I would give no stars, but that wasn’t an option. I had a 10 am appointment with James and when I got to the shop, it was still closed. Yuri let me in at 10 and proceeded to make excuses for James. He would be in later, he cut his thumb, he wouldn’t be in at all. I tried to message James, but his box was full. I was still getting confirmation on my appointment as I sat there in the shop. Yuri said he would cut my hair, but after confronting him, he said he didn’t cut women’s hair. All James had to do was notify me that he was not available. But, he is not a responsible or professional business man. At least, Yuri gave me my parking money back. But, I will not be back!

Went here foe a hair cut and recieved a spa experience. James did an amazing job which included shave mustache ears and a hair cut so much attention to detail. You rocked it james. I will definitely be back

My husband got the worst hair cut I have ever seen. The man cutting his hair was talking on the phone the entire time and wasn’t listening to what he was asking for. It’s unacceptable and the barber even told my husband he doesn’t have any clients and you can clearly tell why. He asked for an undercut and to clean up the top but he made it a bowl cut this man needs to be let go unacceptable customer service and job. Definitely never coming here again

My friend did the hair cut from this shop. I was impressed when I saw my friend’s hair cut. He told me that one of the barber name Yuvraj singh did it. He is very welcoming and his hairstyling is fabulous.

If you're looking for a fade you've found your guy. James is easily the man to go to if you want to look sharp and put together. On top of all that, the shop is absolutely incredible and James is an overall great guy. Absolute recommend.

I have to look sharp for work. I choose James to cut my hair because he’s reliable and does the same job every time. I always look forward to seeing James it’s always a great experience.

I went in and asked the owner if he also cuts women’s hair and are you doing couloring and he said” yes”. I told him that I want a cut and some highlights and booked an appointment.
On my appointment, I walked in and there was a woman who does the women’s hair which is totally fine. Throughout the colouring we chatted a bit and than she told me that she actually charges $145 for that. WoW, that was an alarming surprise and I said to myself “ok, that’s what it is here”. After almost 3 hours I told her she doesn’t need to blow dry my hair because I have to be home by 6pm. I was very irritated by that and didn’t pay much attention when I payed, BUT on my way home I realized that I actually got charged $212.75
I went back the next day and he told me that she charges $145 ONLY for couloring and than $55 on top for the cut. REALLY!
The communications are very poor in this shop.
Both of them were NOT willing to get that right and I told him that I’ll leave a feedback on his website. When I went back later on the day he actually took off his website, so that I can only do a feedback here. So, for me that was a classic ripoff!
Make sure you get the price BEFORE especially the women.
He is maybe ok but she is not acceptable!

Made an appointment and got an confirmation text, even got a reminder text an hour prior and when I showed up a couple of minutes before my appointment the shop was closed without any communication.
