Terminal Auto Body (CARSTAR Parksville)

I dont have works to thanks Mr. Jason and co workers, they did a great job on my car and also they offered a courtesy car while mine was on repair, very professionals, totally happy to reccomend them.

The staff are absolutely fantastic. Such nice people and really willing to help.

I will never deal with this business. The owner has no respect for his customers. When you or leave msg. Never get back to you. Even after 1 or 2 months. Also since I took my car to him always they is or has been something wrong when I have got it back. For over 2 years my truck is leaking and he said it is my seal is leaking. He fixed it one year ago and is still leaking. Here Are some more picture of the work they do. You see nothing holding my hood plastic. They did fixed it after i mention it. So this is not the first time. There has been more i can't find the picture.

I have used terminal 4 times now. Each time the people and attention to perfection, makes this place your place to go.

I could not have been happier with the service and communication provided by the staff at Terminal Auto.
From the beginning they gave me honest and realistic expectations, given the huge backlog of mechanic and body repairs across Vancouver Island, but also treated me as a valued albeit brand new customer.
I was updated as to parts availability and shipments and notified the morning of that my vehicle would be ready that afternoon for pickup.

Though the damage wasn't too terrible, the experts at Terminal made my brand new vehicle look brand new again - if not better than new.

Kudos to everyone at Terminal. You've got a customer for life.
