I recently purchased 4 dining room chairs for a screaming deal. When I told Anuj I would need them assembled he got on to their company who takes care of this and it turns out they could deliver, assemble and remove my old chairs on Saturday. This was Wednesday. Pars Furniture have been and gone. Two of the most charming young man you could meet and they work fast! I am very happy with both The Brick and Pars Furniture. My chairs look lovely. An overall excellent experience.

Terrible experience I don't think I'll ever shop here again. I really had a bad experience here.

Delivery was 2 days late, and the first box we opened had broken components. We were not offered any solutions and were instead given excuse after excuse for poor planning, management, and service from this location. Do yourself a favour and see if you can get what you need at Costco.

Ghazal helped us right away, I got myself a bed frame. My grandma got a new couch, delivery was the week of as well.

We bought a fridge and love seat at the recent tent sale at The Brick and were happy with the experience from start to finish.

Our sales associate Jovan was very friendly and assisted us by confirming the specs for the specific fridge model we were looking for as it wasn’t one of the ones on display. He was incredibly helpful and courteous as he walked us through the purchase process and helped get us the best price possible.

Delivery also went smoothly as the delivery team was courteous, careful and came within the delivery window.

This is the third time we have bought items from The Brick and have never had an issue. We would recommend them for future furniture, appliance and electronic purchases.

Very happy first time customer of The Brick on Grandview Highway, Vancouver and will definitely come back for other new furniture purchases in the near future as needs arise! Absolutely enjoying the top quality, design and comfort of our new Savvy 2-piece Grey fabric Sleeper Sectional Sofa! Almost make us wanting to host overnight guests soon to share the comfort joys! There is no option to give no star unfortunately, it was the most horrible service ever been a brick customer for a very long time and purchased many items in the past. We were suppose to receive our Fridge and Upright freezer today on Jan 7th as scheduled. I am a highly qualified tradesman so I speak with a lot of experience. The Delivery Drivers showed up and decided they will not deliver the products, didn't want to take risk, even though I had taken the door off the hinges and the storm door as well, not only that I took the old Upright freezer and brought it downstairs so its easier for the drivers to haul it away. They came and refused to deliver. It was extremely frustrating for our me and my family as our Fridge was at point of breaking down and was excited to have the new Fridge delivered today however it turned out to be a big disaster. I even asked them to leave the our products on the Driveway and we can manage to get it on the 2nd floor ourselves and they refused that as well. My daughter called their customer service, surprisingly the lady on the phone was not understanding our situation that we had food taken out of the old fridge and we were in need of our new Fridge, she never apologized once and told me that she has been listening to me on the phone for 30 mins, also when I told that my Dad is a professional expert and he was trying to help the drivers bring in the products we purchased, she literally just "LAUGHED". We spent so much time clearing out the fridge, and moving on to the deck so its easier for the drivers to take it away. We understand that sometimes you have to think outside of the box to overcome challenges, my dad told the drivers that we can take of the doors of the new Fridge which will allow it to be moved upstairs however they didn't care, they didn't care that we had out food out for more than 2 hours out of the fridge especially my Brothers insulin, his type 2 diabetic. I kept asking the customer service to speak to a manager and she never care. Then she hung up on me, if you can imagine how frustrating its been. Of course you would be angry at the situation and the company that provided such a poor service. We asked for our refund, she told me to come to the store to get a refund which could be easily done over the phone. I had to call her back when she hung up. Buyers please BEWARE of this STORE and THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE.

We had one of our best shopping experiences ever today at the Grandview Hwy Brick in Vancouver. Nitish Aurora, the sales associate was extremely helpful and patient with us as we were undecisive on some items. Always kept smiling too! He even helped with a question that our flooring contractor texted us about! I would highly recommend anyone looking for furnishings to visit this store!

Jennifer was a great sales woman and got us the couch we wanted at a great price. It was even the last one in stock and she got through the paperwork very quickly so we could secure it.

