It took months to recieve our furniture and the canada made high density foam is a joke. The cushions started to get misshapen after a month. I a constantly flipping them.

The worst! Do not buy the warranty because they scam you! They will not repair anything that is not reported within 14 days. They said in the guidelines that they would give you the same new couch if the other one is not repairable but they do not THEY WONT REPAIR ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN RIPPED
No point of getting the warranty because it is useless

We needed to replace our mattress and have not enjoyed shopping for replacement in the past. From the moment we walked into the Brick in Kelowna we were welcomed by Kewal and he spent time with us to get us the perfect mattress that worked for both myself and my husband. We are very happy with our purchase. Delivery team were polite and fast. Only waited 3 days.amazing service from everyone. We will be back.

Went in looking for new livingroom furniture. After two hours we decided on a swivel rocker recliner. No one had approached us after an initial "hello". I approached a salesperson and asked for a hand. She reluctantly put down her phone, rolled her eyes and petulantly followed me. It was at that moment I decided we werent buying this chair. We wanted two and were buying zero. We were told the chair was discontinued, none in the warehouse and they werent selling the floor model.

We went to Lay-Z-Boy bougbt 2 chairs and spent $5400. Will NEVER go back to the Brick.

Jayne was so helpful! She took care of every detail and made sure it was all just right. When my coffee table arrived it had some damage from shipping and she had a replacement delivered right away. It was so easy I couldn't believe it. She explained all the warranty information carefully, and told me everything I needed to know to take the best care of my new furniture. I am so happy with my experience with Jayne we are already shopping for my next piece from Sofa Lab. Great experience purchasing a new mattress. Our sales associate Kewal was extremely friendly and very helpful in answering any questions/concerns we had and was not pushy or forceful in any way which just added to the experience. He helped us find the perfect mattress for both of our preferences and actually listened to us which made us feel valued and not just like another commission.

Spent a significant amount of money on furniture, appliance, TV and more. We paid a fee to have the TV installed by a company the Brick recommends. The technician came out and installed the TV and it was NOT level. Why would that not be the first thing the technician checks? Called the technician and he said he would be back at 5pm to fix it. At 5pm he says he cannot make it. I called the Brick and spoke to the manager who was dismissive. The manager said he would email the company and if someone doesn't get back to us in one or two days let him know. Absolutely appalling service!

Not a great experience and won't be purchasing anything from these folks again. Bought a Couch set in November 2019. One piece arrived Feb 2020 and the other one was somehow lost in transit (nobody bothered to tell us). Showed up in May 2020 but it was "Covid Times" so the delivery was them dropping it in our driveway and leaving it for my wife and I to muscle into the house and up the stairs. The second couch (the one that came late), was defective and the bottom of it fell out a short time after getting it in here. Had their warranty folks come to take a look (Spring 2021) - confirmed it wasn't built properly and would be replaced. Now we've waited 10 months, the new couch has arrived at their store, and they're telling us we need to load up the defective couch bring it to them, load up the new replacement one, drive it home, and muscle it up the stairs again. Didn't we pay that the first time and they dropped off a broken one? I'm not sure their defective furniture which is under warranty is a me problem? ?

Not a well run business for a company of this size. Zero stars. Will buy elsewhere next time.

He found one in stock in Edmonton that was in our price range and could be delivered before Christmas for my sister. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Frank. The delivery also went smoothly.

Terrible experience all around. Bought a bed frame that the salesperson was adamant would fit in our car, we repeatedly told him that it wouldn't and asked to have delivery. He refused delivery (that we were going to pay for!). When we went to pick up the frame it of course didn't fit in our car, so we went in to speak with customer care. We outlined the situation and the manager gave us less than 2 minutes of his time, said it wasn't his responsibility, and refused to even apologize to us. The manager stormed off and left another employee to continue the conversation with us. All they would offer is 50% off delivery. We're thankful that the employee eventually helped us, though extremely disgusted in the manager's behaviour, and disappointed in the salesperson who sold us the bed. Will never shop here again.

