The best place to get a massage in Kelowna! Kayla is amazing, I've been back to her a few times and she has been able to work out some serious issues with my neck/shoulders. The Core is a modern and cozy place and all the staff have been more than pleasant every time I've been in. I'll be back soon!

Kayla at The Core does amazing work! I have had the misfortune of being in a handful of car accidents and as a result there is a lot of trauma in my back and shoulders. I had tried a few different RMTs in Kelowna but couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for until I booked in with Kayla! She is knowledgeable and professional and is always striving to further her practice for the well-being of her clients. She always does her best to ensure you are comfortable as can be and provides nothing less than an exceptional experience every time. I cannot recommend her enough!

I went to see Jada after struggling with chronic tennis elbow for 6 months. She used a variety of techniques and spent a good deal of the appointment focused on treating my elbow. It has been two days since my treatment and my elbow feels more mobile and there is a marked decrease in pain.

Kayla is a very caring, knowledgeable and effective massage therapist. Best massage I have ever had! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Jim is clearly well educated in knowing exactly how to treat the issues I discussed with him prior to the massage. I will definately go back to recieve more treatments from Jim, and have referred 2 people who booked with him aswell.

Kayla is very knowledgeable and professional, and she is great at communicating with you before and during the massage to ensure she understands where your problem areas are for the best result. Dr. Tater has been my chiropractor for over 3 years. He literally fixed the discs in my back and prevented me from going in for surgery. He’s an amazing person and a phenomenal chiropractor. He’s a disc dab hand! I’d highly recommend!

Always an excellent experience at The Core. Today’s 60 min massage with Vivian was great, she definitely is very knowledgeable! I feel like every time I come I learn something new from any of the RMT’s I’ve seen. Love that they can book my chiro and massage appointments together. Reception is as friendly and professional as you’ll ever find, great clinic!

I was first introduced to Troy when I fell and hurt my coccyx a few years ago. I never wanted to go to a Chiro before because I didn’t really want to trust anyone with “cracking”my spine. However, after being in so much pain I went. Seventeen years later I still go to him just for prevention. Best thing I could have done to help my spine stay healthy. Highly recommend this gem of a guy. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and the space welcoming.

My appointment was very punctual and cordial. Had a great chat with the good doctor, and he was able sort out a shoulder problem I was having.

Dr. Tater's bedside manner, experience, and tools are exceptional. I've had serious neck and spinal issues, and his use of the COX technique, among others, has helped immensely with the pain and mobility. Our kids and newborn have also had great relief seeing him.

I love the core I went to my physio, Krista Smith is awesome she really did a great job, big help for my sprained ankle got a good exercise it helps a lot.highly recommend
