We went here for our anniversary and everyone was super kind and welcoming and all the bunnies were ADORABLE i love that they give you little cups of veg to feed them and the price was very reasonable to go into the bunny room $8 per person for half hour $16 per person for 55 mins

This place has the potential to be a staple place to go.

Unfortunately (by no fault of the employees) you are at the mercy of how annoying the other guests are. And you can imagine it’s popular with kids so some of the annoying ones are borderline experience ruining.

It might be worth doing different time slots for just adults, and separate ones that are kid friendly.

Cafe drinks were OK but not the main attraction. Staff were all really cool and friendly.

The Bunny Cafe is always a great time. Very affordable. I could stay in here for hours. Fell in love with these two during my most recent visit. Hope they get adopted soon!

This place is oooooooozing with cuteness, and as a "girl dad" who is skeptical at first bout spending an hour here, I personally find this place very calming and actually helped me unwind from the stressful week while petting those velvety soft bunnies.
Definitely a great way to spend part of the afternoon with the family here: that friendly staff that provides us with orientation and information about the resident bunnies there.

We are definitely coming back to this place!

So cute must go if you love bunnies! Dont have to get anything at the cafe just need to pay entree fee of 15$ or so!

The Bunny Cafe is a delightful oasis of cuteness and joy that I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Such a great place! So nice to meet the rescue bunnies and also get amazing soft serve and snacks. A must visit in Vancouver
19 June 2023 15:13
The bunnies were friendly and the staff was excellent. You get to feed the bunnies veggies! Make sure you book an appointment.
14 June 2023 2:44
Super nice if you're a Bunny lover. You just need to make sure to make a reservation one week in avance if you want to go on a weekend.
20 April 2023 2:37
The most important thing to remember is the bunny cafe, like the cat cafe elsewhere in the city, is a rescue, and most if not all of their bunnies are adoptable. So they might be a little standoffish, or more interested in your veggies than being touched. Just like cats, some of them don't trust easily. Then again, some are gregarious and cuddly right out of the gate! Bernard was soaking up the pets the whole time we were there!

Anyway suffice it to say I had a great time, even if I spent more time admiring the buns from afar than petting them. The space is well set-up, there are good rules for hygiene in place. If I had to be super nitpicky, I'd say the gift store was a little bit lacking, some of the items on offer seemed a little.cheap? I want to support the buns! It's so affordable too, $16 for an hour.

Brain chemistry altered honestly? I came to visit a friend and fell in love! I wish I could move here.
29 March 2023 14:32
Absolutely coming back!
I went to this cafe after going to the cat cafe, and this is way better! The bunnies are so cute, there’s really young ones and older ones as well.
They give you a cup with some vegetables so the bunnies come interact with you.
The staff was also really nice, I was asking about some rabbits and where they liked to be pet the most.
I also bought some really cute and comfy socks and an hot chocolate with hotmeal milk, delicious.
27 March 2023 11:34
DON’T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO ADOPT ALL OF THE BUNNIES! Just kidding! Come here because you went to support the amazing work they’re doing, pet some cute buns, and have delicious vegan snacks! I love this place and wish I could live here.

Very clean place; great for families (There are two washrooms). Lots of info about keeping bunnies as pets. The staff are very considerate and helpful.

This was such a great afternoon. A very cute cafe tucked away off Commercial Drive. Very cozy spot for a typically busy location. Not only was it super fun to pet the bunnies and take photos, their baked goods were amazing. Everything was vegan and we tried a pretzel, cookies, and coffee drinks. Their Americano was the best I have had in a while.

Can only say good things - super fun for kids and adults. And the employees were all very kind and chatty. Everyone was happy to answer questions about the bunnies and tell us stories. I will look forward to going back!

Partner and I went here for our 5 year anniversary. It was absolutely delightful:) super cute, clean, and friendly. The bunnies were happy and well taken care of. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. We both agreed it was a great experience.
16 December 2022 21:48
You need to make it more clear that you don’t allow ages under 5!

