Awful. First, the elevators have been a constant source of frustration. There simply aren't enough of them to accommodate the number of residents in this building, which often leads to long wait times, especially during peak hours. It can be incredibly frustrating when you're in a rush or carrying heavy groceries.
Additionally, the temperature control in the units leaves much to be desired. In the winter, it can get quite chilly, even with the heat on, and in the summer, it feels like an oven. Finding that comfortable balance has proven to be a challenge.
One of the most disappointing aspects is the high cost of hydro. Residents here end up paying considerably more for electricity than in other buildings of similar size.
