Decent food, great environment! Good for a meeting - had a short webinar w/2 classmates, in a cozy booth. It was great!

It was cozy the staff were friendly it feels like a place you would visit at any time of the day and still feel comfortable

PHENOMENAL vegan breakfast wrap. The vibes in there are really cool, lots of neat local stuff to buy! Will be reccomending to anyone looking for a good place for healthy vegan breakfasts.
P. S. The big ol trail mix bars they have are good too!

Best homemade iced tea out there. Wonderful little artisan market tucked in a delicious Cafe with great drinks and snacks. The pumpkin cookie with cream cheese icing is delightful.

One of my favourite local cafes in Kamloops, the mood and atmosphere is fantastic. A great place to come and relax and talk with friends, or take a book out and study in the back. A venue for live music some nights as well!

I love this place- real, homemade food made with fresh ingredients. There are vegan and gluten free choices, great staff, and an awesome atmosphere. Art of all kinds is for sale, including paintings, stained glass, handmade jewelry and more. There's a nice outdoor patio too. My favorite place for lunch or tea (and a treat!) in Kamloops.

One of the coolest spots in downtown, their pumpkin spice cookies are a must eat any time of year.

Delightful in its decoration. High ceilings and brick wall all add to the ambience. Great coffee. Lunch, vegetarian and gluten free choices. Some outdoor shaded seating right on the main drag of downtown. Some items, like jewellery, books and pottery for sale. Amazing art, for sale, on the wall.

Interesting healthy food, great service, I would recommend eating here. I really really like the maple turmeric iced latte and the roasted veggie quiche.

Seems popular to the locals. Although, how would I know. Nice selection of lunch options and baked goods. Not extensive but they do look well done.

Busy coffee shop with a great selection of healthy made in house soups salads and sandwiches. Good spot for a quick lunch.

Super cute cafe! The quiche and soup options are always interesting and delicious. Very good dirty chai. The muffins are not to my taste - a bit tasteless and cardboard-y - but everything else is great, and it's a lovely place to sit and read with a coffee and a snack.

An amazing place to get a coffee and a snack! The staff is amazing and friendly. The booths are fantastic for hanging out with a friend or two.

Absolutely love that they have vegan options and that everything is homemade! Got the soup, cornbread and a rice crispy! All so delicious. They have such unique art, handmade things and a large selection of gifts!

This place is a vibe. Always here before going to work. The service is amazing and so is the coffee!

The drinks are great, I LOVE that they sell local art and handmade local soaps/pottery. It has a very homey, and welcoming environment too. I'm celiac and I've had problems with their food being cross contaminated however. They do the best they can with a small kitchen, but if you're quite sensitive, I wouldn't recommend testing it.

I love the tea-for-two, and their chocolate haystack cookie has been consistently a perfectly made and larger than life version that's worth the slightly higher cost.
Verdict: the high quality versions of simple things. Hobbits would approve.

Great food especially their soups n gluten free cornbread. I'm from out of town and if I don't return home with pieces of their quinoa cake, there would be very disappointed family.
The place has great atmosphere: It's great to sit in the restaurant eating great food n enjoying the artwork.

A reliable experience. A great variety of teas. Consistently good quality espresso drinks. The baked goods are alright, but odd as it sounds, the wraps are where the food really shines. Some unexpected but highly complementary flavors in there.
Location also showcases a number of local artists and crafts persons work. Good spot to shop for gifts.