sincerely,
A mother to a heart broken, 4 year old, animal lover who was turned away from seeing the bunnies on her birthday.
27 November 2022 0:21
These are probably the most friendly and social bunnies that I have ever seen! All of them are rescued and happy to see you. The place is nice and clean and when you enter in the bunnies room is climatized at a good temperature. The admission includes a small cup of vegetables for the bunnies, you can hop in different areas to interact with all of them and staff is always attentive. It is prohibited to pick up and hold the bunnies, however I think this is great because usually the bunnies hate it (they are prey animals).
This experience was so therapeutic and totally recommend it! Also their chocolate cake is good!
25 October 2022 23:36
If you love bunnies and sweet treats then this is the place for you! The bunnies are supper sweet and soft, and you get to feed them! The staff was informative and helpful when asked questions. The food was very good there, and it was a good portion size.
27 September 2022 4:38
It is relaxing. A good, non-destructive way, to release some stress. Also good for kids so long as they are older than 5 years old.
10 September 2022 12:56
Perfect place for bunny fans! Basic idea is it is a coffee shop and a place to hang out with some really adorable rabbits.
The coffee shop was decent if you just want some coffee and some light eats. Everything is at least vegetarian. So no dairy milk options for your lattes. Food on the day we were there included cookies, "awesome brownie" (according to my daughter) and butter chick'n pot pie which was pretty tasty (for a non vegan).
The Cafe part also has a huge selection of bunny themed items from jewelry, stuffies, artwork and t-shirts, etc.
But the real draw for a lot of people will be the bunnies! You basically pay for an hour to spend time with 15+ rabbits. You get a little orientation to keep things safe for buns and people alike, then they give you a cup of lettuce and let you make friends with the bunnies! There is also an option to foster or adopt the rabbits (ultimate goal as the rabbits are rescues).
04 September 2022 1:02
Get to interact with cute little bunnies. It's $15 per person for 55min, but it's an adoption thing and looking after bunnies so I didn't mind paying, comes with a cup of greens to feed the bunnies. My kids enjoyed it.
17 August 2022 1:47
Such a great spot! The bunny cafe is run similar to a shelter, as all the bunnies there are adoptable. The team is so knowledgeable about each animal and they take care to ensure that everyone is being delicate with them. It feels very humane. The bunnies are soft and friendly. You are given pieces of lettuce to feed them and they’re so well socialized that they hop right into your lap! I will definitely be back, $15 for 50 minutes of cuteness is more than worth it. I will note though that the food was quite minimal. We didn’t even order anything when we went, it was about the bunnies
07 August 2022 7:43
Wow! What a cute and wonderful place to be.so glad these bunnies have a home and are able to be loved by so many visitors.lovely people who work there are so informative and kind.
25 July 2022 14:12
I was there with my son on May 6 2022, we had a great time there was a huge sections of bunnies to see, they were friendly and let you pet them, you cannot hold them, they give you a small cup of vegs to feed them that was fun, i do wish the they allowed less people as it can get quite busy in there and I'm sure its very overwhelming for the bunnies, we would defiantly go again.parking is a little to find
12 July 2022 3:11
The Bunnies are just adorable! So you get a tiny cup to feed them but i managed to feed most of them because of the tiny pieces I made. As you sit on the floor some of them come and climb up on you. I went at 6 pm on a weekday which seems to not be too crowded. The staff at the front desk and the bunny whisperer were both very polite and friendly.
22 June 2022 22:19
I went here with 2 friends, and it was very enjoyable. We were given a small cup of lettuce to feed the rabbits. They were all really adorabunny. The staff openly interacted with the bunnies, and there were different sections, where you get to interact with different bunnies. The staff were really invested in the wellbeing of the bunnies. One bunny was really smart, flipping cups to obtain treats. Overall, this was a really enjoyable 55 minute experience, if you like petting and engaging with cute bunnies.
30 May 2022 7:43
Sweet bunnies to visit with. All are up for adoption, looking for long term caring homes. The cafe is wonderful especially when its not busy.
11 November 2021 14:06
Amazing visit! Loved the calm space and the cute bunnies. I was amazing to have the bunnies eat the provided greens from my hand. Swoon! The lobby also has lots of great bunny products. I purchased some magnets and have my eye on a poster for a return visit.
28 October 2021 0:16
Such cuties! They give you a little cup of food to feed them, but use it sparingly - they don't want anything to do with you unless you have food, haha.
I will say that the Cat Café was a much more fun experience, simply because cats are more playful, cuddly and outgoing than bunnies. Like I said, without food, they don't seem interested in humans, whereas the cats wanted to play and socialize without any rewards being offered.
22 October 2021 18:56
This place makes my heart so happy! I am a bunny lover and bunny mom to 2 spoiled house buns and was so happy to spend time at the bunny cafe when visiting Vancouver! I wish there were more of these!
09 October 2021 19:44
Super cute bunnies! It was a very enjoyable experience! The staff provide you a cup of vegetables to feed the bunnies. Staff was very knowledgeable!
09 October 2021 2:28
Loved it! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, also know as Bunny Whisperers. A great and way to spend an hour for sure! Included is a cup of food for the bun but more can be purchased for $2. The buns kinda force you to mellow out because you wanna keep them happy and chill too, very therapeutic!
08 October 2021 5:09
Wayyyy overpriced and boring! It's not even for kids.and what would attract children other than a bunny Cafe. The bunnies are scared and don't even wanna be around people so obviously you can't hold them. You people should be ashamed of yourselfs. Profiting off of poor animals. There rescue animals they are not use to people. They give you the tiniest little cup of food to give them.but there not even hungry. 16.75 per person is wayyyyy too much! I was out of there after 10 minutes! & why are u calling yourself a Cafe.
07 October 2021 19:04
This is a bunny rescue where all the bunnies are available for adoption! They are run by incredible staff and are very organized. We arrived a few minutes before, they explained rules, then had an hour to play with the bunnies. They also give you a cup of bunny treats
06 October 2021 10:13
Great experience for the whole family, date night, etc. Each person is given a small cup of veggies to share with the bunnies. You can't pick them up but you can have them jump up on you (if you are lucky). While some are sleeping, the others are ready to fight for your piece of red pepper.
05 October 2021 18:44
A super adorable place to go to for an experience! The area surrounding the cafe is not too amazing. Parking right infront of the cafe is limited to maybe 3-4 spots so you'll have to find parking somewhere. The bus stop is not too far so it's accessible by transit. Theres two sections, the gift shop section and the bunny section. Gift shop section (atleast from when i went) has a selection of t-shirts, decoration pieces, planters, masks, pins, stickers, earrings, bags and food for bunnies. Prices range from roughly $2-$30 ish. The place itself is super cute, its got big windows to feel open, bunny decorations, wallpapers etc. You have to wash your hands before touching the bunnies. They seem wheelchair accessible to me aswell. Quite a bunch of bunnies snacking away at hay and veggies. Some of them like hiding and all of them are super timid so make sure to be slow or they'll get spooked. You get a little cup of veggies in the beginning and if you run out you can get another cup for $2. If I remember correctly theres a limit of 2 or 3 cups per person. Over all a super chill and laid back atmosphere. Definitely go atleast once as its a nice experience!
05 October 2021 11:19
The Bunny Cafe is cuteness overload! Lots of cute bunnies and food is included in the price of admission (to feed the bunnies with).
03 October 2021 13:06
Clean, quiet, almost meditative to pet the bunnies. There are about 20 so you really get lots of bunny time. Staff are friendly. Nice place to spend your time and the bunnies are adoptable so if you're thinking about getting one, this might be the place for you.
30 September 2021 12:02
Well. We only stayed for half an hour. There is not much to do after you've played and fed the rabbits for a but.also once you finish your 1st tiny cup of lettuce.you get to buy others but for $2 each! You would think that that would be included already in the pricy ticket you already purchased for the café. I didn't like that for sure! Staff are okay and gift shop is a bit poor.it's doesn't really have much products.
For me it's an activity I do only once but I wouldn't go again.my hubby couldn't wait to leave.: (
25 September 2021 5:02
Absolutely amazing experience! Took my two kids, ages 9 and 13 as a birthday gift and they absolutely loved it. It was clean, organized, well run and absolutely adorable on top of it all. The bunnies have lots of space to run and toys and cubbies to play with, and the cost of admission includes snack cups to feed the bunnies to get them to pay attention to you. Such a cool business idea and an awesome way to get people engaged with these rescues!
17 September 2021 8:05
An absolute paradise for bunnies! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable ~ you can definitely tell everyone that works there cares greatly for the little critters. The setup is very spacious and immaculately clean considering how many bunnies live there. Overall a very fun and unique experience ~ will definitely be back soon to visit!
16 September 2021 9:06
I took my mum here for a surprise trip - she LOVED it. The bunnies are sweet, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. 55 minutes of air conditioning is no joke either.
15 September 2021 2:29
It was fun but the veg for the bunnies should be included in the price and you should get more than justb1 tiny amount
14 September 2021 3:18
Sad. Don't promote this place.

