Horrible food I have ever ate in my life. I ordered chicken Tom yum soup, the taste was so bad, there was no chicken in the soup, I think just 2 3 pieces and the soup tastes like a hell, I am very disappointed because I spent 15 dollar and it didn’t worth me, I had to through the whole container. Very Disappointed.

I like Thai food. I ate here in the past and it was not the best but ok. Something changed it is below average now.

I always order their chicken pad Thai. The flavor is fantastic, but there are a couple of things to note. Even when I ask for medium spice, it's not spicy at all. If you're looking for a kick, you might want to ask for extra spice. Another issue is that their noodles can be quite oily, so I've learned to request less oil. Despite these minor concerns, the dish is still very yummy, and I keep coming back for it.

This place is a rip off.ordered a chicken pad thai and the box it came in was so tiny.it was unbelievable.the reviews are correct.this place sucks.bland noodles.small portion and over priced.never again.

I have never eaten number 4 as poorly made as them chicken was not cooked. Got the fried rice it was like they are just of the name and nothing else rice were like as it is. Veggies were not cooked as well. And the chicken i ate was the worse chicken i have ever tried. My stomach is upset since i ate that food they barely took 2 min cook it i mean we can say not cooking just giving as it is. I would never go to this location if you don’t wanna waste your money your time your health

Worst food I have ever eaten in my entire life. The chicken and beef was not properly cooked and they served the noodles so oily. And the way they interact with the customers is rude. Won’t recommend anyone to have food from here. Not worth it.

Every time when I come to the Metropoli food court I order Tom Yang soup.

Today is worst ever, soup taste is blend. Price is horrible

I ordered the "beef" tom yum. The meat was horrible. Very chewy that I couldn't even break it down to swallow. The taste of the meat was off. I am expecting diarrhea soon. The noodles were fine.the tom yum broth was bearable.it had more bean sprouts than noodles. I didn't finish the so called meat.just yuck. What a rip off

Ordered a Pad Thai and it doesn't taste good. It has too much gravy which makes it like a soupy noodle and the sauce is very underwhelming.everything is mashed up together like mashed potatoes.

Inconsistent Pad Thai quality. I frequent Thai Express and the Coquitlam and Richmond locations do not have this problem.

This location needs new cooks and/or have their skills reassessed.

This was the second time my Pad Thai order was made incorrectly. There was spice, but there was no sauce that causes the noodle to turn into the dark brown color.

I looked at the chef and asked, you've added all the sauces right? He replied, Yes! Spicy right? Wrong. The appearance and flavor was incorrect. There was the taste of the wok, and the spice from the chilli's. That is all.

Unacceptable.

Update: Still garbage, except there's 'wok hey' from the cooking and the beef doesn't taste the same. Cheaper cut that is not marinated or soft in texture. Sad.

The Tom yum soup noodle was super watery and bland. Adding a good helping of hoisin and sriracha didn’t make it better. What a waste of $15. Mango salad was $9 with 8 thinly sliced mango on top of romaine lettuce. The salad dressing was not bad. I dumped it in my soup. Didn’t help at all.

It was very bad veg stir fry.uncooked vegies
Less vegies than onions not fried well
Plates and spoons are third class quality
Worst Thai restaurant ever
Will not visit again.

I ordered thai fried rice with battered beef terrible beef I was told it's crispy so in my mind it's like chicken strips but when served it's so hard if you have false teeth it will surely be broken. Don't ever order battered beef or chicken surely it will ruined your appetite. And it's expensive $15.00.

Had the vegetarian Pad Thai ($14) today. The taste was okay but the whole platter had literally two pieces of tofu in it. Could've given 3 stars if the price had been $8. Not worth it.

Please hire people who know english, they need to know how to communicate.
I ordered tofu fried rice and they gave me chicken. I am vegetarian and this is really big thing for me and I couldn’t even complaint as they don’t know english!
So brutal!

They tried to give me the order of another person. I complain and the result was that when I went home my food was disgusting. I think they did this on purpose as the staff was incredibly rude when I insisted on getting my order (not someone else's). This is not the first time they'd messed up my order either. Will definitely go back to complain and get a refund! This place will only waste your money!

I come here all the time but today I have to give them 1 star. My Tom yum soup was not good. It’s full of noodle but no soup, no flavour at all. Unfriendly Cashier.

Ordered the pad see ew, absolutely horrible.had little to no sauce on the noodles, and tasted like a greasy ball of nothing.horrendous.

My boyfriend liked it. I felt okay about it. Chicken wasn’t too fresh in my opinion. It’s okay, if you have an option, try something else. But it was okay.
