Useless chicken quality. Bad chef. Even after explaining that chicken was bad they did not do anything about it. Super dry quality of chicken. Would never recommend anyone to get food as the chef was so rude.

Decent food but total penny pinchers. We bought $50 of food and gave $6 of tip but they wanted to charge 25 cents for a plastic cup so that we could use it for water and 35 cents for cardboard container for leftovers. Horrible

Well, the food is good but too expensive for what you get!
It cost 30$ for the birth of us… but I guess we stayed hungry at the end! Had to go get something else, elsewhere.

$14 Pad Thai at a Food Court? NO THANK YOU! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! Even restaurants don't charge so much. And no, don't ask me to contact you. Just lower your prices by $3 and be more reasonable with your offering. I would eat here almost everyday like I used to back in the day if that was the case, but you guys just raise prices like nobody cares.

Need to update their business hours, obviously they only open everyday until 3pm. Not sure why you even put 6/7pm as your closing time.

Sorry this doesn't do it for me and my family. The food is below average quality. Food tasted bland. Hardly any meat. I paid over $30 for 2 dishes and 2 fountain pops. I've had better Thai food. I don't recommend. What bothered me the most is that the lady who took my order doesn't even know their menu. I asked for the salt and pepper General Thai which was clearly posted on the menu and their POS. She had no clue what it was. She walked over to the cook and asked him what it was. Lesson learned for me.if the store staff don't even know certain menu items.this means they are not selling. Don't order them.

I normally like Thai express. But today was really gross. The chicken was old and tasted like cardboard and the sauce was like it was burnt and brown and the food not worth 15 dollars including a pop. I am never eating here again. Even the rice tasted like leftover rice. My food is uneaten.
