The lady working at the store had a consistently rude attitude, she even rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if she could tie the balloons strong enough because they would be outside. I found her behavior to be highly unprofessional and off-putting. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of variety in balloons available at the store. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Exactly as ordered. Very large numbers, almost 3 feet tall. The lady was very helpful. I ordered from a different city for a birthday delivery. Highly recommend.

I needed a balloon, not for a party, but to float down a conduit to help place a fibre optic cable. The lady that helped me was very cheerful, polite and knowledgeble and helped me select the right one. It made the journey and we got the job done! Many thanks!

Speaking of birthdays, I always come to the Balloon Shop for the Balloons.  They are easy to deal with and will accommodate a quick turnaround.  Parking in the back of the store was another plus when we order tons of balloons.

I live in Washington and with the COVID I relied on delivery to my friend for cake and balloons on his 65th across the border into Vancouver. Yes, I missed the party: (
Coincidentally. I had just placed an order for a cake (from a different business) to be delivered, and after a very convoluted attempt to order, was hung up on twice by the "crankster" customer service person there, and thinking no cake for friend.
Let's just say that when I emailed The Balloon Shop and made an order of balloons, that Cindy saved my attitude AND the day! She called me back right after I sent the order in, clarified it in detail, made some suggestions, and talked COVID with me. AND Cindy followed up with an email to let me know I had delivered this all on the day before my friends actual birthday. I intended to, but to have her actually care enough to ask. AMAZING! Highly recommend The Balloon Shop and Cindy!

Wasn't very helpful or accommodating, told me to go to another store if you want a deal, lost a $100 sale over $5!? Go figure, Balloon Studio was more than happy to take my business and I will let others know this.

Great service and everything was exactly as described. Conveniently located & Sindy was kind enough to bag everything so we could walk back to where we were staying. We even took them on public transit and it was much easier.

I went by today with a small order (3 balloons!) and the woman was extremely personable & helpful. She suggested colours, and inflated them so I could determine what they actually look like. I was impressed, and would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely horrible service. Was trying to give 0 stars but wasn’t able to. The woman who was working there was extremely rude and honestly have no clue as to who she thinks she is. Would never go back. The product was decent but service was pathetic. Relax lady. You work at a ballon store might wanna keep your attitude in check.

Never witnessed such poor customer service, remarkable that somebody is capable of screwing up something as simple as selling bags of air.
