Need any type of vehicle then go to the most friendly dealership in Terrace BC. Need tires go see them too, oil change? They have a shuttle service that will take you somewhere and pick you up has well, or if you need a vehicle they will let you test drive any vehicle. Go see them!

Ritchie was very rude to me and not helpful at all. Him and Cathy made me feel like I was nothing but a bother the whole time I tried buying a vehicle. No communication either. I called them basically chasing them, only to be told "it's my problem" that I wasn't happy with how things were being done. Crazy.

Great service, I always trust these guys to fix my ride. Very capable and knowledgeable mechanics, they do good reliable work and I never have to worry. The guys that work out of this shop really know what their doing. I will continue going here for all my mechanical needs

Sold me an old car and lied that it was a brand new one. I found out after i finished the paperwork, gave them the money order, bought insurance.
I came there to service my honda and they told me the drive belt is torn (needed to be replaced). I didnt feel right and come to another shop to check and it turned out " The drive belt is completely fine "

Walked in yesterday, just to have a look around. I was planning on looking at other dealerships afterwards. I didn't need to look any farther! This is when I met Matt Ippel (product advisory). He informed me that they might just have exactly what I was looking for (2013 Honda Accord). After the test drive I knew this was the one for me! I then met Ritchie Mallet who helped me with the paperwork. Mike Spak was also introduced and offered to store my winter tires for me for the new car. Great Job Fellows! Thanks So much!
