I had a very stressful situation with my work permit. I had lost my status in Canada and was in danger of deportation. Their office helped me fast track my work permit restoration which seemed such an impossible job. A process that should’ve taken 109 days took 15 days with their help. Without their influence with the IRCC I would have lost everything. Melanie was my case manager who sought everything to the end. I’m forever grateful for their help.

I received a prompt response to my email, and the team immediately initiated the reconsideration process for my mother-in-law's visitor visa, which had initially been rejected. Remarkably, her visitor visa was approved within just one week, bringing immense joy and satisfaction to our experience.

I reached out to this office as I was having trouble receiving my PR card in the mail. The amazing Melanie Jit got back to me very quickly and was able to figure out the issue with IRCC. This is not only review but a fact that i would like to share. I was not happy with immigration decision which was given to my wife's file. I was so sad & thought to share my concern to Mr. Terry. I asked for appointment & had a meeting with him. My first impression to meet Member of Parliament was so delightful & he is down to earth. He assured that he will look into the matter & i cant believe that it was so quick that my wife file approved in 3 days after getting rejected.

I am happy that file is been approved but I am more happy because as a immigrant I was feeling helpless & Mr. Terry & his staff supported us in all ways.

Glitches happen in any system. Needing specialized help for assistance in receiving much needed help from EI, I realized I could contact the office of Terry Beech where I connected with Iqbal Sultani, and the help was amazing! Our MP office in action! I don't know what I would have done without Iqbal's help which was very much appreciated, and all turned out perfectly.

Justin Bhangu helped sort a very difficult situation with immigration Canada during COVID. He was resourceful, and fought on my behalf with results. With his support and the support of Terry Beech's office my son who was born aboard to 2 Canadians was able to receive his citizenship.

Beech's executives are really responsible and friendly. I was sticking with the CRA account for the last few weeks and his executives was dedicated to help me contact the CRA office to try to get my income tax return ASAP!

My citizenship exam was delayed due to covid. Later, I was not invited to the online exam. Justin quickly followed up on my case. So IRCC responded that my case is under background check again which I found was odd. Although the response from IRCC was not convincing, I was invited to the online exam after about one week following up by Justin. Thanks again for your great service.

I had been strugglling to connect with CRA for months to unfreeze my account. Within 2 days of contacting Terry, I received a call from CRA and now I have access to my account.

Getting in touch with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is difficult or impossible due to a backlog of Covid related issues. I was locked out of my online account and given a toll free number to call to have unlocked. After 12 days of being on hold or cutoff I was at my wits end. This is when I contacted Terry's office to see if he could intervene on my behalf.

Terry and his staff responded to my concerns the same day and offered to help.

Within a few days they were able to contact CRA and have a case worker call me. The case worker did call and I was able to unlock my online account within a few minutes.

I understand the immense backlog CRA must be experiencing with Covid demands. And my case worker was considerate and professional but don't think I would've ever gotten through without Terry's help. 5 out of 5 stars from me.

Covid 19 has really changed the way we live and interact with others and a time where Canadians need assistance with many things. I had issues with paying my bills, rent and needed funding. I contacted many MP offices however was either never called back or called back after 3 weeks. I never experienced this with Terry Beech. I got a call back the same day shockingly and Justin spent 20-25 minutes with me over the phone and offered to video chat with me. He explained the different options available to me and and my family. He was able to directly speak with Service Canada and resolve my issues. Understanding and caring is what describes Terry Beech’s staff. Justin followed up with me the week after to make sure my family was safe and able to continue to get funding.
