Very frustrated and disappointed! Bought new LG malfunctioning dishwasher. Even after 2 visits from repair tech its still not working. Called several times left msg for manager but no answer. Meanwhile I left without 1.1k and not working dishwasher!

BTW, keep taking my review down - I'll just keep posting it again. The staff here are total money hungry hounds. Don't buy anything from this place. They will try to make you buy their rip-off useless warranties and then get angry when you decline. Go somewhere else, fast. They are worse than peddlers at a bazaar. They will say anything to get you to buy their worthless trinkets. Buyer beware.

I mean the sales people were helpful, and explained everything except one thing. I was told that getting the Flexiti card had no interest, which is a big lie. The interest rate is 32%. You’re better off using a conventional credit card, than Flexiti. I don’t recommend getting the Flexiti card.

Sales consultant ALI helped me today with my purchased, I wanted to say thank you for this great customer services and information. If you want to buy from Brick look for ALI-S.thank you again, we need more sales people like him.

I came in to purchase a new Mattress and sofa, I looked at a lot of different options and after talking to a sale consultant named Aryan Akbari I felt like he helped me make the right decision for me and pick the best fit for my needs as well as get a great deal. Aryan was very patient, made me feel comfortable, was very friendly and knowledgeable, he gave me all the information I needed. I'm very happy with my experience and purchase, thank you Aryan

Worst experience with the delivery, Even though nobody is helping on the phone call as well.

Initially Mario was great to deal with. Unfortunately my experience was not great after that. I'm a long term customer of the Brick and hope that somebody can rectify this issue so I can return in the future.

1) The product / mattress was delivered later than they originally proposed and I was notified very late in the day, I had to arrange different solution for childcare to make the time available the next day (they didn't offer any other options to schedule a future day)

2) I was sold a mattress protector, which upon returning home I realized we didn't need as we had one already. The mattress protector was not on sale, was not marked as final sale and was in the original packaging.

My wife went to return it 3 days later and customer service was difficult to deal with.

First she was told that they are final sale items
Then I returned and I was told that there is a 7 day window for these items to be returned and we had missed it. Which is not true because I sent my wife in promptly after purchase.

After a lot of different excuses and sighs, and the manager saying that she has the power to make an exception, but she was unwilling to do so (return our brand new never used sealed in packaging mattress protector). I'm updating my review to reflect this experience and hope that somebody will be in touch to help rectify the issue so I can continue shopping at the Brick in the future.

Nice store coquitlam buying with Mario Y. Is the best seller ever we have dealt with, he is friendly always take care of us and treat us like a family member, you wont be disapointed.

Ali was very helpful and friendly when we were shopping around for a mattress today. He did his best to find us something within our price range without any pressure tactics. We originally were looking for a twin mattress but we settled on a full mattress set that was over 50% off during Black Friday. Thank you Ali for giving us a good deal!

I always go to Coquitlam store, look for Mario Y and he is always my friend and brother always taking care of me, extremely recommended.

Extremely poor customer service. Purchased coffee maker for $ 157.53. Tried to test it at home, coffee maker had a leak on the side where it shows water level. Store did not take it back, they said I need to contact warranty. It was not even a week I have purchased the product. This is not my first time having issue with their service, all their location provides poor service. I have spent so much money at their locations, this will be my last time. I will make sure to none of my friends shop from them.

Sneaky shysters! I bought approximately 8000$ of stuff and was sold 2 mattress protectors by the fast talking salesman for the mattresses I bought not realizing I already had 2 at home. I went to return them 2 days after delivery, clearly unopened and still in the original package and was told they won’t take them back. I’m out over 400$ now for something I don’t need. Don’t trust the salesmen and read the fine print very carefully. Luckily I paid cash and didn’t use one of their credit cards so I’ll never have to deal with them again.

Buy anything other than the Brick, I have sworn off of buying anything from them ever again. They try and get you to buy warranty or anything to extend and help protect it then they don't answer your calls and it take months to have a technician come out o look at said problem and finally they say they can't do anything at all. Complete joke of a chain. Will never buy from them again. So much for a good ol Canadian company.

I have been to other Brick stores and had horrible experiences. I accidentally called the Coquitlam Brick and got the Sales person Akesh! 100% the best experience. He was beyond helpful and I got exactly what I wanted within what I could afford! The Brick is lucky to have a sales person like Akesh!

Been to many Brick Locations, This is so far the best. Helpful sales team, Best deals, Great customer service.

All the issues come from little to no explanation about the felxiti program.the no-interest payment program by flexiti is terrible.no decent website. I was charged for insurance although I did not accept anything nor I was explained about it. Then I had to follow up and got it cancelled. There is no pre-authorized payment option.so I have to login every month to pay for the statement. If you dont have to just pay full amount and avoid flexiti!

A suggestion to brick would be do a better job in explaining regular purchase and promotional purchase on flexiti and also the payment defender and whatever goes with the flexit so as a customer, I dont have to stay hours on phone call with the customer service at flexiti!

