I live in an apartment building and we got bed bugs. We had Scott come out. He was a lot more knowledgeable about bed bugs than the internet. I would definitely call him again if we ever have another pest problem.

We called The Bugman Pest Control with an ant problem in our basement suite. They were able to come the following day and sprayed in the suite and the area outside the suite as well as the front of the house. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and so far, no more ants. I was also impressed by their 6 month guarantee.

They come by monthly and check their boxes. Updates available when requested. Polite, friendly service.

Last year we had a huge carpenter ant problem, for which we had the Bugman come out multiple times until our problem was solved. We really appreciated the offer sent to us in advance of the "ant season" to get a discount on a preventative spray to help ensure we do not have a repeat of 2022. It has given me peace of mind that we have been proactive, but also, that if something does happen, we are able to have them back for a couple more applications. The Bugman inspected my property thoroughly and advised what I needed to do to get rid of rodents. They provide quality work at a great value and provides reassurance there will be no issues.

Fantastic to deal with start to finish. Flexible on scheduling as I had to move the time and day but they rolled with it just fine. All around a good experience.

They were awesome! Sam, the operator, is so awesome! I was moving and I found out that my tenancy agreement requested a flea inspection and I had two days left to move and Sam was able to get me an appointment in the nick of time! And matthew was great as well. It didn't take long and we got the report the same day!

This winter our home is rodent free for the first time. They took care of the rodent problem and they are not coming in the house to keep warm. They are very polite and affordable to keep the unwelcome room mates outside where they belong.

I did not need further services, at this stage, but I know what to do and when to call, if the suggested solution does not work. I found the service honest and helpful.

I have used the Bugman's service in the past for the extermination of ants and this time they did an attic spray and look around for stink bugs. Without hesitation I would recommend using their service - I've already recommended them to friends since their last service. Polite, quick and knowledgeable. After booking for a visit to see the ant issue in our 'on ground basement' the office was very good at email and text to let us know when the tech will be onsite for the visit.

The tech arrive on-time and proceeded to treat the problem areas (bathroom and laundry room) for ants.
The tech also treated around the house and in front where our front porch is where pavement ants are typically a problem by late April early May.

Given that this is early for us to have ants, we do have a six month guarantee that if they show up again we can call for a re-treatment at no extra cost. Time will tell to see if these little pests appear again, however we are quite happy with the service we have had so far.
