Sales person told me to only come back specific days they were working so they could get there commission, customer service weas horrible especially after purchasing a fridge.called the brick after days days of having fridge, it had faulty parts, the brick said wasn't there issue and I needed to call LG. Still, after a month have a defective fridge and 0 help from the brick. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Will never spend my money there again. I have no idea how that location is still in business! 0/100
Visited this location on black friday and got a chance to interact with Prabhnoor. He communicated that he was still new and learning but he was actually able to provide us with a lot of information. Would definitely like to deal with him when im there the next time.
I recently went to brick abbotsford.got a chance to talk with Prabhnoor. He a perfect blend of professionalism and knowledge. Made me feel like a VIP. I Highly recommend Him.

The worst location, employees, and management in North America. Super unprofessional and rude! They don’t even know what customer service means. Avoid them and never do business with them at all. They are a bunch of liars. They send broken stuff and they will try to force you to keep it as soon as they deliver it, claiming it’s a clearance product and can’t be returned even if damaged. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
UPDATE: I would like to recognize the salesperson, Ali, for taking ownership of this situation and making a bad experience much better. Not only did he call me on his day off to apologize and present multiple options to get my items sooner, but he was able to get me more compensation. Working myself in customer service for over 20 years, i especially appreciate how Ali went above and beyond to correct what his co-workers couldn't (or wouldn't). 5 STARS FOR ALI!

Purchased a couch and was supposed to be ready for pick up on Friday. When I called for an ETA when it would be ready, they told me it wasn't on the truck and I could get it the following week. But i was told, I could go to their downtown warehouse myself to pick it up.really? Drive downtown to fix YOUR mistake? !

Bad quality sofas I did both ones pair December and 1 month latter it was broken down I just waited 3 months for repairs. Expensive bad quality furniture
Update: I’ve bumped them up a star. Our warranties ran their course. Since we made no claims, we got the warranty Costs back as store credit. With the history here I assumed it would be difficult to claim or we wouldn’t even be able to claim it. I was prepared to cut my losses. We went in & had great service. Got 2 new chairs, a couple of pillows. It all went smoothly. We likely will still never buy here again but wanted to be fair.
OP: RUN THE OTHER WAY! I'll make this as short as possible but dealing with this single transaction has taken an entire year & we still have missing pieces from our order. We've just completed a year long gutting of our house, spent hundreds of thousands. We were overdue & overbudget but the most stressful part was dealing with this Brick sore.
BOXING WEEK 2016 We need everything but we just started massive renos, delivery would be 6 months plus, The Brick agreed. We drop $20,000
The CALLS 4 months later the harassing phone calls about taking delivery start. Up to 3 times a week. After 3 weeks of this we stopped answering but the calls kept coming.
MISSING PIECE #1 Yay renos are done! Delivery guys see we're missing a piece. They tell us to talk to the store & it should take a few days! HA!
The re ordered part doesn't come after 2 weeks.the store reorders. It take another 1 week. We are now 3 weeks past delivery date.
THE OTHER MISSING PIECES Hubby & I go to finish the bed & find that there are more missing pieces! Our bad for not checking after that first piece was found missing.but also assembly team's bad. Same story on these pieces. Re ordered but haven't come.
TODAY We're now over a year from purchase date, almost 3 months from delivery date & yet to have a completed order. I'm not one to complain & always think people are trying their best. Even their Manager said he'd be much more angry than I have been but I guess in this case, their best is really not good enough. I'm typing this after they called to delay delivery of out final pieces.again.
ACCOUNTABILITY I asked for the Store Manager's email, they don't give that out! What kind of manager makes herself so unapproachable? Head office website has no phone numbers & I have received no email response!
Save yourself some heartache & go somewhere else. GO TO IKEA - they are never missing parts & they have great customer service!

Not very good I was told that I would receive an electronic copy of the receipt. I did not receive my electronic copy, I attempted to verify in store on my smart phone I was unable to secure a a connection. PROBLEM RESOLVED I AM VERY GRATEFUL
I had a wonderful experience with Suvir, I was interested in purchasing a sectional couch. He was super friendly, helpful, and professional. He even called me back weeks later to let me know there was a sale going on! I don’t know many businesses that would do that.

Do not shop at this location. The sales staff is nice but the employess working in customer service are just horrible at their job.they just pawn you off to the next person if you ever have an issue and they keep pawning you off until you just get tired and decide to just fix it your self. All the employees at the desk should be fired.