I was at this location a week ago, found a sofa I wanted but not one salesperson asked if I wanted or needed assistance. After about 30 minutes of looking around some more and going back to look at the sofa I wanted again, I decided to leave and try another store. So I did that today and had the same result at the store on United Way.

Gary was very helpful, kind, and supportive. We are very satisfied with the purchase! He is very responsible and keep calling back to fulfill our needs.

One of the worst locations I have ever been to. My partner and I ordered a table in November that was in stock and then we received no updates about the status. We had to keep calling every week to get updates and never told an answer other than, “it’s delayed. ” No employee ever called us to give an update and we had to constantly call all the time. The same excuse was used and we were told it would be there in ten days or so every time we asked. It is now almost the end of February and no date has been set. Since November, the sales associate called once and said we had ordered a mattress and had no idea what we had ordered. If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been super inconvenient and could have been resolved with someone calling us to let us know the status so we are not waiting in limbo. It has been four months already and no clarity has been given as to when we would get our table. Terrible company and customer service.

A five star rating. We were looking for furniture for our new home. Met Rakesh Patel, what a service. He went above and beyond our expectations. The furniture arrived almost on time, even with global supply chain disruptions. Everything looks great and we can't be happier.

I bought furnitures with help of seller Mansour at this store, Mansour is a perfect seller, amazing patience, accurate with excellent manners. I want say thanks to all professional staffs and managers at the Brick of Coquitlam center.

This location is much larger than others visited & we were impressed with great selection of sliding scale prices on items for many a various styled home & themes.

I had a great time shopping at the Brick in coquitlam B. C.westwood and laughed. No pressure, welcoming, over all a great experience.

I bought a table and four chairs from this store, and I am very happy with my purchase. They had purple chairs! The items were delivered quickly, very friendly service. There was a problem with one chair that they took care of. The exchange was easy, just a delivery drop off and pick up, plus the delivered chair was assembled.

Entire transaction from beginning to end including delivery with very unsatisfactory service (and still waiting for refund and delivery of previous orders)
August-2021: Ordered 2 Grey Accent chairs. Still waiting
Nov-2021: Saw Katie Bench and asked the salesperson to order it. She put the order along with August-2021 invoice. The price tag on the product was lower than item in their stock (I believe store violated BC scanning code of practice) but even after pointing it out still charged the higher price. I asked to cancel and refund. The system bounced as it has the glitch to refund transactions. Coquitlam Accounting department has put the request and I am still waiting for the refund.
Dec-2021. Came to store and ordered bench as the delivery was free on cyber Monday
Dec-2021: The delivery guys called and came and delivered the item. I asked if they can assemble it and provided cash to do the service. They took the box out and took cash and went away without assembling the product. What do you call this service?

My online order needed to be changed and Akash came to my rescue via Chat. I now saved a bit more money on my Black Friday deal. Thanks for the great service today!

I’ve bought two sofas on June and they told me it’s available end of July. Every time i call to follow up, they keep postponing for another month. It has been now 6 months and I still haven’t received a confirmed date for delivery!

We bought a smart TV from here and the wifi connection of the TV didn't work. When we asked to get an exchange or a refund, they told us it was a final sale while at the time of purchase it was not mentioned that this is a final sale nor it says it in the reciept. One of the salesmen gave us some random number and said call this number to get the TV fixed but it was actually 9 digit rather than 10 digit! I wouldn't buy electronics from this place. The sale staff are very unprofessional and unhelpful. If this was anywhere else we would have a better answer.

Recently I bought a Couches and other things, I’m very satisfied with the staff at the Brick store specially Mr. Dariya & Ms. Kirishma, actually they are really professional guides and helpers and the customer service was great.

They do not even deserve 1 star. 4 yours age we bought full furniture and paid 300$ for warranty. Now All sofas are distributed and they don’t accept the warning. Please don’t trust them, They deceive people, Especially newcomers.

I won’t give 5 only because of the no return policy and awful warranty department. But the people working here at this store are nice and prices are good. They did exchange my damaged piece quickly too. Curtis was very polite and nice. He opened the packaging and was patient with us when we picked up so we could check before we took it home which was nice because we were worried it would be damaged again. If they did take returns on certain things It would be nice but for the deal we got can’t really complain too much.

Looking for some new household items, I was approached by a pleasant sales consultant, Krishma. She helped me with all the items I was looking for and answered all my questions. My invoice was to be emailed to me but after a week I had still not rec'd it. I called and a customer service rep advised me that my invoice was sent to an email that does not belong to me. I was quite concerned, as I don't know who or what information was shared to this unknown email address.
I asked to speak with Krishma, she assured me that no personal info would have been disclosed. I hope she is right. She could tell the concern and disappointment so she was kind enough to add extended warranty to some of my items.

Service is okay. Staff overall seem out of it and unwilling and too distracted to help. It seems like most here are working their first day, however unlikely.

Went in on the weekend to pick up an order. Just a simple bed frame in a box.

