Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what my needs were and presented several choices. He explained the features of each mattress and helped me to make the best decision. His prime focus was to meet my needs. I would recommend seeing Tony for mattress purchases. He’s the best!

**EDIT** After over 10 phone calls from three different “managers” they had a firm stance the store would not assist in delivery of the defective product “with no exceptions”. After posting this review, John Ellis, the head manager called and offered to finally take responsibility and rectify the issue. Although, he was rude, unprofessional and arrogant. The set out policies are not in favour of the paying customer, just the bricks bottom line. They won’t attempt to provide customer satisfaction until you publicly note their shady practices. Zero stars.

My $3000 6 month old mattress fell apart at the seams. They have approved a replacement but they will not deliver it without charging me $100 + taxes. They even said they would take the old one for free if I pick up the mattress. So they are willing to come get the old one but not bring the new one on their truck. Ridiculous! This subpar product is defective and the issue should not put the customer out of pocket. Horrible customer service and I won’t ever purchase another item from the brick again. Back your products and stop gouging customers.

I went in today to look for a new bed with my friend, and they told me to put my bag in customer care because I am a teenager, they didn’t ask anyone else around with a bag “adults” I get because I’m a teenager I get stereotyped but I wasn’t doing anything wrong. When I was looking at the beds a man came up to us and told us to stop horsing around or we would have to leave. We were doing what every other person in the store was doing and they didn’t get mad at them. And they followed us around the hole time. I felt quite targeted… such sad do better.

The service was good until we had a complaint about a smart LG stove. They just sent us to the LG company, we had no resolve. The knobs turn on just by a slight bump, a possible cause to a preventable fire. No resolve was given. Be careful when buying a stove from LG with the knobs out front. Disappointed with the end service.

We had a terrific experience dealing with Tony (and Cushy) at your Victoria store while purchasing our new range. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very down to earth. It was altogether a pleasurable experience and I would not hesitate to recommend your location.

Went in because I had been invited to the vip sale day and went just to see what they had for mattresses. Well after having John V talk to me about several different options I finally found one that would suit my needs as I have a bit of a bad back and it was 50% off a $3999.99 mattress and I had financing available through flexiti and was able to get the mattress and a reclining base for just $84/month and 0% interest. Can't wait to have it delivered and start sleeping better, with any luck.

Kam listened to what my specific needs and wants in a bed for my apartment were. IWhen I mentioned my budget, Kam found a couple of higher quality than the ones I had tried out that were on sale so I was thrilled to get a great mattress for less than I thought, which meant that I could also purchase a high quality mattress cover and sheet set as well. Since moving to the island in 2014 I have bought a wide selection of products that are still in great shape today. Thanks Kam

Purchased our new couch last week just before the new year and it came in a very timely manner. The store had excellent selection and lots of lovely sales. Zane helped us with our purchase and he was excellent to deal with. The only reason for not 5 stars is his manager was a bit less pleasant to deal with, her conversation with us did leave a bad taste in our mouth but Zane’s customer service was why we continued with the transaction.

Don’t recommend the brick. We bought new appliances last February (fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave) at first the fridge came with a dent in the door- which they replaced promptly. Dishwasher and microwave have been fine but we have had nothing but issues with the oven. You can’t cook anything without this loud buzzing noise taking over the whole house. And it doesn’t stop when you turn it off, once it cools down. We’ve had multiple people come to look at it with no fix. It has been months since someone has been back. The air fryer function doesn’t work at all. And no one is being helpful about it when we call to see when we are going to have this dealt with.would be nice to just get a new unit that actually works then having to jump through all these hoops. When you spend good money on something is it so hard to expect it to actually work?

We came in a few times looking for couches, Roger was really helpful by answering our questions without feeling pressure to buy right away. We appreciate the help!

Unfortunately, another poor experience at a Brick in town. Now, we went in at 820 to look at a stove so a little late I am understanding of that.

We decided to see if there was anything else we would need and walked through the store. There were two people there and neither paid any attention to us. Shortly before we left the individual behind the service counter made eye contact and then went to the back room without a word. We left around 835 and no one came up to see if we needed anything.

Doubtful that I will shop here in the future.

