Thanks to Andrew Hrushowy, I live in Paradise. Andrew actively listened to my criteria for a home and then showed me only homes that met my criteria. He was systematic in his approach. He first educated me in a classroom about roles and responsibilities. And then he educated me by showing me 5 houses. Once he knew that I was up to speed, we started to look at houses to purchase. And it did not take long to find "the one". Lots of hand holding with the offer. Andrew even suggested an inspection of the perimeter drains. I have since learned how unusual it is to attend to this level of detail. Possession date: April 1 (yes, during COVID-19). Andrew continued to provide support long after he had received his commission. It's wonderful to know someone like Andrew during these very challenging times.

I had always wanted to move out west to retire and Victoria-based friends urged me to pursue it. John Hircock at your agency worked with me through a weekend to make that possible. Mike Pearce is the best realtor around. He is incredibly knowledgeable, taught us a lot about the market, a quality purchase, and guided us to what we wanted (it ended up being completely different from where we started out). He's speedy, thorough, and service oriented, plus just pleasant to be around. You know he's working to get you what you want, not just for a commission, and that builds a lot of trust and respect. We also had problems with our seller after the fact, and he continued to provide awesome service to help us.

They had their buyer low ball our condo trying to take advantage of a situation. They then tried to get us to sign an amendment. Greed and disrespect at the beginning of the relationship killed the deal.
