Thai Express

Never had a bad experience here even if I was eating in or take out. Love how modern and aesthetic the place looks, definitely an upgrade from when they used to be located in the mall. The staff is always friendly and the food is consistently on point.

I recently tried the General Thai Mango with Rice at Thai Express, and it was an absolute delight! The combination of flavors was exquisite, with the perfect balance of sweetness from the mango and the savory notes of the General Thai sauce. The dish was expertly cooked, and the rice had a fantastic texture.

If you read the review from Monika bodger please ignore her. She has been literally lying.
As I am the owner of the store and I have to take this step to write the review under her review.she never placed an order at our location today, yesterday or ever before.
I checked my cameras to see if she is saying truth but it was a big lie from Monika.

I would never trust this lady. Also, she mentioned that she placed an order for pick up over the phone, lady please ask our customers that we prepare their food in advance so that they don’t need to wait. For you I feel pity please have a check your self.

As with your disgusting review our business is affecting as if I need to take this further I will do it.

So don’t make any false comments if you haven’t placed an order.
I have asked my HO team to further investigate this.

I ordered a dish with non breaded chicken and noodles, and they gave breaded chicken and rice. So they completely messed the order up and I still paid nearly $20 for a small meal. Thoroughly disappointing. Taste was also not great, very simple and not authentic at all.

Always loved the food but this particular location. They Hired the bunch of students who were preparing the food and food was pathetic. I don't know what's wrong maybe the sauce they put too much or they don't know how to cook. Noise from the kitchen was quite alot that it was so unconvenient to Sit

The most delicious food I have ever had by far. The food preparer/chef she was amazing great customer service and helped us pick our food option as well. Made our night will definitely come again as long as the portions are consistent.

Pad Thai wasn't as good as it could've been. 1st time trying this location because the mall location closed. Mall location did really good job on their pad thai's. This location the pad thai was not up to par with how it's done. It was over cooked, sticky, not enough sauce in it, noodles were all broken and falling apart everytime I took a bite. Was sad to see mall location closed. Service wasn't that great either at the Mount lehman location. Won't be going back for pad thai at this location.

This is my favourite place to go after a workout, super nice staff, very helpful with the menu - and it is always worth the wait.

I have ordered from the Thai Express in Sevenoaks for years and the food and service was always outstanding until it recently closed permanently. I saw there was one at Highstreet so I ordered my fave the Shrimp Pad thai. The girl behind the counter seemed confused. She didn't have the ingredients set up and kept reaching behind her for noodles in plastic bags and shaking them into the wok. When I got home there were 6 shrimp and the rest was noodles. It didn't taste like pad thai and I couldn't finish it. I had to throw it out. Not at all like the one in Sevenoaks. They should close the one in Highstreet instead. Very dissapointing. I'm afraid to try another Thai Express! ! !

Just checked out the new location as I was sad the one in Sevenoaks closed. The pad thai did not taste the same, which was disappointing. My fiance said his pad see ew was different as well and that he didn't like it as much. We're hoping that the original sauce recipes will come back.

It's my first visit to this restaurant and I was not disappointed. Food was very delicious and fresh. Atmosphere and service was so good.

I ordered vege pad thai and Thai Fried Rice. It was so delicious and staff is very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended
