The Art of Driving School Chilliwack

As the parents of a student who always needed that little bit extra, it was a blessing to find a driving school that just "understood". From day one The Art of Driving, and instructor Sue created a supportive & positive lesson experience for our son. Sue was able to calm the nerves, encourage and teach strong driving skills. She even helped pick up the pieces, when the first road test was not successful and our driver's courage went out the window. After one more round of lessons with Sue & Meagan (her trusted vehicle) and roadtest prep with Darryl we now have an "N" driver in our house! From day one The Art of Driving exceeded all of our expectations. We will always be grateful for their understanding, encouragement and professionalism.

Sue is the GOAT, she somehow managed to bring me from someone who scared another instructor out of the car to passing the N test with only one demerit, she was very calm during my rocky start and was very helpful in teaching me in a way to start, even though ive gotten my license i will miss sue as my teacher.

I was lucky enough to be able to have been taught by 4 of the lovely driving instructors of the art of driving school, and I cannot recommend them more. If you are looking for a driving school that is, professional, welcoming, and effective, this is the one for you.

I just passed my test! I had su, Lori and Karen for my instructors over 5 lessons and they were all so helpful with learning the small details to help me pass As well were super nice and supportive with the things I had to work on thank you so much!

Daughter passed her N today first time thanks to the wonderful Karen cannot say enough good things about Karen what a great instructor encouraging and tough in equal measure she is the best sad I can only give her five stars because she is a 10! The administration of the school is super helpful always helpful in fitting in to your schedule etc highly recommended

I failed two drivers tests and decided to get lessons to better my driving skills. The driving instructors are intelligent and explain everything throughly. After a few lessons with The art of driving school I passed my test effortlessly.

Best driving school in the lower mainlands. Karen was my instructor and she was amazing. They take you out on a lesson and will recommend how many lessons you’ll need in order to pass, and this is an honest recommendation. I did my pre-test warm up lesson with Karen and I passed! They helped me out so much, I had failed 2 times previously and wanted to try a different driving school because I heard good things about art of driving. The Instructor i got was very helpful and mellow which was nice for keeping my nerves down. I ended up passing with flying colors and feel like a good confident safe driver now. Would totally recommend for anyone who wants to pass.

At 47 I finally decided to get my license, I had the pleasure of having Sue instruct me. I had 0 self confidence or experience driving and she helped me immensely with her knowledge and skills. Everyone I dealt with from the company was great, highly recommend The Art of Driving School!

Lori and Karen both are amazing instructors! The program that they have teaches the students the foundations of driving and how to apply them to develop life long driving skills… not to just “pass the test”. We had twins going through the Art of Driving School at the same time and they adapted to both of their very different learning styles. Both students felt empowered and encouraged. They were so accommodating of our schedules and encouraged my kids to call/text if they had questions in between lessons. Can’t say enough positive things about this driving school. So worth it! I had such a great experience with this company.one of the instructors went after hours to give me a lesson a day before my N test to make sure i passed my test and it worked.i love this company and the people who work their.they explained the rules of the road etc for me very well.i had two lessons and my parents said i improved so much.

Do you guys mind making your trips a little more diverse instead of parking infront of my house multiple times a day while your instructing students how to drive. Like I mean once in awhile but Monday to Friday multiple times a day common.

I had already taken my road test unsuccessfully and felt frustrated and like giving up. I was gifted lessons and they were so helpful! Lori and Nancy helped me develop the skills I needed to pass my road test! Thank you so much ladies!

Lori was great about fitting me in last minute since I had to switch my lesson from Abbotsford to Chilliwack due to the floods. She fit me in just in time before my road test. Karen was my instructor and she was amazing! You could tell she was extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about what she does. She gave helpful criticism and compliments where needed so that I felt very aware of what both my strengths and weaknesses were. I'm so glad I not only took a lesson before my road test but that it was with this business. I definitely recommend. Worth the price and on the plus side, I passed thanks to Karen!