My business partner and I just purchased a new couch from this location, I can’t speak highly enough of the amazing service we received and the fantastic deal we were offered. Codey was a wonderful salesperson to deal with, as he listened to our needs and helped us navigate the best and most affordable option. We’ve left the brick feeling great about our purchase and they even helped set up the delivery and take away of our old couch. We couldn’t ask for anything more! My husband & I were looking for electric recliners and electric beds. Zachary & Kushi were amazing and very helpful. We also got 2 accent chairs and at the delivery, one of the wood legs split when putting the screw in while assembling it. They took the chair with them and in less than a week, they delivered and assembled the new chair. Overall great and friendly service from Zachary & Kushi and the delivery men. After a month, we are very happy with our purchases & would recommend The Brick in Langford.

Zack helped us purchase a new mattress and box spring. He was friendly but not "salesman pushy". He was very knowledgeable on his product information. I was a pleasure working with him.

We bought a new couch plus warranty from The Brick Langford. Within a 8 months the seams on all 4 pieces began to come apart. I called in for warranty repair. It took them 10 months to come fix 2 of the pieces. It has been more than a year and they have yet to repair the last 2 pieces. I call monthly to inquire. They say they will call back and do not.
Be careful when buying anything from this store.

We worked with Zack and his trainee Jim. They were both incredibly friendly and Zack was not only knowledgeable but worked hard to put together a deal that worked well for us. We made numerous changes and had many questions but they handled it with the utmost professionalism. We are newlyweds and this was a big decision for us. We left feeling like everything was handled and there was nothing to stress about. If I could give more stars I would.

Travis was excellent in managing my purchase today at Langford, BC. Awaiting for the delivery of my furniture.

Zach is a great salesman. Helped us find exactly what we wanted. Called me this morning and my couch is already in so looking forward to it.

Needed a replacement chair for the just delivered new dining set due to a leg cracked when being assembled. Spoke with sales person Zack and was told he would work it out and speak with his manager. When he called back I was told a new chair would be ordered and delivered in about 4 days. When asked if a floor model chair could be provided or even borrowed I was told the manager wouldn't allow that. I was connected to the manager named Chloe and asked about borrowing a floor model chair she stated it wasn't possible since they were understaffed to assemble furniture. A puzzling statement to make when it's the customer that is responsible for assembly and all of the floor model furnishings are already assembled. When asked what we were do for a chair for a holiday dinner that needs four places I was told she didn't know how to answer that. Again asked about borrowing a floor model chair that would be returned when the replacement arrived and again told that wasn't possible with no logical reason given why it wasn't possible. Without the fourth chair dinner plans had to be changed and a holiday dinner was not as enjoyable as it should have been. This will be our last ever purchase from The Brick since it seems quite clear that store manger Chloe has very little idea or incentive on how to keep customers. Sales person Zack seemed to want to help but apparently couldn't because of manager Chloe.

My mother, partner and myself had visited the Brick this evening to look and purchase furniture for our new home. We were greeted by Zack, who to say the least was a very friendly, hard working employee who had ZERO problem finding exactly what we were looking for. Zack is very knowledgeable in the products that are offered (ie: mattresses, mattress covers, chairs, protection plans, and financing plans). Needless to say, Zack stayed three hours past his scheduled shift just to assist us in a very strenuous purchasing plan. He gave our family many options in order to fit our budget - stress free. Zack was extremely patient. At the end of the day, we walked away with everything we needed. The Brick exceeded all our expectations. We couldn’t be any more happy with our recent purchases. Thanks so much Zack!:)

I had my furniture delivered damaged and missing parts. The solutions they are offering are salting the wounds.

If you are looking for quality customer service this isn't the place for you.

We needed to purchase a stove and fridge immediately. Travis, our sales person was very polite, friendly and helpful. Within an hour we not only purchased the appliances but we’re able to take them within two days. Anyone shopping at the Brick in Langford, ask for Travis, we sure weren’t disappointed.

We purchased a gas range and we got amazing support from Khushi. She provided us sufficient details about all our options, went the extra mile tp sort out the complication about the transaction and made sure all surrounding elements like power supplies are compatible.

Looking forward to my new chaise delivery. I was replacing a unique piece of furniture and was actually quite surprised they had (in stock) pretty much exactly what I was searching for at a great price point. Zack and trainee Eddy were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, professional and extremely patient. They made my whole experience quite enjoyable. The following day I returned and was greeted by John. He had remembered me from the previous day and was a great help purchasing some throw pillows. Even the young men at the payment desk, both visits, were extremely knowledgeable and completed my purchases seamlessly. Well done everyone!