Rabbits do not like so much interactions, they are timid. They do not want to be pet by strangers. I feel very sorry for the bunnies.
Although they have to keep eating for their digestive system to function, they are not supposed to be kept feeding by human being with vegetables. The cafe give each customer a small cup of lettuce and a strip of colorful pepper. Bunniea can only consume a small amoubt of fresh green daily. Lettuce can only be fed moderately and bell peppers are too rich in nutrients for them. This may cause digestive problems and general health issues.

Sorry bunnies.
12 September 2021 23:29
Very cute bunnies but not much to do after you've fed them all your veggies. You can purchase another cup for $2.
03 September 2021 0:11
We came here on vacation and we just had to stop by. We loved every minute of it and the bunnies were very friendly.
31 August 2021 21:02
Absolutely Nonsense …, It’s only a cruel business and Rabbits are only tools …, Ticket is more expensive than its value, you enter and you see a few rabbits, depressed, quiet and still. They often hide themselves under benches or in a corner. Of course they can’t have courage to see new people every hour. There is no fresh air and music is so earsplitting loud that may frighten poor rabbits, instead of a relaxing one. Rabbits do not have enough favorite foods, so they can’t chew all the time like a normal rabbit. Every customer has to buy a very small cup of fresh vegetables for 2 dollars! And a rabbit can finish it in 2 seconds and after that they will be hungry, they have nothing to do, they can’t run like a normal rabbit, because the room is too small for so many people and rabbits. Staffs seem not to be interested to rabbits. They consider it just a job. They are not kind and friendly to rabbits and even customers. When we entered the room, no one greeted us, no word, no smile and when we left, no one said thank you or goodbye. Do you think that such unkind staffs can be kind to rabbits? We won’t go back there any more. I’m sure … watching a rabbit in nature is more joyful and of course it’s free!
