All these people with 5 star reviews have never lived here in my opinion or they are just agents who want to promote in order to sell or rent a unit. I have lived here for 4+ years. The building looks fancy and all. Amenities are really decent to be fair. However when it comes to the numbers and size of the elevators, ITS a MESS! How theyd came up with three elevators for such a huge building and so many units! Every now and then there is an elevator out of service and not just for a day or two, it usually takes weeks for the management to fix them. There is two of three elevators are currently out of order for the next 7 weeks! There is always line up for the elevators so if you actually have to plan everything at least 30 minutes ahead before moving and coming back to you unit. Stay away!

An excellent complex for business, rent, a good area of the city, there is a parking lot, a swimming pool on the 20th floor with a glass bottom, a gym, a convenient location.
Geographically, the building is located from the city center 15 minutes on foot.

Vancouver est toujours attrayante en raison de l'immense quantité de bâtiments construits et l'un de ceux qui ont attiré mon attention est celui-ci:
au 89 nelson st.vancouver, b.c.
il y a une piscine au 20e étage et elle est visible de bas en haut, imaginez ce que c'est de la voir de haut vers le bas ; Wow
presque tous les bâtiments de vancouver ont des particularités qui les rendent uniques en leur genre, very nice!

For your safety, be careful when you walk around or pass by the building.some people drop stuff out from the patio.

I would never live here again. All of the criticism in the other reviews is 100% accurate.

Management and concierge are in la la land and awful to deal with. No respect, interest or support in helping tenants. The elevator waits are atrocious, and can take 15 minutes - they are too small for the size of the building - good luck if someone is moving in and booked the elevator.
