I’d gone in there to pay for a car key to be programmed. Car was there for a week, I’d gone back in as soon as they said it was done, wouldn’t you know there’s a charge still owing. We’d gone to drive the car home we noticed the rear window was smashed, max went in to ask about the window they point blank lied to her and said they’d mentioned it to me when I paid the bill the first time. Horrible when they can’t tell the truth. WHY lie, this makes no difference.

They serviced my vehicle back in january then the engine light came on, we phoned and made an apt, by the time it went in, they had communication issues and didnt do anything, so I made another apt, no one had touched my vehicle since, and they charged me $110 to fix something they broke at the last apt. Ill never go here again.

I just bought a truck with these fine people. I found the Stuart, Kevin and Rick to be very polite and personable. I had some concerns with the vehicle and they addressed them right away. Definitely will be a return customer. Cheers!

I drove 7 hours to my apt, as this is the nearest dealership to where we live up North. All seemed good, they gave us a ride to the mall because it would be a couple hours. About 10 minutes after dropping us off they called and said that the block heater had not come in,! I was just at the dealership? !? !? And talked with 3 guys & guy doing the job…they didn’t say anything then about it. I went back to the dealership they passed me the keys and didn’t even say anything, walked away. I feel like I was judged because of race & who I believe or have support for.
I came the day before had a hotel for the night just for this apt! Thanks for nothing TERRACE Chrysler, I’ll take my business to the Whitehorse Chrysler instead,

I have a jeep and from what i hear about the blonde who says shes manager or the boss.needs to learn how to treat people.dont leave your car in the lot they dont care they wont help you if someone breaks in or steals it.go somewhere else people

$97 for a 2min job! Plug in a computer and get the reading. Then want me to go back and pay $400 for a part to fix it.

Very unprofessional and rude! Our vehicles window was smashed out on their property while in their possession! They wouldn’t accept any of the responsibility and made us leave the property when discussing the problem of their lack of customer vehicle protection on their lot. They said that over 15 vehicles have had their windows smashed out and valuables stolen in MULTIPLE OCCASIONS! Before this happened to ours! They over charged us for a simple lock assembly and even yelled at my wife! I would never recommend going to this place! They don’t respect their customers and the can’t protect their inventory! They’re rude and disrespectful! I feel sorry for anyone leaving their vehicles in their possession! Customers Beware!

Friendly enough, took my Challenger here for some service, they Misdiagnosed everything, almost charged me $500 for a headlight when it was a blown fuse, told me I needed a door module to fix my window and that was also incorrect.

I ended up paying over $300 for a TPS sensor to be replaced because that’s all they got right.

I don’t feel like I can trust them to do the work correctly

I’ll stick to the smaller shops where they take pride in their work.

I just bought a Jeep from these people and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a Dodge/Ram or Jeep product, no complaints here they were very easy to work with. And plus my new Jeep is awesome!

After a bad experance years ago with the old owners I decided to give them another try.first time buying from a dealer and they treated me with respect from start to finish. I changed my mind several times on what I wanted to do they answered every question without frustration even after I backed out. They worked with me to get the pricing that I was happy with. Not once did they ever make me feel that I was being pain but I'm sure I was. I would recommend the new owners to anyone. I would definately buy from them again.

Since January last year, Dodge installed a snow plow on my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Longhorn and 3 days after my truck was out of their shop, my battery died and kept drying on me every single month, light engine went Off and On. Now the light Engine And the Service Electric Stability Control Light are On all the time. I been at dodge how don’t know how many times, so the can fix it problems, well no luck, I finally decided to made them removed the snow plow OFF the truck. Enough is Enough. The battery still dying. The Service Electric Stability Control light And the Engine light still on. Bad service, bad costumers Service, I have nothing good to say about them. Over 7 months of trouble, frustrating and nothing fix.

They sell non-inspected, not road legal vehicles. And allow people to drive off the lots with them.
How disappointing.

My experience has been nothing but frustrating and expensive. I am from Haida Gwaii and I’ve just left there and ONCE AGAIN the problem was not addressed after almost three whole days. I will definitely be shopping around for another auto shop. I clearly stated that this is the third time we’ve brought our truck in for that issue. Each time there’s staffing shortages or they say there’s no problem. Honestly if I can vote 0 stars I would have.

Typical sleezebag dealership will sell you worthless extended warranty, life insurance. Will not disclose previous vehicle damage and outright lie on the purchase agreement. When confronted with legitimate concerns presented with nothing but lip service. Extra douche bag points for Robert one of the owners.

Tried contacting this dealer in 4 different ways through the website and never got a reply. Called the dealership and told a sales person that and he didn't really care. No apology or explanation. Asked for pricing on an in stock truck and was told i would get a call back. Didn't ask what i was looking for or anything. Have never heard back and its been 2 weeks,

Called to order a part for my truck a week ahead of time because I don’t live in terrace. Was assured the part would be there the next day which would have been a week in advance. Told the lady I would be there on the Saturday. When I got there they hadn’t even ordered the part, and no one from the parts department works on Saturday. Do yourself a favour and stay as far away from this place as possible.

They prolong you in getting a vehicle and say w need 6000.00 down where GMC doesn't take anything down and drive a way in a new vehicle

Always horrible service. Either takes way longer then they said. Or they don't phone back.
Worst one is a few weeks ago asked for a oil change, my fault that I got my days mixed up whoops and didn't know it until I came in and they said it was yesterday but we got you in and did the oil change, you can pay when we finish with the airbag replacement. Ok np. But when I asked about it nothing, not even about when I can pay for it, makes sense now because it was never in my file also, no new milage or when I should get it done next and then my car starts to flash oil change due. Finally got someone that wasn't that lady and they said it was never done. Grrr.

I needed a broken shock replaced on a Saturday afternoon b2fore I could travel back to the states, they took care of it & the price was very reasonable! Yhank you Terrace Chrysler! Bj
