Bin here twice, first time felt shy and left fast. Second time, was ready, asked questions, and got what I wanted with zero wierdness from helpful, knowledgeable staff. Don't be scared is my advice, very professional and no judgement.

Wow what can I say. They met me like they knew me. They knew i was nervous, scared and didn't know what or how to ask about things. They put me at ease with my inquiry and I will be back again. I feel this will be my store of choice in Vancouver.

I do a lot of my shopping at this place and have attended several of their seminars (a couple with LIVE demos). The staff here are super friendly, knowledgable and smooth with their service. Even with some of my more 'unique' quests for products; they don't even bat an eye. Their stock varies from cheap and basic to the high end specialty stuff.

Very approachable environment. Really enjoyed the workshop and definitely plan on attending more.

I don't like leaving bad rating, but I am really disappointed in the type of service I received when I went back because a toy I bought there less than a month ago stopped working.

I went there so I could get a copy of my receipt because I lost it while moving, but the cashier told me it was not possible which is most likely a lie. I then asked if there is anything I could do since they took my phone number and name when I purchased the item, but they answered that "I just shouldn't have lost my receipt in the first place".

It always shocks me when a business treats their customer like if they were disposable. Especially when there are services like Amazon and Adam and Eve that are cheaper and have a WAY customer service.

A wonderful store with lots to offer! The shop is tastefully arranged and fun to browse. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. If you get a chance, definitely attend some of their seminars. They are fun, intimate, and very informative.

This place was actually great. I was honestly nervous to walk in because I have never been to a sex store before. I walked by a few times and then finally went in. The guy working there was helping someone, but said hi to me. I looked around, and there was lots of stuff, so I wasn't sure where to start. The guy was friendly and helped me out and I must say he made me feel at ease. It didn't feel gross to be there. I overheard him with the other customers and it seemed very positive and sex friendly. He helped me pick out a toy and lubricant. It is a great toy. I'm glad I got help. I was prepared to just grab anything and run out of there, but the vibe was chill and very kind of matter of fact. He mentioned toys he preferred over others and why, and kept my price range in mind.
I will be back for sure

The Art of Loving doesn’t scream Adult Toys like other places. It’s discreetly on W. Broadway and is a very welcoming store. The art is wonderful but not for the faint of heart.

TAOL offers a solid selection of toys for the novice and the more experienced as well as instructional books and DVDs. They also offer a wide range of workshops, some for singles and friends and others for couples.

The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They listened and answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.

We booked the butler for our bachelorette through the Art of Loving. The butler took the time weeks prior to the event to learn our favorite cocktails.
On the day of the party he arrived on time and changed into his costume: cuff links, a bow tie, an apron and.that's it!
He greeted our guests at the door; he churned out our favorite cocktails; he cleaned after our mess; he took pictures for our memories. Our butler was playful, courteous and.hot!
I highly recommend the butler for a memorable bachelorette.
