Staff are knowlegable and conscientious. I have done business with them in person with SEBO products for over twenty years. Highly recommended. I just replaced (November 20th, 2023) an old SEBO upright with a new SEBO Automatic X7.

Gustavo was incredibly patient and kind with trying to figure out what was wrong with my handheld vacuum. His attention to detail and knowledge was able to fix the problem for me! I will definitely be recommending him to everyone. Thanks Gustavo!

I brought my 2006 Miele vacuum in to get an assessment on its last legs after 16 years of neglect - not only did I see an instant part replacement but I felt reassured and left my Miele vacuum in good hands for labor and care and the best maintenance.

An old school neighbourhood store offering friendly, knowledgeable and personal service for all things vacuum related. Took in a cannister from my "basic" vacuum cleaner that wasn't closing right and giving me grief to the point of wanting to chuck it out. But after Carlos had a quick look at it he snapped it back in place like only someone who knows his business inside out could do. Great selection of new Sebo vacuum cleaners plus other brands at reasonable pricing as Angiolina took the time to expertly demonstrate the many features on some of the models. A big bonus of this place is that they do all warranty repair work in-shop. No fuss or time wasting with mailing things out of town or endless emails trying to contact someone. They got my business going forward!

Angiolina was very honest in leading me to the right vacuum. Very Friendly Customer service and knowledgable staff. No wonder they've been open for 50 years!

Honest advice, good, traditional customer service. I arrived seeking help for a Miele which suddenly stopped working. I expected having to purchase a new machine. Instead all it needed was a service, a new cord and filter. Plus I picked up a long, skinny attachment that can reach the depths of the dryer's lint well, something that gives me great satisfaction. Love this store. Support local business.

I have a Dyson V11 where two of the screws were stripped. The big box stores wouldn't or couldn't help me, but The All Vacuum Store were happy to help even though they don't service or sell Dyson vacuums. Although I insisted on paying them for their service, they politely declined.

This is the reason why we should support mom-and-pop stores: the well run stores, like The All Vacuum Store, care about the people who walk through their doors.

I have been to this store twice to fix my rather ancient Dyson. They were great. In both cases, they could have soaked me for extra money but they found the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I have found them friendly, ethical and most of all they meet their commitments.

It's been a little over a month now with our new Sebo vacuum from All Vacuum Store and couldn't be happier with the choice and performance of this awesome little canister unit! First called Burrard Vacuums and was made to feel as I was annoying the person on the other end with my questions so after bidding him adios I called up this shop and spoke with Carlos who was more than happy to answer my questions in fact after inquiring about the more expensive model he informed me that the next model down would be more than adequate for our needs and even better yet he told me if I didn't mind the red colour model I'd save another $100 as they were on a Valentine's sale. So with $300 saved and the excellent in person customer service I received from Angelina I can definitely recommend these vacuum experts to anyone looking for good products and customer service!

Needed a belt for my Hoover Powerdash and was not able to find one online or even from Hoover Canada. Called in and the gentlemen was very helpful and told me to bring in the broken belt to match up. He quickly found a replacement belt that was close enough that did the trick.

A friend of ours had purchased a vacuum from this store last year and my husband was very impressed with the great customer service received from Angelina at that time. This year when we needed a new one for ourselves we headed to All Vacuum without hesitation. Once again Angelina proved how knowledgeable she is about the products in the store. Carlos is a wizard! I brought my wife’s 25 year old Electrolux canister in a few weeks ago with a burned out motor, and two days later Carlos had it back to us fully reconditioned from tip to tail, motor, hose, casing.all of the important components were replaced for less than half the cost of replacing it. They just don’t make them like this anymore and my wife was really keen to keep it if possible. Now, it’s practically like-new and probably will last another 25 years! Thank you Carlos!

I accidentally vacuumed up a sock and after spending an hour taking everything apart, I still couldn't figure out where it had gone. Not even five minutes in The All Vacuum Store, they had my sock out (free of charge!) and I was on my way, The All Vaccum store has such great customer service and great sales people. While looking around I found some great deals on carpet cleaners and steam mops that I will definitely be looking closer at on a later date. Definitely will be recommending The All Vacuum Store to everyone!

The service at this store was outstanding when I purchased a new Miele vacuum cleaner. This shop has been on Main street, with the same owners, for decades and they are very knowledgeable. I am really happy with the new vacuum cleaner and I know I can bring it back to the store for service if there is an issue in the future. An added bonus - this store also has some great cleaning products like dusters and mops.

I called to ask about a power head and to ask a couple other questions about a particular vacuum, and the All Vacuum Store was very helpful with their answers. I had been trying to find the elusive machine that would meet all my various floor and upholstery needs. The couple that own this place where fantastic. They heard what I was looking for and showed me exactly what I needed. They have a vast selection but the first one they showed me was everything I wanted plus things I never even considered. They gave a detailed explanation/demonstration of all the aspects and uses of the vacuum. I am so happy with my purchase and the service was exceptional!

July 29,2020. Today my husband and i went to look at some new vacuum cleaners and rug cleaners.we found JUST what we were looking for, and the friendly kind lady and the young gentleman answered all our questions honestly and showed us exactly how to operate the machines. (. Esp.what to do and what not to do). They were very honest and upfront with us. They are very knowledgeable because they've been in the business for a long time -> (48 years) We will go back again for sure in the future if the need be and we highly recommend to anyone to check out this place first.you won't be sorry.

I have been going to this store for almost 30 years. They are very helpful when I need advice about which vacuum is better for my needs. Their service department is excellent. Several times they have repaired a vacuum and made it as good as new and convinced me that I did not need a new one!

Small business with variety of products on display and prices competitive. Staff helpful and patient. Serviced a burned out upright vacuum quickly and for price quoted; it works perfectly now. The location is convenient to access with street parking in front. You have no excuse to head to a big, anonymous retail outlet with a neighbour like this you can support.

In my experience at the all vacuum store, I experienced such great service, and professionalism.

I went to a vacuum store awhile back to try to get my vacuum repaired and they told me that I would have to be charged $80.00 to just take a look at it. They also told me that it maybe due to the motor which would cost the same amount as if I were to buy a whole new vacuum. So I declined, and found the all vacuum store. The owners were willing to look at it and suggested that it maybe due to the vacuum that just needed a cord replacement, nothing to do with the motor. Got it all fixed and now it is working like it is new. (miele vacuum)
The owners of the store were caring and can I highly recommend this business.
They really wanted to help and never charged too much for their service.

I went in looking for a part with the old part in hand, they adamantly sold me the wrong part claiming that there couldn't possibly be another part for my brand of vacuum cleaner. The part numbers didn't even match but they weren't interested in that fact. Of course it didn't fit when I got home. This is not the first time. I like to support local but this is the last time I visit this store. I bough the correct part off amazon.
