Rob helped me settle a vehicle write off dispute. ICBC gave me a low ball offer and the representative was being unreasonable. Although it’s well known that extensive vehicle damage significantly lowers the overall value of your car, ICBC strongly resists paying these claims. The burden is all on you to prove that you suffered a loss and it’s even tougher to put a value on that loss. Dealing with Rob was completely hassle free. He was approachable and very professional. I can highly recommend the Fournier Auto Group if you do not wish to deal with ICBC directly or, have become frustrated with navigating the process. We were in a family Van with four bikes on the back rack when we were hit from behind by a distracted driver. The van was fixed promptly ($9k of damages) however, the issue of vehicle depreciation and compensation for the damaged bikes remained outstanding and no progress was being made.we then engaged the Fournier Auto Group. Rob's experience in dealing with ICBC proved to be very helpful in obtaining compensation for the accelerated depreciation on the vehicle and compensation to repair/replace the damaged bikes. In our case Robs fees were also reimbursed by ICBC. Depending on your situation I would highly recommend the Fourier Auto Group to obtain fair compensation from ICBC for damages to your vehicle and attached sporting goods.