Art of driving did an excellent job of preparing our daughter for her N driving test. They were thorough and knowledgeable as well as kind & easy to be with in the car for an hour. The communication was excellent and we got plenty of reminders of up coming lessons. I’d highly recommend!

I originally started taking lessons with Lori when I failed my Class 7 road test. She worked incredibly hard to help me overcome my issues by actually taking the time to explain what I was doing (which I was unaware of) and how I could correct them. When it came time to take my Class 5 road test I knew that I wanted to get her help again. She has helped me not only pass both tests, but become a much safer, and more vigilant driver in the process!

After a couple failed attempts at my class 7 road test I decided it would be best to fine tune my skills. Lori from the Art of Driving made it her personal mission for me to pass. I was advised to use art of driving school to help pass my test. Nancy and Lori the ladys who helped me fine tune my skills were very knowledgeable and helpful. Today I took my test and advanced to N stage. I’m so grateful to have had their help and would definitely recommend them. I was actually referred to them through a friend of mine and I will be passing on the reference to anyone as they did a great job.

The Art Driving School is definitely the Best Driving School in Chilliwack with excellent instructors. They're also absolutely great for new drivers, who may be nervous, anxious, or afraid of driving.

I originally went with Valley Driving School, to go through their GLP program for the 6 month reduction of the N stage. I wasn't confident and was still anxious on the road even after finishing their program and at worst a below average driver. I also had a rough time dealing with them for booking lessons and there was a serious issue with them which got resolved.

I decided, it was time for a change and went with Art of Driving. I started off as a nervous wreck and as we went through lessons, I gradually learned to be a more confident driver. I learned a lot of important tips and tricks with driving through them and a few important life lessons. I do work evenings to midnight, Lori was more than accommodating for booking lessons.

Lori is an excellent instructor, she has a lot of experience, really knowledgeable, and is truly passionate about teaching others to drive.

Karen is also a great instructor, she taught me more things than a experienced Valley Instructor.

Nancy is an awesome instructor as well.

I had to take my Class 5 road test in Chilliwack (I live in Vancouver) and came one day prior to the test in order to get the area to know.

I hired Art of Driving School Chilliwack to help me get comfortable with the city and where the Road Test would be (more or less).

It was very helpful and they are very knowledge about everything.
I had a last minute booking (2-3 days before the road test) and they were very flexible to accommodate me.

I can highly recommend them. If you are nervous before the test, you will definitely be comfortable up to the road test.

Thanks so much to Art of driving school! Had a lesson and use of there car during my road test, and passed! Lori gave me very good clear pointers and instruction when I was practising! Putting all my doubts and anxiety at ease. Definitely would recommend anyone that wants a freshen up and road test booked to get some lessons with them!

I went in for my road test for a second time, this time using the art of driving school and she was amazing! I used a driving school in Langley for my first lesson and he sat there drawing on something the entire time. I ended up failing! Go figure. I was happy to experience that this school actually took you out driving and answered your questions as well as provided advice. Would highly recommend going here.

Ok, so where do I start. I start with: I passed the road test on the first try yesterday! Yaaay! Maybe nothing too difficult for some people, but. I'm someone who has been anxious about driving to the point of having night mares about it. I've been successfully avoiding having to drive for all my adult life (about 20 y). My husband was getting crazy about the lack of my technical skills needed for driving to the point, that he tried to teach me paralel and reverse parking with hot wheel cars.lol! Also mind, I've never been to Chilliwack before, but it was the only available appoitment in Summer, so I just wanted to get the experience of the actual road test. I took he Greyhound to Chilliwack 2 times in the week before the test to meet Lori. 5 hrs of driving with her plus 4 other lessons in Vancouver with a different school (booked before getting the appoitment for the road test in Chilliwack) and I passed on my first try. I could cry with the girl who failed just before me (all the best to her, she will pass soon). I mean, I also prayed a lot, which helps too and I took it easy as I was sure, I wouldn't pass, but Lori thought me soo much. I have a long way to go still and I will work on it. But tonight I actually drove the whole night, no more night mares. Thank you soo much Lori, wishing you all the best for your private life too and many many successful students! Thank you.