Very poor customer service! We spent a few thousand dollars the couch gets delivered all banged up sent back never heard from anyone called got very snotty girl the first day even snotty or girl the second day telling me well you won't be getting your couch until mid August. We had already waited 2 weeks for delivery and was told there was several in the warehouse. This place is unbelievable and I can't believe that it stays in business. I will not be buying the other furniture we had planned on furnishing our home with at this place.

Very poor customer service! I ordered a new bed, mattress and box spring set and paid for delivery. As this was being delivered to my Mom, I wanted to ensure they would carry the furniture into her bedroom so I called the Brick to confirm. They told me there would be an up charge for delivery into the house, when I offered to pay for this over the phone (or pay cash) they told me it would delay delivery by a week. Since I had already packed up her old bed, I couldn’t delay the delivery. The manager (Gilles) was rude and didn’t even bother to call me back to confirm. Instead the delivery driver (Doug) showed up to my mothers place and left the mattress and bed in the driveway. My mom asked if they would bring it in or even if they would bring it around the side of the house under an overhang as it was about to rain and the driver was rude and cited protocol and that we didn’t pay for that service. I was shocked to hear someone would treat a senior like that, I’ll never buy from the Brick again.this is the attitude of a big box store that hides behind policy instead of trying to serve their customers.

I find really great deals. They have great financing options too. Their sales people can be pushy and not very personable, that is the o py issue I have with them. We have gotten our washer and dryer here during Covid. And it was a overall successful and good experience. We're going to get a sofa bed next

Worst ever experience with shopping at the brick Kelowna. I had my all furniture shopping from brick and always big purchases $14000 in 2013 now almost 9,300 recent one. Rude people work there not even single person said hello. Manger don’t know how to talk with customer no respect for customer I wish I could return my all furniture. King bed got broken with in 2 hours after assembled. And no one try to reach after I notify and send all email. I paid for delivery when bed broke manager said no responsibility I have to pay again to take their damage. I couldn’t even enjoy my new furniture. Brick does not have any responsibility once furniture out from their store. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. I wish my friend and family don’t go through same situation I had after buying furniture from brick. Says on the bill when I rented truck and return don’t know what happened to bed. SERIOUSLY please hire people who knows about customer service.

Everything was all fine and dandy when I PAID for my sectional, at the beginning of November. Then came a 2.5 month delay in even getting it TO the brick, so it could be delivered to me. Last update (and I've had to call every time for an update) was "it might be here mid-January". 0 stars for complete lack of communication and not offering any solutions. I woulda taken the floor model of the sectional at a discount, but nobody offered ;)

We came into the store 10 minutes before they closed to quickly price out a couch we saw online. There were a lot of other people in the store at the time. We were immediately met by someone who asked if we needed help and when I said “no, I think we know what we’re looking for” she said, “well, we close in 3 minutes. ” I then explained that there is a specific couch I saw online. After not looking it up, she said they did not have it in the store and she reluctantly showed us a couch that was similar. While we were looking at it and sitting on it she said, “Ok, I will show you to the door. We are open tomorrow. ” I was quite shocked at the customer service.

While I love the bed I bought from the brick dealing with warranty was a nightmare. Everyone in the kelowna warrenty side that I spoke to was very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible not their fault at all, I still had to deal with warranty and not hearing back for 5 months on a bed I had just purchased and had the sidewall fail and blow out. When I called again to see if the email the manager had sent 2 weeks prior had heard anything back they then informed me the claim went through and I can exchange my bed but no one had called to tell me they had heard back or my claim went through finally. I will not be buying from them in the future

I've bought a lot from the Brick over the years, livingroom furniture, tv, full kitchen appliances, spare bed & master bed.
Sales team were decent, delivery was poor (damaged door frame). They convinced us the foam mattress was the way to go so we spent more. 3.5 years later the middle of the bed is soft & uncomfortable. We submitted a warranty claim Dec 8,2020 with pics. Followed up 2 weeks later, no update. Checked in each week, nothing. Jan 26,2021 the lady says the claim was denied on Jan 14.2021 as there wasn't enough sag, try again in 3 months!? But no one contacted me to advise. No one addressed the soft middle. VERY noticeable when you sit on it. In so disappointed. I've read online their warranty claim process is a run around & I guess it's true! I regret wasting money on extended warranty as it won't get looked after. Sad The Brick is losing a customer over an easy fix.
Buyer beware, go support the smaller private family owned furniture stores, they will appreciate you.
Make this right Brick & I'll reconsider future purchases & referrals.

