Unable to order the OG Roast Beef online. Called-in the order and the server insisted that there was no issue, even after taking me through it step-by-step unsuccessfully. Repeatedly said that everything was fine on the “back-end” which is irrelevant if customers are unable to make their order on the app. Terrible customer service but great sandwiches!

This place hits the mark everytime. The owner rushed out our soup himself, and the staff is always great. Taco soup was scrumptious and the Chipotle chicken sandwich was mouth watering. Will be back soon!

Went in yesterday for a breakfast sandwich and a London fog. Egg was in a patty and my drink was watered milk. Not a good experience.

The sandwiches taste as good as good as they look. Fresh bread and fresh ingredients make this a must go place for lunch. Highly recommend the Turkey sandwich with the works.

Unfortunately this place wasn't good. I had the build your own bowl. Veggies just thrown in, turkey was super dry, cold and I barely ate any of it. Staff were friendly but the quality of the food was terrible. I won't go back.

Big shout out to King David and Queen Jessie at The Fig for a memorable experience. We quickly stopped in for a bite to eat as we passed through town and were met with a funny and entertaining staff. The service was quick and the food was outstanding, we will definitely be back for more!

Delicious and nutritious lunch. Very fast service, so perfect for those 1/2 hour lunch breaks. Nothing like a yummy hot soup on a cold day

Always great food and great service. Ordering online makes it quick, even when there’s a line at lunchtime, and there always is because this place is so popular. It’s a regular go-to for us.

I love sandwiches so I love this place. Feels healthy, tastes beyond delicious. Your like, this is great and I know I could make a sandwich like this. Then you go home and try realizing that they just do it better and made a business out of it.

Always greeted kindly by the staff and have enjoyed every bite of food I've tried. Great inclusive environment and lots of delicious options for any appetite.

The Fig provided lunch for an event I attended, it was delicious! We all enjoyed the convenience, the Fig made it easy for us and the sandwiches tasted great! Thank you!

Nickle and diming me about adding a few more veggies on my cheese sandwich. Then wanted to argue about it. Wasn't asking for anything expensive like meat or cheese. How about value for money for a guy who's working and not getting defensive and having a drama meltdown. #%#&$, $;@: @ you!

We order The Fig through skip the dishes quite a lot. I know the restaurant decor is a bit more casual - a bit darker with the purple colour; but the food -and service! -is wonderful. The toppings on their sandwiches are very generous. I love the gluten free flatbread option and gluten free treats. Outside seating mid day, especially if there is music/busking across the street, is really enjoyable.

Fresh ingredients, huge sandwiches, delicious home made soups and great prices - you get a lot of food. What more could you ask for from a local bistro?

ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by the great service and food quality. I ordered the turkey club and it was so fresh and amazing.

Definitely in the top 5 of worst places I have ever been. Next to the steep price vs quality. It was soggy and it gave me food poisoning! I would never recommend this place to anyone and I am surprised it got so many good reviews!

Fantastic service and delicious food! Our only lunch stop in Vernon, hands down. They also accommodate gluten free and their bread is delicious!

This place does not disappoint in anyway. My mom and I both had a one of their bowls and the portion size was massive! The quality and freshness of the ingredients were very apparent. The staff were extremely friendly too. I would recommend The Fig to anyone looking for a healthy and affordable breakfast or lunch spot.

Today my daughter and I had a special drive today, we found this great little bistro. We were so impressed with their lunch special. My daughter had the breakfast burrito. I was pleasantly surprised, it made our day.
