Terminal Laundromat

No attendant, NO CHANGE machine. Run down dump. Not even desperate I would use this place.

This place is not kept clean and smells really funky inside. The machines work ok but you feel really gross the whole time you’re in there. Floors are a mess. The chairs are gross and stained. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Great long hours. Handy when all other laundromats are closed. You can get change easily next door at the gas station. I paid $4 for double load, triple load would be $5. Drier is for quarter/3mins I think. Floor is kind of messy but you can sit on the chair and recharge your electronic devices

No change machine, no staff and no instructions. Some sketchy stuff happening around the place. Floor was filthy (so much pet hair), as was every surface available. One machine wanted $7 per load, another $24 - they were the same size. No clear prices posted. No instructions and the machines just kept eating money like it was an all-you-can-eat buffet. Waited in my car for safety reasons and due to the filth. The gas station next door was nice enough to help us with change, but it didn't seem like they ran the laundromat. I question the high rating of this place - some of the reviews look like bots. The washing machines are clean themselves, but don't accidentally let anything drop on the ground!

Great Customer Services - If you need help they are right there. Always cleaning the place and the hours are extremely convenvient.

Awesome staff and facilities are better than most in Nanaimo but the side attractions can be a bit overwhelming at times.

Cheap place to get your laundry done.
Staff are unfriendly.
Staff do not clean up laundromat.
Absolutely the Staff do NOT practice social distancing.
Absolutely NO rules of how how many people can be in the laundromat.
Lots of Addicts around.

It's a good place to go, the staff keep a close eye on the place, it's close to motels, fast food, restaurants, it has a service station in the same building with a convenience store.

The guts that work here are Grreat! Always helpful and kind. Always smiling too.
There are about 3 laundromat in town and I prefer doing my laundry here. Cost is very reasonable and they keep it clean.

Very good laundromat! Amazing quality of the washing & drying machines: Only paid C$7 for washing and drying two loads of clothes. If you're somewhere in this area of Nanaimo and in need of a laundromat, definitely come to the Terminal Laundromat. It's quick, efficient and cheap. I can definitely recommend this place!

Best and cleanest in town. The machines are ALWAYS in good working order except when vandals do damage and are reasonable in cost. I find the dryers her to be the best for heat vs cost. Been coming her for years even though its out of my area.
