So my first review I've ever made for a store, but due to the amazing service I Recieved I felt I had no choice. I went in with a custom need, they helped me find what I was looking, and not only gave me an amazing price but rushed it for me. We have dealt with Terry Trophy for years and years but the lack of service and poor quality of work has changed considerably in the past few years. Sorry to say but we will be looking for another company to do all of our branding, engraving, etc.

I am very pleased with the services I received from Terry's. I had a family heirloom engraved (on very short notice) with additional names and dates (to include my 3 daughters' Communions) on a chalice. They accommodated my quick turnaround with no problems. The engraved chalice was beautiful. All staff I talked to were extremely kind, cheerful and very helpful. I will continue to utilize Terry's Trophy's for further projects. Our pickleball t-shirts look fantastic, and such quick service. We are so pleased with how vibrant the colors turned out on so many different colored t-shirts. Thank you so much, we will be the talk of the tourneys.

We tried to order a plaque for a memorial the lady there was super rude and basically said go away and don’t come back! Unreal so rude!

We had our student name tag engraved at Terry Trophy. The service was fantastic and awesome. The staff and owner were very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Terry Trophy has been doing the curling clubs engravings as long as I can remember. This year I was behind getting the trophies and awards to them and they were fantastic in getting everything done in time. Excellent service and workmanship.

I have been using Terry Trophy to engrave trophies for the past 17 years. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Work is done promptly. I like that there is parking just outside of the entrance especially when I have a load of trophies to take in. I highly recommend Terry Trophy.

So my expectation of a good local small business is that you would honour what your staff promises your customers. If you make a mistake, OWN IT! Very disappointed with the lack of customer service my wife experienced today.

Always great costumer service, love chatting with Jen every time I go to pick up an order. The quality is also always there. I've had a few minor mix ups with colours and such, but they are quick to remedy the issues.
