The Brick

As soon as we arrived the brick employees were all very attentive to us. I was helped by sales consultant Amrit and he made the experience very quick and easy. He was very patient and helped with any questions we had. I purchased 2 sets of washers and dryers and he made the check out process very fast on a timely manner. I recommend him to anyone visiting the brick at the Richmond location.

The attendant greeted us but proceeded to awkwardly hover behind us for the whole 30 minutes we were there. I found the experience very odd and tainted any consideration we were making.

Quickly greeted by staff here when looking for a mattress. Entire experience was smooth from checking mattresses out, to figuring out delivery logistics etc. The booking staff in the back were also friendly etc. 10/10 would return! Shout out to ANMOL for his friendly demeanor and no-pressure attitude - this was the reason we chose him over another store - someone give this guy a raise!

Mickail was helpful, informative, and delivery, haul away and installation service was done in a timely manner for my LG washtower. Also would like to thank you Riddhi for her most helpful service regarding the Brick's price matching policy. She is a definite asset to the team.

This Store does not give free delivery!
I entered my address and postal card and was promised delivery early, in a few days. I went to the store in Richmind bc and bout a loveseat for over 21/2 thousand.
The manager then insisted, after I had paid, that because i was in Vancouver, the store would not deliver (a quick availability if a private delivery for 110 dollars'was offered). I live 4.5 km from the store in Richmond.
The place runs deceitful advertising and is disgraceful. Don't trust it. Shop elsewhere

Mickail was an incredible help! Couldn’t believe the selection for couches and the prices being so reasonable. Out of all the places we’ve shopped this was by far the best quality. Found out DREAM COUCH. No pressure from staff they’re all just there to help you find what you need and answer questions. Highly recommend them!

I bought all the kitchen appliances and laundry appliances at the Richmond store this summer. I am very satisfied with Jennifer’s service. She is very professional and patient. She also helps customers save money and can speak Mandarin. She is very suitable for Chinese customers!

Mickail helped me so much with the issues I had with my fridge. Made the whole process was so easy!

Worst delivery/customer service, all they care about is their commission. We bought a kitchen table, chairs, 3 couches, a bed and a rug and have had issues with majority of the pieces. The chairs for the table all either broke or missing pieces, bed only parts have come when we were told it would all have arrived by October 21 now we are waiting on half a bed and still a rug. The customer we got was oops sorry in my opinion stay away from anything Brick related.

I don’t know how to add a comment so I edit here. For some reason I canceled my purchase but Flexiti charged me an interest of 300 something. Thanks to customer service Riddhi’s great help, they waived it for me. Riddhi spent more than an hour with me on the phone. She is determined and professional. My request got declined twice by flexiti, but Riddhi didn’t give up and went on to talk to their manager and finally they agreed to waive the interest for me. I am really impressed by Riddhi.
