I am not a great dental patient. I have had anxiety around dental visits since I was a child. Dr Thakore and her staff are kind and tell step by step what they are doing and stop if you need them to, and they make every effort to keep you comfortable during your procedure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've been going to the dental group at central city for the last four years and always have the best experience. They made my wisdom teeth removal such an easy experience a couple years ago. I get my regular cleanings done here too and the hygienist, Charn, was very thorough with the exams and cleaning during the most recent time I went. The receptionists are friendly and make sure to provide the best options for appointments and insurance wise. Overall, I'm always a happy customer at the end of my appointments, the entire staff make sure that you're comfortable because they know dental experiences can be anxiety-provoking.

I moved out to Langley some time ago and my son and I still continue to come to this dental group. We love our dentist, Dr. Thakore! She’s always been gentle and kind towards my son. We love all the dental assistant/hygienist. I never feel hesitant and always relaxed when I’m getting my teeth cleaned. I am able to drop off my son there by himself knowing he will be safe. Moas are super knowledgeable and helpful. Katie watched my son grow up from toddler to a high schooler. Definitely feel like home when I come here!

I brought my wife here to get some work done…. They give me an estimate which it was ok and I used my work benefit coverage to cover it they charge my benefit coverage and I paid from my pocket twice as well I would not recommend this place anymore

I was treated by Dr. Janda yesterday. He is professional and kind that made me comfortable during the treatment. His assistant is also very friendly and professional. Their clinic is very clean. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Their clinic is close to skytrain and bus station. It's inside the mall so your companion can shop around while you are on the dental chair. I highly recommend The Dental Group at Central City Mall for your dental treatment.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Had to change temporarily change due to work but am back again and can definitely vouch for this place and the staff.

The best dental staff ever! I have a pretty big dental anxiety, but the everyone at The Dental Group is kind and caring. Dr. Shon explains everything to you before and during procedures. Excellent care!

As usual, The staff were all amazing from the desk team to the dentist. While going to the dentist may not always being a positive experience, I always walk out feeling better than I went in.
