I came to the brick Langley store with my family and was greeted by a lady
She just felt us in-between and started talking over the phone
As we were about to leave she started asking our name and to provide personal cell phone number to which we objected. We believe the store manager should give proper training to the employees to not to be too personal.

Jyoti in customer service helped me with the warranty procedure. Great customer service!

Sunny helped my husband and I when we came into the Brick. We were looking for a headboard and bedroom set and he went above and beyond. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our purchase and can’t wait for the delivery

There’s the worst furniture store to buy furniture. They sent me a defective tv from the floor, and after Emails back and forth and time spent to go in the store they accepted to replace the tv. Their website is not working after you make an order doesn’t go through and you can’t order unless you donate or around your total for donations. In the store after you ordered you just can’t get away unless you buy a guarantee and donate money even if you don’t want too.

Sachin at the Langley location greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was so helpful with what we wanted/needed for our living room.

The most unprofessional people you will ever came across. I apologies for my last review which was positive for the new hired Sales Guy Ankit, but the struggle I encountered started happening after I purchased. They made sales based on false commitments and no respect to customer requests. No coordination between the staff member. One staff will say something and other say exactly the opposite. They are the most unethical guys who are just concerned about their sales commission, no respect to customer, and no customer centric practices.
I regret doing shopping from this store and I decided never ever I am going to shop anything, nor my friends or known ones.

It was time for an overhaul of our outdated living room furniture. We visited many stores and in the end found the best pieces and prices at The Brick. Best of all the salesperson (Jag) listened attentively and there was no sales pressure. Waiting patiently now for our new furniture!

I ordered a new bedroom suite, the guys came and picked up my old suite and delivered the new one all put together! After they left, I noticed that the drawers on one of the dressers wouldn't open so I phoned to let them know, A few days later they brought me a new fully functioning dresser to replace the old one! Great service:)

The worst company to deal with. They delivered a totally defective/damaged TV and now refuse to replace it. I have given them business worth over $100k in the past, and they refuse to deal with this minor issue. I will never shop here again, and will probably take these guys to court. Stay away from this fraud company!

Came in yesterday to look at sectionals and was helped by Sunny. Sunny was informative, honest, and helpful. I am super happy with my purchase and would recommend going to see Sunny to all my family and friends. Thanks Sunny!

Sachin was incredibly helpful and patient through all of the issues I ran into. I never felt pressured to buy and he was honest about anything I had questions over.

Jag was an enormous help and made the process so easy for us finding the right couch. Highly recommend the Langley Brick. *Updating this review to say we got our couch delivered and I’m still in disbelief that it’s ours! With supply chain issues I was worried we wouldn’t be able to get one soon enough, but Jag put in the work and found us the perfect couch and delivered it two days later. The delivery team was incredible, very fast, professional, and got the couch up over our balcony since it wouldn’t fit up the stairs. I can’t recommend the brick Langley enough! Will absolutely buy from them again, specifically from Jag! Thanks for the awesome work.

But not happy with the store, we bought our furniture on April 02 and now it’s June 18 and still no furniture.
Do not recommend this store.

Went to buy some appliances. I told the salesperson that I just wanted a quote. However, I was being pressurized, left, center and right to make a purchase. Statements changed from "if you decide to purchase" to "when you purchase today" cleverly by the salesperson.

When I asked questions about features and what it can do and what it cannot do: his answers were standard "It has everything". He was not ready to explain anything and was getting irritated when we took time. From his behavior we decided to spend the 7K on appliances elsewhere. While leaving, he was seen talking to some other sales guy, and they were both staring at us.

This was our experience at the Langley store. The Surrey store was good.

Hi, i bought a queen mattress last year and after 1 week, on the left side was sagging, you guys told me it was final sale and after having difficult time with the process fro an exchange, at the end you guys gave me another one.so now after less than one year, the same mattress is sagging again
what can i say? You guys are selling furniture that is TRASH! Please to the audience DON'T BUY ANYTHING AT THE BRICK!

