As I said before (no idea if my comment made “the front page”), but that brisket is super tasty.

Great food, we split a playe of fettuccine with brisket and 2 sides salads. It was plenty for 2. The ambiance is great, good choice of music, great staff.

Very cozy place with nostalgic design. Lots of parking spots.
And food… it was fantastic. I ordered beef brisket and it was sooo good. Perfectly cooked. Melted in my mouth. Such a comforting choice specially if it is cold outside.

Great place with a good view of Big Chief and space heaters in the covered outdoor patio. The brisket was the best I’ve had outside of Kansas City, which was really impressive. The place gives good rustic vibes.

Electricity went out, and came back 10 minutes later. No wifi in restaurant but kitchen still operationable along with bar. Offer to pay cash as long as server writes down order manually. Refused as manager was flustered and didn't know how to handle a poor situation. Most of the patronage left and went across the street to peckinpah where they were able to fully serve us manually while being understaffed. Take a note please and learn Copper coil.

Was here on Tuesday Sept. 5th for dinner with a friend. We had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated as there was no hostess to greet us. A server finally noticed us waiting and seated us.
After about 10 minutes out server brought us 2 waters and took our food order. We both ordered a burger and fries.
After waiting 1 hour for our food, I asked another server where our food was, as our current server didn't come and see how we doing at all. Not even to let us know our order was running behind. Nothing.
Our food was then brought to our table less than a minute after asking about it. The fries were stone cold on both orders. The meat patty on the burgers were also cold. It was as if our server completely forgot about our order and it sat for 20 minutes or more waiting to be sent out.
After sending the food back we decided to leave and go eat at another restaurant. The server apologized but was did not seem sincere at all. Waste of time going here.

The fries were good and the corn bread was excellent. I didn't like the coleslaw, it was bland and didn't have the taste that we would expect from a coleslaw. The meat for which we came for, as we saw that they had their own smoker, was disappointing on my end. I tried many smoked meats in the past as I'm a huge fan and this place is definitely not in my top list. The brisket was good but I wish I had real slices of meat instead of little ''crumbs'' of meats that looked like what's falling apart when you slice the meat. The ribs were not at my taste at all. Out of two and a half pieces, one and a half were overcooked (cf one of my pics) and hence super dry. I didn't enjoy them at all.
My friend had pulled pork and brisket. He liked the meat and shared the same opinion as me regarding the sides. We both loved the BBQ sauce too.
I found my dish a little overpriced based upon the quality ($33).
The service was okay - courteous but not outstanding and we had to ask for forks and napkins. I have to mention that it was packed when we went there.
We ate outside with a nice view over the mountains.

So so so disappointed with them. My bf and I decided to come here for dinner as it is our first time in Squamish, BC. (We are from Ontario) We looked at a lot of places and decided to make sure we try this restaurant out. We put our name downs with Hannah. They sent me a text @ 8: 26pm, that our table was ready. At 8: 33pm, The power went out and when we got there was pitch black. 8: 44pm the light came back on but they said they have to wait until their wifi comes back on. We suggested if we pay cash and if they can manually take down our order. Hannah went to ask her manager but he refused to take any new seating. We can see, that he cannot handle the situation well. Some of the customers started to leave so we also decided to go across Peckinpah. Such an amazing service there. Looks like they were short staffed but they managed to handle such a huge crowd. Super disappointed tonight at The Copper Coil Still & Grill, did not expect this from a high rating place.: (

An amazing burger, the copper burger, and a great vibe with a great view. I would recommend this place if you want to really be part of Squamish while you eat.

Our meal here was amazing, much improved by the fantastic service from our waitress Greta who was super fun and polite and made our visit very comfortable

A fun place to eat and be with friends and family, though crowded to get to the bathroom.

Bustling place that took all tables a VERY long time to get food; almost 45 minutes.
Expect to be put on a wait list on weekend evenings, then add 10 more minutes.

If we are in -the area again, I would return.

Great food and service! The low key decor lends itself to lots of casual fun. Recommend you stop by when in the area.

Food was wonderful. Having experienced the best of Kansas City bbq this is the best I have had in western canada. And to think it’s in the town of Squamish. Well done

The brisket beef dip was amazing. You could taste the smoke on the brisket and the house aioli was delicious. Waitresses were friendly and attentive. My biggest complaint would be that the stools for the taller tables were incredibly uncomfortable. There was no back rest, they were metal with no cushion and the seats themselves are very small. If you're well-endowed in the bottom area you are guaranteed to spill over and be uncomfortable. Other wise the decor and atmosphere was great and over all it was a wonderful experience.

Excellent experience at this place. Burgers were delicious and patio seating was perfect to enjoy our meal with the company of our fur baby. The patio is totally pet friendly. They have water bowls for pets and they re-fill them with fresh water.

We stopped here on the way to Whistler. Loved the food and vibe. We had chicken wings and the falafel salad, both were delicious.

Great atmosphere from the patio to enjoy the sunset with a couple of beers and the Chief. Menu choices are limited but quality is awesome.

The brisket and ribs were so freaking good, oh my goodness! The services was great too. It really hit the spot after our hike today