When we arrived, we were informed that our order had been ripped open and some pieces were missing. They offered to ship one from another store.

Pick up was fine, just a little disorganized. Most employees are friendly and helpful but some seem a bit overwhelmed by any customers (first visit was only my wife and I, second was me and one other customer).

Very very pushy sales staff. I bought a coach because it was an amazing deal. Delivery team was excellent and brought my experience to 2 stars. In store is a solid 1 star. I would recommend anywhere else before the brick.

There was a great customer service, done by a nice man, Which his name was Darya. He really helped me to find the best and affordable choice. I needed a sofa bed, and he explained a lot about different product and their option and abilities. So I recommend him, for having better view for what are you going to buy.

Was at the Big one on Sunday. Met this lovely gentleman named Mario. What a great role model for the Brick. So far the pillow he sold me is working. Fingers crossed. Will follow him back to his store. Thanks Mario

The other day I was looking for a Accent Table for my son's house and I wanted a particular size and shape. I thankfully got help from Mario, and I was very pleased with his work. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was very kind. He was also very knowledgeable in regards to all the different products they had to offer. I ended up buying more than expected and I am extremely happy with my purchase! Anytime you guys visit The Brick I would definitely suggest Mario as the best sales associate!

I will never step foot again into the brick. The salesman pushed me into getting a brick card and after I agreed the manager Anu came and tried to get insurance on the card and didn’t tell me it cost money until I asked over and over how much it is. This store is sad.salespeople are pushed to sell these gimmicks to people and then I have to go thru a manager to get out of buying it. Beware don’t sign anything until you read it.

I went to Brick at Lougheed Highway Port Coquitlam. The staff is very professional. Sales person Karishma helped me in my purchase. She is very Knowledgeable and professional. She was not pushy at all like other Sales person. Her services are highly recommendable.

I had the good fortune of meeting Krishma at this location. She is extremely knowledegable and her approach is very service based. Her main concern is to ensure she builds a lasting relationship with her customers and that they are happy with the final purchase. She gave great suggestions and made the shopping process easy for me. She worked very hard on my behalf to ensure I had everything I needed within a budget that I could afford. I normally never do one stop shopping, but the deals and service made it easy for me to just get it done. I will be back.

I have made my purchase from The Brick in Lougheed HWy today with Krishma. Due to their tent Sale I got terrific deal on my beautiful sectional. This location has soo many products on very good deal in their tent. Store Display is very beautiful. Sales person Krishma was so very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained me everything and was very patient with me. They have amazing warranty options available too. I love the environment and vibe of the store and also their entire management team is soo helpful and friendly. Even their sales manager made sure my purchase went smoothly and greeted me with warmth.
I will recommend this brick location and specially Krishma to everyone.

I bought a dinning table over a month ago expecting to have this for Thanksgiving. The day I was supposed to pick up the table, I called to confirm and they told me THE TABLE WASNT GOING TO BE READY IN A MONTH FROM NOW! No one from the store called me to let me know, nor the store offered any time of alternative other than “come here and buy another table in stock”! Managers have poor (if any) customer skill. Horrible, worst experience ever!

I went to the brick in lougheed hwy yesterday was looking for mattresses they were all busy, the sales manager young lady start helping me and then she send a sales person Krishma she was very helpful and nice it was a good experience thank you guys.

The sales person we had was awesome. His name is Mario Mosayyeb. He bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and what we expected. An awesome salesperson and to the point.

I would like to share my experience that I had with Mario at the Westwood Brick store. Mario's customer service was amazing and a breath of fresh air from my horrific experience i had just walked away from at Trail Appliances in Coquitlam. Mario helped me choose a bed got me an awesome deal on it and also threw in a mattress pad he also unfortunately had to listen to me complaining about my experience i had just had at Trail Appliances. Mario went above and beyond trying to help me with my Appliance problem, even after leaving the store with my bed purchase he continued to try and help me. Thank you MARIO you made my shopping experience a reason to return to the Brick for future purchases!

Darya's customer service was excellent! He was very friendly and professional. He was very patient and helpful as I was looking for a sofa. I definitely recommend him if you are shopping on this location.

She is so knowledgeable in the product and offered me Brick interest free financing which I applied and used for my purchase, She is very polite and professional in taking care of my purchase. I was strolling around The Brick the other day, quite confused about where to look and what I'm looking for. Suddenly, the most beautiful Persian woman crossed my vision. It was like she fell from the sky just at the right time and right place. She is walking right towards me with a big bright smile and introduces herself to me as Elie. Right away asks me all the right questions. She pointed to me the direction I was looking for. I fell in love with her right away. I need some time to decide on the amazing options she told me about, but I asked her when she is in next because I want to see her again when I make my purchase. Her charismatic personality made me it so easy to talk to her and tell her what I needed, and she was so understanding. She is A GOD SEND. IF YOU GO TO THE BRICK, LOOK FOR ELIE. You WON'T regret it.
