Spent $300 on a compressor and the end piece of the hose broke off, smittybuilt told me to order from these guys and I politely asked them if I could order that part, he said he can’t ship it to me and immediately hung up the phone before I could ask him if there was anywhere else I could go to get the part.

Reese did a great job getting me a set of Falken Wildpeak AT3’s for my F-150. Great pricing and availability. Would recommend anyone to go shop at TFT

How can you run a parts store and not be open on the weekends…. Must be nice to have bankers hours lol…. What a joke place went from bad to worse….

Terrible! Once new ownership has taken over, it has been dreadful. They simply do not care about clients who had spent thousands of dollars here when they were 4 wheel parts. Do not go here!

No longer 4wdrive parts warehouse. They have most of the 4x4 stuff you need.

Good displays of products, knowledgable staff. Will always come here. Been coming here since they were 4wp. Will continue to come here.

This place is incredibly unprofessional. They ruined a simple suspension job, then wouldn't warranty my parts or labor. I asked them to simply order a new part to fix my suspension issue. They told me that you can't just buy the specific part and that I would have to buy a full suspension kit. I spoke to another shop, they ordered the part the same day for $87 dollars.
This place is a joke. I would rather sell my vehicle than take it back here.

I have had quite a few parts ordered through them and have received them all. I did have to wait a VERY long time for one part specifically but it wasn't their fault, it was the manufacturers fault.

Ordered 35" Mud Tires from TFT and dealt with Jakob. Great service. And actually the best price in town. Very impressed with this new TFT company change over.

Overall, it's shaping up to be better in regards to telephone wait times. I've personally been on the other end as many have as well, just waiting for long durations - but I feel that isn't the case. I've made multiple large item purchases and have been satisfied with service (especially that extended warranty in certain instances). Order times for certain products however are long, even for small serviceable parts. Staff should also be on top of incoming parts and contacting customers right away. My last purchase I had to make the call after waiting a couple weeks for an OME Strut, for it to be suspiciously in at time of my call. Anyways, minor thing - keep up the good work, slowly but surely it's getting better!
