The Chopped Leaf

Ordered here many times and it’s always the same awful service. Zero coordination between workers, seems like a zoo. Will travel to walnut grove location moving forward.

Came in today and planned on using my points card but they expired yesterday. You should at least honor the last of the points people have. Pretty unacceptable

The many times ive been here they always give next to nothing when you pay for extra. Save yourself the trouble, the workers really don't care about the customer. The only thing they care about it cutting down on costs. I asked for extra sauce specifically on the side, they put it in the container and gave me less ingredients because the sauce container filled up space. Horrible employee attitudes.

Friendly and fast service. I ordered bowl no. 2. The bowl tasted good except the chicken tasted fake and microwaved. I felt like the prices are too high for fast food.

Well had a salad with chips and a brownie for $23. Felt like I was on an airport. The salad is no better than other fast food places they just offer variety, it really is a fast food with restaurant prices.

I ordered the salad rolls and they are stuck to eachother and fell completely apart pulling it out. All three fell apart.

A healthy food choice run by arrogant people. Dealt with the worst employed ever, Tiffany. Wanted to mix and match some ingredient and she bluntly told me to just order something on the menu or make up my mind before ordering. Said she was having her time wasted while not two seconds earlier she had her phone out instead of greeting me. Guess Chopped Leaf doesn't care who they hire?

I was at ICBC and stepped in for a quick bite. Nice clean place with a very decent menu. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich, which turned out very good. Seating is bit limited and can get busy in there. Take out is always an option.

I used to frequent this chopped leaf every day. For myself and my family. Literally every day. I'll admit, I was picky about asking the staff to pick through the lettuce for me to get the fresher stuff. I was a daily customer, and very appreciative to the staff doing this for me. If they were rushed or busy, I would be fine with whatever they gave me.

One day, I was told by the staff that I was no longer welcome, unless I paid an extra fee, on top of the standard price. The owner of the store set up cameras throughout the whole store, and could watch the staff work in real time. The owner watched the staff on cameras, and could see them spending an extra 5 - 10 minutes on my orders. Again, I say that if the staff were busy, I would just get what I got. They would only spend this time if they were not busy with other customers.

I was informed that the owner wanted me to pay a premium of $15 per salad for the staff to pick me out the fresher lettuce. (The crunchier kind.) This is on top of the roughly $50 a day I spent here.

From that day to this, I have never been back to this Chopped Leaf. So, if you're looking for a salad joint where they care nothing for customer service and nothing for customer loyalty, this is the place to go.

Food is healthy, made well, place is well located centrally but didnt like the way the tall girl with the specs behind the counter spoke rudely to a courier while i was standing there. They need to be taught to have patience and respect for everybody. Even the skip guy who had come to pick should be treated at par with customers. Hope the owner of the franchise trains the girls.

Love Chopped leaf! So many delicious options! Diet friendly fast food and SO yummy! Everything is always fresh! Sunshine salad & wrap are to die for!

Tasty but. My Vegetarian Quesadilla fell apart. Could have done with a fork to scoop all the veggies off my plate.

I've had Chopped Leaf like 15 out of the last 30 days. I think because the Bangkok wrap is sensational! Even tipped almost as much as my meal today for their consistency. See you tomorrow Unbelievebal staff also

Ordered online but it was a 30 min wait minimum. Got to the restuarant and they made the order asap and were super friendly! Of course, the Bangkok salad was delicious.

I normally come here once a week after my workouts but lately I’ve been noticing some slacking I ordered a No. 2 bowl ended up with a No. 3 I mean I ate it anyways but it wasn’t what I wanted.

No issues with the place itself or the staff. Online ordering system is the problem, ordered online a few times and on multiple occasions I show up and they say my order wasn't received. I receive the confirmation email as I prepay but too often I've had to wait for them to prepare it at that moment. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead for convenience and to save time!

Good but always missing ingredients. Ordered a cranberry pesto sandwich and it came with no cranberries.

I've been here twice now and the customer service is so great! They've been super helpful and patient with our dietary restrictions and general pickiness.

Have visited this location many times and the service has only ever been average at best.

Todays visit was extremely slow and even though the franchise owner was making dishes we ended up leaving with our to go food which included the “feature” dish missing ingredients (avocado) and incorrect sauce (vinegarette not chipotle ranch), disappointing.

I normally have great experiences here but today I ordered a ceasar wrap with chicken to go and ended up with a Greek wrap. There was no one else in the place so they had no reason to mess up

We have ordered food now 3 times.twice through their website and once through skip the dishes, every time the order has been missing multiple items.

We went as a family at 11: 30 AM on a Sunday to avoid the crowds. Soup was not ready (cold), and two of the group had mistakes in the orders. We will prefer other CL locations until this location develops the skills needed to manage effectively.