Went in looking for a couple of comfortable chairs we would be using for casual gaming, but would also need to fit into the decor of the living room. Not an easy task, just ask my wife. We were fortunate enough to have been met by Brick sales rep Frank Duval. After a brief and delightful conversation, Frank easily identified exactly what we were after. Plus, he arranged to have them to us within 3 days.most other furniture distributors were offering an April delivery, February at best. Knowledgeable, informative, polite and downright fun, Frank pleasantly tailored our purchase, earning our future business. Highly recommended.

Lots of furniture to pick from. The only thing I find challenging is when you go in just to browse I feel bad for the salesperson as they are on commission and don't want to waste their time and from what I understand they cannot help another person until you leave the store.

I ordered a Bed Frame online boxing week with a deal I was very happy about and was told it would be ready for pick up January 15th. I was contacted to let me know that my order had been pushed to the last week of January and that I would hear from someone then. I called in because I had not heard from anyone that week and was told the shipment was coming in later that week. I was then contacted to be told my order had now been pushed to the first week of February and that it was not certain if it would even be coming then. Some staff showed remorse but another told me to simply cancel if I didn’t like the timeline, that the website tended to lie about timelines, and that it was the manufacturers problem not the bricks. I didn’t order this item from the manufacturer and now it has been well over a month with no assurance I’ll get my product soon and nobody wants to take accountability or make this any better. Frustrating to say the least and won’t be using the brick again.

My girlfriend and I went to the Kelowna Brick on January 26th to look at a new couch and bed frame. We weren’t interested in buying today as we can’t afford it quite yet, more so just looking for a purchase for the future. We were approached by a saleswoman who asked us what we were interested in, and we informed her that we were just browsing and not interested in buying today. She continued to closely follow us around the store, and kept questioning our intentions for being there, such as “Why would you come all the way here to look at something to buy in the next year? ” She continued to question us being there, and made us feel so unwelcome that we decided to leave. I had never felt so uncomfortable in a retail environment. She made us feel like we were doing something wrong, when we were just there to get some ideas of what we wanted to buy down the road.

Sales was very helpful, however delivery was a nightmare. All items I purchased were in stock then magically not available when delivery time came. After 1 delivery, and 2 more cancelled deliveries I still do not have some of my items. Also when delivery was cancelled it was not until 2 hours after scheduled delivery window that anyone even called to tell me that my items were not coming. Very disorganized and if you have to take time off work for delivery you may want to shop elsewhere.

My husband and I went in searching for a new sectional. In a few minutes, we were greeted by Tom, who we later found out was the store manager. Right away I was impressed with how personable he was. He was extremely helpful and within about 20 minutes, we had fallen in love with our new couch! Never once did he make us feel pressured but stayed with us to answer all our questions and show us all our options.
I usually dread furniture shopping because of pushy salespeople, but I will definitely be going back to the Brick because our experience was so enjoyable! Definitely recommend.

I don't buy alot of stuff here, but every now and again there's something they have on sale that I want. Some of their furniture is very nice. They seek furniture from living room to bedrooms. TV's are also sold here. The Brick has their own credit card you can apply for. Of course, you can also use your own credit card or debit card. Building has a large parking lot. Store is clean and well maintained. I have found staff members here friendly, at the times I've been to this location. There are other stores also in the surrounding area. Movie theatres just a short walk in the same large, adjoining, parking lot. Sometimes the brick has parking lot sales here, under tents.

