The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

Love the store located right in Heritage Fairmont Vancouver. Staff is friendly but depends on who you meet as well so I dont want to say for everyone. Great experience

Buying experience was fantastic. My OVO wallet finally went and i decided to get something with the hours i’ve been putting in to last a few years. I was immediately helped with friendly service from Natalie.

The wallet in particular i wanted wasn’t in store but she arranged for delivery within 30 minutes. Even though I prefer other designer brands, super pleased with this location and will definitely look further in the catalog.

The Gucci store in Vancouver was such a pleasure to visit. This store is large and spacious with a great selection. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about their product. It was nice to see such a large variety of products went beyond the typical brown Gucci print. They had a good selection clothing, accessories, and shoes. I loved the furniture as well!

I visited the Gucci store on Georgia St and it’s the only luxury store that I felt very comfortable, and warmly welcomed!

Went in on a whim to take a look! Walked out with new shoes! Its not a large store however, big enough with nice inventory. I cannot remember the name of the saleswoman who helped me but she was lovely! She was extremely patient and answered my questions/concerns. The process from start to finish was seamless!

I loved the place! Such a great environment! Erand helped me with everything I needed, he took the experience to the next level!

It was a pleasant surprise, walking into a very different vibe and experience here. The team of SA’s were warm, welcoming and engaging with customers as well as assisting one another.

I was fortunate enough to have been helped by an amazing SA named Riccardo who really went above and beyond. His charisma, brand knowledge and genuine sincerity really set him apart. He made some great personalized suggestions and brought out some fantastic pieces from just a short conversation. Impeccable attention to detail. Lots of laughs, very enjoyable, zero pressure to commit. Five star service. Will definitely look for him next time.

I recently visited this Gucci store and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering to assist me with any questions I had about the products. The store itself was beautifully designed with a modern and luxurious feel. The selection of products was vast, ranging from accessories and handbags to clothing and footwear. The prices were surprisingly affordable, making it easy to find something that fits my budget. I was able to find some great pieces that I love wearing. Overall, it was a great shopping experience and I would highly recommend the Gucci store to anyone looking for high quality, luxury products.

Came in Friday after work in scuffed, ripped dirty clothing as it was convenient when heading back home to Coquitlam.
I was greeted right away and given VIP treatment despite my image.

My sales associate was Caio and this was my first time shoping with Gucci.
I had awesome experience on Oct 13,2022. I went to buy a gift for my husband and it was a last moment before the store closed down. Caio was so welcoming as he offered us water, which I honestly appreciated. Caio is such a handsome person with a calm personality. I really had a very good experience and want to say Thank you Caio.
