The Artiste - Live/Work Rental Spaces

I’ve moved many times in my 14 years as a tenant in Vancouver and The Artiste is the only spot I’ve wanted to return to. While having to relocate for personal reasons over Covid, the management team was incredibly supportive in welcoming me back to a new apartment and I couldn’t be happier. They’re approachable, thorough, and fair, with all conditions and policies laid out clearly when you sign your lease agreement. Considering there are over 200 units in the building, the response time for any issue is very fast with the security of all residents an obvious priority. Feels very community oriented and easy to make friends with your neighbours (a particular relief during lockdown!)

The units themselves are designed to be flexible and are extremely well maintained. You’ll get more room and better service here than anywhere else. Thanks to the entire management team for being great to work (and live!) with. You’re absolute legends.