Worst customer service assistance.employee had nothing but attitude when I was checking why I wasn’t notified my delivery wasn’t going to happen past Saturday. Said I would be contacted Jan 6 or 9 to verify if sat 11 would happen (I require sat delivery) Since they didn’t call I did, only to be told it’s not happening again and now have to wait till the 18th? Terrible service, don’t expect anything delivered in a speedy fashion.

I purchased a mattress and it had a manufacturing defect. It took months for them to finally getting around to talking with me about it. When I finally met with someone they asked me what I wanted to replace it with. I told them "the same make and model and everything; it's just a defect in the product. " They were surprised that's all I was asking. Yet they could have delt with that issue months ago. To top it all off they added my contact information without my permission for their promotions. Products are decent when they work as intended, otherwise I would give them one star.

Received great service from Devin Laughren! Purchased a TV, TV stand, and new mattress! Everything was great, until i turned on the TV and it was defective. Worried because this was a clearance item and was disclosed numerous times that the sale was final. But once I called Devin and let him know he spoke with his manager (never got the name) and they made it right. I returned the defective TV and received a new one. I was made happy in a situation that could have been really bad. Great service by a great team!

Update to Review: Tony operations manager contacted us back and has explained and made things, in my opinion, satisfactory. The reason the boxspring has not arrived is it is on back-order and he has set it up to have the issue rectified and delivered once it does arrived. He was very professional and his candor was appreciated. We discussed my situation in depth and I was able to voice why and how feel, I felt like my concerns were not dismissed this time around. Thank you Tony for making a bad situation right!

Original: I picked up a bed on jan. 1 that was broken. In order to do so, i borrowed a truck, drove in from West Kelowna only to discover the box spring was broken. My wife contacted the store and they said they would order us a new boxspring. A person from the store contacted us back and said it would be in Monday my wife explained to her that we don't have a vehicle to pick it up and it was a challenge for us to pick it up this time round with borrowing a vehicle and we would need it delivered. She said she would try and make that happen, then 10 minutes later she called us back and said the manager said no. So, i asked to speak to the manager, upon answering Gilles immediately hung up without us even talking and then decided not to call us back so i called back to speak to him and was told he was too busy. I said i would hold, finally after quite a while he answered and told me it is not his responsibility to make sure that the product he is selling isn't faulty and that he would not help us out. Its pretty reasonable if somebody picks up a broken boxspring that you deliver the replacement that isn't even over and above that is simply making a situation right for a customer that just spent $1500.00 in your store.

Shout out to the worse Customer experience I’ve had in a store! From the floor all the way to management it is a ‘I don’t care’ attitude that makes you feel like your money and time is not worth at all. And to be fair I am a customer for over 5 years at The Brick all over the country. But this location.expect zero to very little knowledge on the sales team. If you have any issues after your purchase (like buying a bed that comes in only the left side after 2 months of waiting for the delivery. One more month goes by and you receive the product that comes in the wrong color. You pick up yourself- even though you’ve paid for delivery. One more month goes by and the your product has arrived but it can’t be delivered!) expect zero understanding from anyone. Management doesn’t bother answering your phone call. And you go to the store and you leave as if again, you’re stuck with the company’s mistake. And oh! You have a credit in the store! Unbelievable. That’s all I have to say. So thinking of new furniture? Trust me, not worth your time. Go to other stores because your money might be more valuable to them than it is at this Brick location!

Update: Tony the manager had contact us and had helped as much as possible to make it right. The money for the bed and the delivery has been refunded. Wish we’ve had Tony on board sooner!

We found a great new table and sectional here! The staff is really friendly and everything was explained to us very well. We didn't feel pushed to make a decision and we are very happy with what we have ordered. We can't wait for delivery!

Had a great retail experience in both August and October with one of the sales professionals at the Kelowna Brick, Frank DuVal. Frank went above and beyond to provide advice, assistance and problem solving. The service he provided is unfortunately hard to find these days. Thanks again Frank!
