It’s nice to have a healthier option around. However it’s very pricy. Almost $20 for a wrap and drink. The chicken is an extra $4 and you’re given a very minimal amount. Also one of the lights isn’t screwed on all the way so it flashes. Very irritating for someone like myself with epilepsy

People need to chill. Staffing issues can cause delays in cleaning practices as the business needs to prioritize food service, especially in the reality of the pandemic and post-pandemic. Good food can take time with less staff.
I come in for takeout about once a week, and yes, it takes a bit longer sometimes but the staff are friendly, helpful, make good recommendations and I have never been disappointed with the food. Also, the staff look young enough to be learning the ropes of a new job.
I appreciate that they're open later than the mall, as I work nearby and there is almost no other affordable and healthy option for takeout after 6PM several evenings each week.
And trust me, a bit of caked on food on a dish is not the end of the world. The dish went through a superheated dishwasher cycle - you're not in imminent danger, Karen.

The staff was very friendly. I had noticed that the booth seating was pretty shabby with worn and ripped vinyl benches. Our sandwiches were take out and pretty disgusting. Bread was soggy on the inside and greasy on the outside. Sandwich which was asked to be toasted was fried so lettuce inside was wet and wilted rather than crisp along with not much chicken. Pretty much a soggy hot mess. I would not recommend this to anyone or ever go back. I don't believe the company lives up to what their stated mission is. A complete waste of my hard earned money.

So disappointed with this place. I used to love coming here but I definitely won't bother anymore. The rice was either undercooked or very overcooked; every single bite of my rice bowl was crunchy from bad rice. They also "forgot" some of the ingredients so I had to bug them just to get what I had paid for. The restaurant was also filthy. There were two employees there doing nothing and we were the only customers and we still had to wash our own table because every table was covered in smeared sauce and crumbs. Seriously gross and rice is literally one of the easiest things to cook.

Very disappointed to hear how this location treats their staff. Supervisor is very lazy and sits in the back on her phone, doesn't do any work, then criticises young employees who do all the work, only for them to be dismissed without notice. They just hired new staff to cast aside some of the current employees, no loyalty, doesn't inspire people to work hard when this is how they are treated! When the Top Chef is canned without warning, that encourages the public to go elsewhere!

Overall this is a great place! But to spend almost $20 on a bowl *to go* only to see they barley packed it is disappointing. It taste great just don’t think the quantity of food matches the price I paid.

Hands down one of the worst take-out dining experiences I have ever had. Sure I only spent $25 in total, but for a $10 meal deal I'd like my food to resemble food and not be a greasy mealy mess that was less satisfying than perhaps eating the bag it got delivered in.
If I wanted canned soup I wouldn't order from a restaurant. I'm using the term restaurant loosely here because I am not convinced they know what fresh ingredients are or how to cook.
The misleading advertising on the size of their portions I could forgive if I got to eat a lovely soup and wrap.however, I did not get to enjoy a lovely soup and wrap. I am dismayed at this abysmal excuse for food.
My cat does like the bag, so that was an expensive cat toy at best!