My husband and I bought a couch here and had it delivered. It arrived with two holes in the front of the couch and we contacted them and they said since it was the last of that item they can only refund us $50 despite our warranty. That didn’t even cover the $90 delivery fee which is where I’m assuming the holes came from. The couch is okay but if you shop here, avoid delivery if you can!

It was a pleasure to have met Jovan who was helping us to find a good Mattress. He was very genuine to provide good recommendations and provide us with all that we needed. The store manager Shiv was also kind to provide us with some additional and we are certain that we would be visiting them again as we continue to set our apartment.

Their delivery policy is so terrible. They ask you a day you're free then give you a 3 hour window for delivery the day before. So I work from home no problem.

They messed up the first delivery by never telling me the time frame then showing up at the apartment and not calling. Then leaving. Second issue they came with the delivery but again never got the day before call telling me what time so luckily I was home, but machine was too large that's on us so it goes back.

Today, the day before my delivery is scheduled I get booked for a few meetings out of my control now I don't have the whole day free anymore. Since you're given your delivery time I want to call to change the date but policy is 48 hours and costs you more to change the day. So to bad for me cause I have to work during the week. Just let people schedule their own time slots.

Not only that they were very poor at communicating and I only found out these policies the today when I was told I couldn't change the day before our wash dryer was being delivered. However their condescending customer service rep assured me I was told. So once their policy is too bad for you customer. I'm just a tenant who hasn't been able to wash their clothes for a week cause they've screwed up our orders in one way or another twice. I got a feeling most of the 5 star reviews are bots. One of the 5 stars reviews is named "Ad".

Sanjay at brick Renfrew helped us to select new appliances for reno job and all worked very well through out the cutout dimensions to finishing the job. We definitely recommend Sanjay as our sale person for future projects as well.

As a first time home buyer i was browsing mostly each and every shop but when i stepped in brick vancouver sanjay pratap saved my time and money showing the best deals.and did a great job very friendly feels like a big brother bought all home appliances and bed with mattress.

Received: a bed frame that only works with wheels + a couple of legs that don't fit into the frame.

We just bought a mattress and feeling so happy. Jennifer helped us a lot. We really recommend to talk to her. Very knowledgeable, patient and helpful!

My wife ordered and picked up lamps from the Brick and brought them home. Lamps were $155ea and when we opened the first box we saw they were made of cheap material and the base was already damaged. I went to return them 1 hour after pick-up and the sales rep was very rude and didn't want to do my return. Return policy is 7 days and you have two days to report damage. After her speaking to the manager it took literally 90 minutes for them to complete my return. So unacceptable.

Poor communication and misleading information. When purchasing from them, double triple confirm what exactly you are paying for because all you will get in compensation for your headache and unnecessary stress is "sorry but this is the way it is"

I wish to commend Jovan Stanic who helped me to look for a chest recently. I appreciate his frank opinions very much. He told me he is not a designer but when he saw something I picked, he was able to say that it was nice or not.he was not pushy. He went beyond to look for my cellphone when I lost it.

Terrible customer service if anything is wrong with your orders. We had a great experience in store, and were upsold on a mattress cover that included to free pillows. After waiting about a month for the entire order to get in stock, the order was missing the upsold product of the mattress cover but had the pillows. (Mind you the delivery people were not gentle with our products and almost broke a sign in our building and hit sprinklers in our apartment.)

When we were able to call the store to inquire about this missing product they refused to take any accountability, and repeated the same speech to us how they couldn't do anything but we could buy the product we want. We couldn't even get to speaking with a manager, nor did we ever get a call back from one or the shipping and handling department they said would call us back. Instead they ordered the exact product we had already paid for and NOT recieved and called us to tell us our order was in store ready to pick up and pay for. This mattress cover was a mere $60 on a $2000 purchase. Not impressed and will never be going back to the Brick after such disrespect.