My wife and I went in looking for a sectional, we dealt with Vic our 1st day who took his time and was very knowledgeable, we came back following day with Lovepreet assisting us this time around, she was very patient and helpful thru out with making sure we got the deal on sectional we were looking for. Had great service when I went to buy new bed, due to wrong sign I purchased a bed that was not the one I wanted to buy. Company figured out the issue and is providing me the matress I wanted all along. Happy how this was resolved

While the brick is a good place and I am so far happy with things. They take so long to finalize things.
However, I am here to give Lovepreet (Love) from langley store 5 stars. She's patient, understands our requests. Sis her best to find us the colors and styles we wanted. And treated us with a huge smile on her face.

Went to brick couple days ago to buy Queen Size bed set. The sales Guy there Ankit was a great help he gave us all the good suggestions and our purchase went so easy with so many good Options and best deal. I will for sure recommend him to my other friends too.

We went in for a new mattress and we had amazing service from Manbir! She helped us find everything we needed and it was super fast and easy! I definitely recommend going to the brick and if you do ask for Manbir!

Manbir was super friendly and helpful in our quest to purchase furniture for my new place. She was close enough to be of quick service when we stopped to look at pieces but far enough back regularly to not feel pressured. Definitely recommend working with her if you shop here!

I was went to langley brick a day ago for looking for dining chair. I found a good looking chairs and I visited today for make sure my decide. I’m with Ankit M. He shawed me a couple of more options and there’s a better option than what I’ve seen yesterday. He was really kind and amazing! Thank you for helping me to find a great dining chairs

This was a 5 star review But it turns out this store is a joke. Sold me a fridge in January, told me it would take a month. Deliver date gets moved 3 times and not a single call. Do not shop here just an absolute clown show with zero accountability. I get supply chain issues but a fridge bought in January and delivered in August with zero communication is absurd.

Went in to buy a new box springs to replace squeaky old one, decided to buy a whole new set matress and box springs. Was told it would be a couple weeks not a problem few days go by get a call saying it's ready gets delivered partner said it was wrong waited 2 days to go in saying it's wrong mattress, they try telling me I have to wait 21 days for them to fix their salesmans error all while implying it's my fault for not knowing the names of all their bed products (not my job) I visually pointed to the bed I wanted.

This store is fantastic. Bruce was an excellent salesman. Not just he gave us a fantastic deal but he is one of the hard working employees that I have ever seen. He explores all the options that the customer can have. Also Vicky their manager is highly recommended.

Walked in to try out a new mattress and walked out with 2 new mattresses and smiles on our faces! Sachin was absolutely amazing and explained everything in detail while still being personable. Would go to Sachin for all my Brick needs in the future.

We have been extremely happy with sales representative Sachin. He has been VERY patient, is knowledgeable about his product lines and listens to his clients, matching their needs with quality products at great price points. We followed him to the Langley location as we first met him at the South Surrey Brick. In my opinion the Brick is lucky to have him and he should be SALES MANAGER. Sachin is professional, personable and honest.

Dealing with Mike was an absolute pleasure! He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and he smelled amazing!
I highly recommend that you see him if you come to this location.

I had read several reviews from several brick locations and after reading a lot from the Langley location about a salesperson named Mike Ishmael, i just had to drive to this location to see if all that was written was true.
From the moment i met him i knew i was in for a great experience. From the start he was friendly, smelled great, dressed very well and was attentive and polite with a very calming demeanor.
I had several questions about a dishwasher i was looking to purchase and to be honest, i was asking a lot of unnecessary questions with the hope of being able to stump him, but boy was i wrong!
This guy knows his stuff!
I actually ended up also purchasing a fridge and stove as well just because of the trust and confidence developed from him.
He even gave me a lollipop!
I will let everyone i know about this experience!
If you come to this store, look for the good looking guy with the cool boots and awesome zombie car!
Do not speak to anyone else.
You will not be disappointed.

Mike Ishmael, Senior Sales Consultant, helped my husband and I choose a dishwasher. Mike is very knowledgeable and honest, we highly recommend asking for him when you are shopping at the Willowbrook Drive location in Langley. Can’t wait for our new dishwasher to arrive!

Have spent long periods of time waiting for furniture deliveries. This can be explained by the Covid pandemic but nonetheless reflects poorly on the outlet. Customer service and sales have been great. Quality of furniture is hit and miss.

I had family coming and needed another bed ASAP. I contacted Vik Ram and he found me the size of bed that would fit the room. He also gave me step by step instructions on where to go to pick up the bed the same day.
Vik's customer service is amazing!
