Dr. Eiman Keshvarynia is a terrible dentist. He is an arrogant and rude dentist. I do not recommend this dental office for any dental treatments.

What can I say. My teeth were in bad shape. The busy lifestyle of a professional finally took its toll on my smile. I can't even remember when was the last time I took care of my teeth properly. As a result, a large number of fillings, one dead tooth removal, one implant, two crowns, cleaning, etc. I started my teeth rehab program last year with The Art of Smile and Dr. Eiman Keshvarynia. It's been almost a year and with a few more appointments away, I simply can't recognize my teeth and, finally, can smile properly. Dr. Eiman and his Team went above and beyond. I went to Art of Smile Dental Clinic get my wisdom teeth extracted Dr. Eiman Keshvarynia and his support staff were superb from beginning to end. Everything - from pain and emotional management, procedure and careful aftercare instructions - went without a hitch despite my nervousness at getting all four out.

As a dentist, I found Dr. Keshvarynia was personable, clear, sensitive, principled and calm. All of these qualities translated well, I felt, for his work as an oral surgeon. Keshvarynia was not rough or aggressive, but he was firm and grounding during a pretty invasive procedure, and while I LOATHE NEEDLES, he and his staff were so deft with the numbing gel and needle alike that I barely perceived it.

Everything - from pain and emotional management, procedure and careful aftercare instructions - went without a hitch despite my nervousness at getting all four out.

I was aware (if a bit loopy) for the entire procedure, and while I wouldn't be eager to repeat it again, I absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for someone to yank out the ole' wisdies.

I'll conclude by saying that I'm still undergoing early recovery, but that by not putting me under, it sounded like the recovery period was less onerous (no nausea, etc.) and I had great energy within an hour or two of leaving the chair. If you're worried about staying awake at all, so was I; ask them for something to calm you beforehand if you're worried about staying awake, and they'll give you something that kicks in during the numbing process. Listen to nice music or an audiobook.

TL;DR: 12/10, would go again. Get them to give you a happy pill beforehand. Get someone to pick you up afterwards.

Since I moved to Vancouver, I found it hard to find a new dentist. I came across the Art of Smile and I decided to give them a shot because they were easy to get to and its nearby. The first time I went there I had a great experience. They did x-rays plus the cleaning. I found that the hygienist was super nice, very patient, compassionate and walked you through everything that she was doing. Second time I went, I had doctor Keshvarynia do a check and he created a treatment plan. He used a camera and showed me things I have never seen before in my own mouth. Dr. Keshvarynia was very patient, attentive and funny. The hygienist was awesome as always and she gave me so much information that when I walked out of the office, I felt like I was brushing and flossing wrong my entire life. Can't forget the receptionist, they are very professional and super friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

I had an extraction done on a molar last January because of a chronic infection which totally bummed me out. Losing a tooth felt like a personal failure! Art of Smile (also my spouse's dentist) is the one I I chose for getting an implant. An expensive investment so I t was important to me that I felt confident about the whole process. The doctor is professional.gentle, explained the steps and took great care of me. The process was over a few months but was virtually painless, thorough and state of the art. My new tooth feels like it has always been there. The support staff are friendly and professional. The clinic is clean and I felt I was in very good hands. Highly recommend.

I was due for an appointment at 9am this morning. I got lost on the way and rang in a panic. I got the lovely Amira on the phone, who talked to me so nicely, was concerned for my well-being and just over all was such a kind person. I missed the appointment in the end, completely my fault, but Amira kindly rescheduled for me and I'm so impressed with the service, even though I was completely to blame.

Edit: I had my appointment with the incredible hygienist Mandy. She is the epitome of professionalism and kindness. She gave me the most gentle, yet thorough cleaning I've ever had. So much so that my appointment was at 4pm and I didn't eat until lunch time the following day!

Had an amazing experience today and had to rewrite my previous review. I've had a few minor issues with my invisalign post treatment. Dr Eiman has been amazing with helping me. I have moved to Port Coquitlam and still choose to drive 45 minutes to see art of smile for all my dental needs. The art of smile is more like the art of lifesaving! A crown came off my implant (by a different dentist) and they were kind enough to accommodate me the next day!
