something missing that I only get refunded in credits in and never actually get it. Just thought it was bad luck but no it’s a consistent thing. The lack of effort they put into their food is not worth it either, wrap always looks like the first time you try and make one and always falls apart, it’s really not that that hard.
Too bad because definitely has potential for the flavours used in their vegan products but could definitely just make at home and not forget to add things with it, waste of time and money.

The burgers were unbelievably delicious, the best vegan place to eat at it! Will definitely be coming back here!

I always order the “VEGAN Smokey No Bull Burger with Beyond patty, EXTRA Daiya, and EXTRA bacon”. Add ketchup!

Also you have to get those perfectly done fries. Doesn’t matter if you get yam or regular- I’ve tried both, and have concluded that they are EQUALLY fantastic.

About 6 months ago Terra V Burger would have gotten 5/5. However, recently they have decided to go extra stingy on the vegan cheese to the point that I wonder what I'm paying extra for? They have 4 great options of burgers/panini that can be made vegan. The lack of vegan cheese really disappointing me and totally changes the flavor of the burger. I have been choosing to go elsewhere due to this. Bring back more cheese!

Jag has an amazing customer service. To top that he has the best tasting burger. No bull burger is no bull.
