A little disappointed. I bought a few towels, two pillows, and sunglasses from this store. It turned out the sunglasses were giving me a headache because they were too tight but they didn't want to take them back even for in store credit. Don't really understand that from a company that wants to reduce waste.

THANK YOU for saving me LOADS of money, time and energy.by upholding a mask mandate that had no longer been in effect! I have gladly saved all of that by staying home and ordering from Amazon! Happy shopping!

I like that staff is friendly, greets you when you walk in, offers help & then let’s you browse on your own. They’ve also been great at answering email questions. I’ve bought stuff like kitchen scrub brushes with replaceable brush & various school/work lunch containers. Now I’m trying to decide on which of these gorgeous baskets to get for prettier storage containers in my tiny condo

I used to love this store! However, they've since created a new discrimination policy which includes discriminating against those with mask exemptions. This goes against our provinces health orders. When I asked them about their policy on social media, they blocked me. I will be sure to spread the word. I'm grateful we have alternative options here in Victoria but it's sad to see the business model of what used to be a wonderful place, go so far downhill.

So disappointed. I purchased a buckwheat pillow that was highly recommended by my massage therapist and the sale associate but unfortunately it did not work for me (only tried for about 2 hours and had to give up and switch back to my old pillow). They do not offer any return or store credit on bedding which means I am left with a very expensive brick. I should have bought the Costco one as their return policy is much better, but wanted to support a local business. I did purchase some other items that were fine, but I do not recommend them for bedding unless you are 100% sure it's what you need.

Umm, love this store! If you want to find unique and quality products of the earth friendly category then look no further! Bedding, kitchen, candles, laundry products, so much more!

I have been looking for a good quality bamboo duvet cover and shams for awhile. During these tough times I have been trying to support my local businesses, unfortunately I was at a loss. A friend told me about Good Planet and off we went. Because of Covid the store had their max of customers already, Phoebe met us at the door and let us know it would be a few minutes wait. She was very pleasant, more importantly I told her what I was shopping for and the colour. She went in the store and brought out exactly what I needed. It was so easy, all I had to do was go in and pay for them. It's the kind of service that makes people feel welcomed and important, it's where I will go back to again and again.

We were disappointed today to find out about a no return policy after being sure to ask for a receipt "just in case anything went wrong. " We understand that especially Covid makes returns difficult, but we wish the no returns policy was made clear by the staff at purchase, especially since we were waffling between the two weights. Now we're stuck with a new duvet too warm for our apartment.

Went here for the first time today. What a great store. I wanted to buy everything. Also, I was really appreciative of the high level of service. We had many questions and they were patient and helpful. Will definitely be back.

I love the products offered in here but I can't rate higher because the shopping environment is extremely challenging. They always have a diffuser running with very strongly scented oils, so anyone with sensitivity to fragrance will not be able to shop there. I have mentioned this a few times to staff, but they were not concerned and nothing has changed, so unfortunately I can't shop there. A great little shop but totally unsuitable for anyone with asthma, migraines, or scent-triggered allergies or conditions.

Deodorant is really over priced compared to the competition. 5 dollars + tax more and 2 g less. The return policy is also terrible compared to the competition that allows you to return any of their products within 14 days if it's not working for you. I'm also fairly certain I got less than the amount because it was significantly less full than I would imagine the 2g difference to be. They also charge 5 bucks for a sample when the competition gives samples for free.

That was impressive! Ordered on Friday and delivered on Monday. Thank you for such great service!

This store carries so much cool stuff! Especially if you like a happy, healthy planet:) There are products like beeswax wrap (a substitute for plastic wrap that works almost better), wool dryer balls, and staple-less staplers (which I will definitely be going back for). A bit pricey, but well worth it if you feel bad every time you toss that dryer sheet or plastic wrap into the trash.

Be very sure to check their return policy before buying anything. I tried to return a pillow an hour and a half after I bought it, still in the plastic. They refused, saying that all bedding is final sale. They did not inform me of this when I bought it. Had I known, I would have gotten it somewhere else at half the price.
