The owner is a really nice lady. I went with my wife for an ice vietnamise coffee and she got a 3 color dessert. The coffee was amazing, 100% recommended

Almost top quality Pho (compare with my no. 1 in Vancouver) with lots of beef, very best spring rolls, vermicelli and salad rolls.

Staff are nice and service is good.

Strong beef aroma from the broth. Some beef briskets are hidden under the noodles. Surprise!

I like the balance of beef, fresh bean sprouts, basil and tasty broth. Yummy!

Friendly service and clean place despite no fancy decor. Pricing is reasonable.

Basic down to each Vietnamese food. Nothing fancy. Just good food. Reminded me of my first time trying Vietnamese food many years ago. Hot flavourful broth. Not luke warm. Vermicelli bowl was also nice and hot. Everything freshly prepared when ordered. The only thing I would change is how skinny the spring rolls are. I like mine fat with lots of filling. I will be coming back.

Newish Vietnamese spot in South Vancouver along Victoria Drive. We showed up early on a weekend. Unfortunately, it was too early because some items weren't available (chicken wings) as they didn't get their delivery yet for the day. Also couldn't order some of the drinks because the person who made them wasn't in yet.

Originally, we ordered the spring rolls (because the chicken wings weren't available). But when we saw the lemongrass chicken combo included both spring rolls and salad rolls, we told them to ignore the initial spring roll order but they must not have understood so they brought us both orders. While spring rolls were good, I didn't need a whole separate order of them if they were in the combo.

We also ordered the house special pho dac biet which includes brisket beef, beef balls, and rare steak. Nice to see the pinkness of the rare beef.

The food's pretty good but they need to work on having the menu items available. Food also took a bit to come out. Maybe they're still working out the kinks (or they need more help). Also quite cold even though they had space heater running. Not sure if their large front window is only single pane but it was drafty.

With a rating of 4.8, I came here expecting a lot, especially as there are so many excellent Vietnamese restaurants.

Fried chicken wings: Super fresh and moist. Batter not consistent though.

Bún bò huế: Good. Nice beef slices, meatballs, spicy broth. But no pork blood or pork hock.

Lemongrass pork chops with rice: Tasty but a bit overdone and dry.

Fast, friendly service. Great $15 price points.

This is a hidden gem if you are around South Vancouver. The Bun Bo Hue is top notch, not overly salty and the taste is just right. The portions are just generous and the waitress (I believe is the owner) is very attentive and ensures that you are taking care of. This restaurant is on the smaller side, but rest assured they can accommodate families if need be. Another thing to note is their Vietnamese Iced Coffee that is on another level and a must try. If you are in the area, give this restaurant a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Delicious and very fresh. Highly recommend the: springs rolls, Vietnamese ice coffee, bun bo hue, and beef short ribs vermicelli. One of my fave Vietnamese restaurants!

Such a cozy place to dine in! My friends and I went there today and we all enjoyed our food! The owners were really nice too. I’d definitely go back and bring more friends with me.

This place does not deserve 4.8 stars. The food is normal but the portions are small and the price is high.

They have one of the best bun bo hue in town. They're also very generous on toppings. The owner was very nice and gave me complementary sugarcane juice freshly juiced and no added sugar

Went a few days ago and had their bun bo hue it was quite good so i had to come back and this time ordered V3.

It is a vermicelli noodle dish with grilled chicken and 2 pork skewers.both meats had that BBQ grilled smokiness and char.
I also paired the bowl with a side of spring rolls and a viet coffee.definitely coming back.

I ordered a big order tonight & it was so fresh & delicious. The chicken wings were the best I’ve ever had, good size & cooked to perfection (crispy outside & soft juicy inside). I’m getting hungry just writing about the food. Great price, delicious food, & the owners are super friendly & really want you to enjoy the experience. The Lemongrass Chicken was good portion & super fresh. They have a cozy dining room & it smells so yummy when you walk in. Try this place out if you are looking for a good deal on great food & a friendly environment.

Amazing authentic Vietnamese restaurants

Blown away by all their food options. But most importantly, the staff and owner are all so very nice and welcoming. I always feel like I'm dining at a Michelin establishment by how well I'm treated.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I come here all the time and you definitely won't regret it when you dine here!

Lovely family restaurant with great food!
We had Pho (not really strong broth compare to other places tho but still delicious), fresh salad rolls with amazing peanut sauce and vermicelli with beef ribs.
They speak English a little bit - they brought us dessert that we did not want but we take it anyway to give it try.

Learned about this place from my daughter. Just around the corner from my house. I had the pho dac biet and my wife had the bun bo hue. They were both pretty good. Spring roll were decent as well as the price. You don't see that kind of prices in Vancouver much anymore. Our bill came to $42 with tax and tip included. Portion size was adequate. My wife could barely finish hers and I was really full. Service was attentive. Plenty of parking around the neighborhood. I would definitely go again. Oh by the way there were actually three rolls in an order but I was too hungry. Just wanted to point that out lol.

The lemongrass chicken was excellent, tasted like fresh chicken! The vermicelli noodles and the fish sauce together is so yummy! The lettuce and bean sprouts were sweet and crunchy and fresh! And I love their spring rolls!

The food is made with care and a warm heart. Tastes homemade, no chemicals and I feel 100% good after eating it! And so reasonably priced! The lady running the place is hardworking and friendly! Will definitely return!
